So impressed with the hotel. Loved the rugged boutique style charming quirkiness of the decor - and the keeping of some of the building's industrial heritage. The naming of the rooms after wine and port is a great feature point. The bathroom was a real wow moment when we entered our room - amazing large and luxurious with lovely toiletries. We had a very enjoyable two night stay - comfortable bed, air conditioning, and thick curtains that blocked out all the light, so a good night's sleep! Delicious breakfasts, relaxing bar area, friendly and helpful staff, convenient parking, and a central location - we couldn't have asked for a better hotel.

Exllent for my enjoy with our stay and facility is very exllent. For service also very exllent and room exlent and free wife with breafast very good. We walk just 2 munits to the airpot very close. Thank you.

We stayed here as a group of four in two separate rooms. We chose the hotel partly because of its rustic style, but after this stay we realised that this type of accommodation was not really for us. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an extremely hot week in the UK, and the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. There was no proper cooling, only small fans, and they were not enough at all. One of our rooms became extremely hot during the day, while the other was very uncomfortable at night. Because of the heat, we had to leave the room earlier than planned. There was also no lift, which may be expected in some older UK buildings, but it is still something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was average, but I cannot say it was particularly impressive. Overall, it was not a very comfortable stay for us. The building has character, but the room conditions, especially during hot weather, made the experience difficult. I personally would not choose to stay here again.

環境：酒店位置好，出門步行，公交，超市，吃東西都很方便 設施：房間面積比較大，衞生間很寬敞，每天給兩瓶水，還有茶和咖啡 住這裏一定要高層的房間，一定一定。開始給我們5層，房間又小又黑，對了房間裏燈不夠多是個小問題，住在高層不僅視野好能看到教堂摩天輪，關鍵是很明亮。前後住了七天，換到高層房間就滿意了

This hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop from which the University of Bristol, the Bristol Bus and Coach Station, and Temple Meads station are easily accessible. I appreciated the detox water with lemon slices that they offer in the lobby. The room is quite small, and the lights are dim. However, it is comfy enough for a few days in the city. 

Amazing location near clifton suspension bridge, nice area and shops nearby, clean room with all amenities included. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely come back if going to bristol
