Bredene 호텔

We liked the hotel from the moment we arrived. It's completely new and has realey nice vibes with the suf team in the whole hotel. It's close to the beach and magnificent dunes of Bredene, with public transport we where in 15 minutes in the center off Ostend to do some nice shopping. The breakfast is nice presented and from good quality. I diffentley go back in spring and can't wait to go surfing in the Twins surfclub to be in the vibe off the hotel! Not to forget the beds are really good.

이비스 데 한의 위치는 시티투어를 하기 편리한 관광명소에 있습니다. 이비스 데 한 객실은 데한 여행자들에게 편안함을 제공합니다.호텔은 Blankenberge에서 단, 8km 정도 거리에 있고, 오스 텐데 - 브뤼헤 공항에서는 단, 32km 정도 거리에 있어 다양한 교통수단을 선택하여 이용할 수 있습니다. 주변에 De Haan Beach, Center Parcs de Haan, Wenduine Spioenkop 등 유명 관광지들이 많이 있어 특별한 여행을 즐기실 수 있습니다.여가시간에는 다양한 호텔 시설을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 호텔에서는 주차 공간을 제공합니다.

호텔 리셉션 직원은 매우 따뜻하고 친절하며 피트니스 센터와 수영장, 레스토랑, 해변 등을 소개했습니다. 호텔 1층에 시금치 센터가 있고 레스토랑이 아주 좋습니다.

2021년도에 리모델링한 이비스 스타일스 제브뤼헤 객실은 Zeebrugge 여행자들에게 최고의 선택입니다.호텔은 쩨브뤼헤역에서 약 700m 정도 거리에 있고, 오스 텐데 - 브뤼헤 공항에서는 약 51km 정도 거리에 있어 호텔까지 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 호텔 주변에는 Sea Life Blankenberge, O'Neill Beach Club, For Freedom Museum 등 Zeebrugge 인기 관광지들이 많습니다.호텔 시설을 이용하여 하루 동안의 피로를 말끔히 푸실 수 있습니다. 호텔에서는 쾌적하고 편안한 주차 서비스를 제공합니다.

On arrival made to feel most unwelcome by the boss! Made to feel like a criminal as we arrived too early (2pm) for check in. All he cared about was getting €4 per person per day City tax! Breakfast good apart from the continuous chair legs scraping in a room with echoey acoustic. Have they never heard of rubber or felt chair leg stoppers? The bedroom was tired in line with most of the place. The massive bed was a disaster with no support the pillows were just cushions - the 3 worst nights sleep we can remember. TV no didn’t work until batteries were replaced in the remote control. Won’t be staying again -a sophisticated facade that does not compensate for old tired dated uncomfortable rooms with senior staff (owner?) having no customer service skills. You can get a lot more for less€.

I’ve recently returned from a holiday in Belgium during which I spent three nights staying at the less than impressive Ibis Brugge Centrum. Due to travelling with a friend I didn’t stay at the hotel in Bruges where I stayed when visiting the city in November 2022 and unfortunately stayed here at the Ibis instead. We arrived and checked in just after 3pm. I hadn’t been in my room long, and was just sorting out my luggage before going out, when the bedroom door was opened and a man walked in, the hotel had given my room to a second person. The man went off to reception to get a different room and I followed shortly after to complain about the error. The staff on reception were casually apologetic but told me that these kinds of errors had been happening since a new computer booking system was installed and treated the who issue as though it wasn’t a big deal. I’m aware that implementing new computer systems are never without problems, but in a hotel I would have thought that trying to ensure that the room booking system doesn’t issue a room to multiple people is a pretty basic requirement. As a woman travelling alone it is not a pleasant experience to be in a hotel room and have a stranger walk into the room, it would have been terrifying if it had happened when I had been in the shower or bed, and for the remainder of my time in Bruges I never felt relaxed when in the hotel room. After making my complaint to reception I returned to the room to find that the key card no longer worked. This happened again on my second day at the hotel after a day of sight seeing, and after my previous experience left me wondering if the room had been allocated to someone else while I was out. Even without the experience of the room being allocated to someone else I wouldn’t be planning to return to this hotel; the shower ran cold more than hot, the bed was not comfortable with the mattress feeling like it needed to be replaced, there were only two sockets in the room, one of which was partially blocked by the curtain rail (due to the room being on the top floor the ceiling sloped near the window and the curtain was weirdly hung at an angle), there was mould on the wall beneath the hooks in the bathroom and just a general need for refurbishment. My friend spent the first night in the hotel unable to sleep due to deep vibrations which she assumes were from a nearby generator. The floor was literally shaking. She changed rooms for the remaining two nights of the stay and got the impression that she wasn’t the first person to have complained about the noise problem in room 211. Positives are that the hotel is easily walkable from the train station (although you will be dragging your suitcase over cobbles) and breakfast was a reasonable spread.
