시설: 완비 청결: 위생적 환경: 아름답습니다 사바나 강변에 위치한 이 호텔은 이 지역의 일반 호텔 중 최고라고 할 수 있습니다. 유일한 불만은 다소 무질서한 관리입니다. 저희 신용카드에서 무작위로 요금이 차감되었고, 수수료에 대해 명확하게 설명해 주지 않았습니다. 씨트립 고객 서비스팀의 지속적인 연락 덕분에 마침내 초과 요금이 발생했음을 확인했습니다. 아직 환불은 받지 못했지만, 모든 것이 순조롭게 진행되기를 바랍니다.

이 호텔은 도시 지역에 위치하고 있으며 객실은 작지만 건강과 서비스는 괜찮습니다. 무료 주차장이 없습니다. 주차 대행이 필요합니다. 즉, 매번 흑인이 주차해 줍니다. 하루에 35달러가 들거든요. 주차가 편리하고 차를 가져오려면 잠시 기다려야 합니다. 교외의 무료 주차장이 출입이 더 편리한 것 같습니다. 아침 식사는 종류가 많지 않고 몇 가지 항목 만 있으며 소시지는 꽤 맛있습니다.

훌륭한 직원! 우리는 Savannah의 거대한 성 패트릭의 날 축하 행사를 모르고 넘쳐나는 도시에 도착했습니다. 하지만 모두가 매우 도움이 되었고 숙박을 연장할 수 있게 해주었습니다. 우리 방은 넓고 잘 꾸며져 있었지만 에어컨 장치는 시끄러웠고 침대와 너무 가까워서 작동할 때 얼어붙었습니다. 침대는 편안했습니다. 욕실 비품은 ”느슨”했습니다. 간단한 수리가 필요했고 엘리베이터 바닥에는 타일이 일부 손상되었지만 이 호텔을 추천합니다.

위치는 매우 좋지만 오래된 호텔이지만 서비스와 품질은 좋습니다. 추천, 가격은 지역에서 높습니다!

The hallway of the floor smelled very badly. My kids had to cover their noses. The breakfast was the worst I have experienced at an Embassy Suites. The dining room was dirty, there was barely any offerings, no yogurt, no bagels, no ice, no coffee, etc. It was a very poor breakfast. The front desk was not very friendly. I asked how to get to downtown Savannah, and they said they had no idea. My room had no blankets or pillows for the sofa bed, so I called the front desk. They made me go down at midnight to pick up the blanket and pillows. Overall, one of the poorest Embassy Suites we have stayed at.

The room was a great size. Had a seperate couch/tv desk viewing area and a private back bedroom. The only concern was clear mildew/mold issues that went unchecked for what I assume weeks or months. I asked to swap rooms and was promptly switched to another room. Better, but still not completely mold free. It’s a humid environment, but I wouldn’t even sleep in my own house if it got that bad. I don’t know if the hotel will make changes but clearly look out for mold in your room if you stay here

Definitely recommend! It’s clean and beautiful

This is a very cozy and comfortable hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay here. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location — it’s very close to the main historic areas, so you can easily explore Savannah on foot. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym, which is a great bonus after a long day of walking around the city. Everything was clean and well maintained. Valet parking is available and it is paid, around $40–50 per night, which is quite typical for this area. However, I personally managed to find free street parking nearby, which was a nice surprise. Overall, a great hotel with a warm atmosphere, good facilities, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended!

Great location, but $33/ day parking was a total surprise! Room was simple and clean, but mini refrigerator was very loud, and you could hear every little noise ( even footsteps on ground floor outside) plus you could hear the neighbor's TV clearly as well as everything they said. Bed was soft, but large divots from past guests. Very hard to get any sleep.

위치도 편리하고 가격대비 방도 괜찮았습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 전혀 친절하지 않았습니다. 하우스 키핑 직원이 9시쯤 문을 두드리기 시작하여 서둘러 나가려고 합니다.
