SSUIXIANG출장으로 이 호텔을 예약했는데 환경이 좋고 위치가 좋고 교통이 편리하고 서비스가 따뜻하고 사려 깊고 방이 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 매우 만족합니다.

리리뷰어When we arrived we were greeted and provided with water. We had two rooms booked and was told if we wanted to be close, we would need to wait for a room to be cleaned. We opted to wait. We continued to wait and then had to get checked in to make it to the concert we had tickets for. So we all went into one of the booked rooms to get ready as the room was not ready for us. I found this not the best customer service as we had booked the rooms in the same reservation so they were aware that two rooms were needed and should have been ready for this at the noted check-in time of 4pm. At 4:30 the second room was still not ready so was not utilized until after the concert (12:30 am).

리리뷰어이 호텔은 매우 이상합니다. 두 번 예약했습니다. 청구서 가격, 실제 공제 및 Ctrip이 나에게 보낸 것과 동일합니다. 이틀 전에 공제가 일치하지 않으며 Ctrip 태도가 처리하기에 나쁘지 않습니다. 이제이 청구서가 아닙니다. 동일, 예정된 시간은 127.33 US 달러이고 청구서는 139.23 US 달러입니다(이것은 주세 추가, 이해할 수 있습니다). 그러나 내 은행 카드 실제 공제액은 174.23 US 달러입니다. 차이가 너무 큽니다. 2018년의 마지막 날은 사실 이 문제에 대해 걱정하게 만들었습니다. 이것은 나쁜 평가를 받아야 합니다.

The breakfast had lots of variety and the lobby free drinks were an advantage.
The backyard has a wonderful lake view and garden (which makes it feel like heaven).
Highly recommended.

MMichael Len JohnsonThis is my second visit to the Baymont Inn & Suites. I found it to be as clean and quiet this time as I did a year ago. It's location is away from the city center but close to the I-465 bypass. The hotel has free parking. The area felt safe enough for me to venture out on foot.
Within 1 block is a Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Cousins Subs, Payless Liquors, Azzip Pizza. Within one half mile are most of the fast food chain restaurants and a Walmart.
Check in was fast and friendly. The lobby is spacious and clean. The property features an elevator for guest use to access the second floor.
My suite was two rooms consisting of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with clean linens and a TV. The other room featured a sofa, an armchair, a writing table and chair, and a television. A hall connected the two rooms containing a wet bar with a very cold mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and an adequate size. All the amenities were correct throughout the rooms and functioned properly. I wasn't aware of any issues with noise coming from within or without the hotel.
