리리뷰어Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

익익명 사용자It was convenient to be able to take the airport shuttle to and fro from Denver International. However, more detailed information on how to get on the
shuttle, and its frequency will be great! The hotel elevator was out of service, but the front desk staff was very helpful to help with the luggage. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Lots of varieties for breakfast choices. Very nice.

익익명 사용자We arrived at the hotel around 1800 and we were greeted by noel. Unfortunately we were unable to stay at the property since they were having some activity. Noel explained everything whats going on at the hotel thats why we were relocated to another property which was the Best Western Premier and it was just across Comfort Inn. We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the new property. Tnx to Noel at the Comfort Inn for assisting us relocate to a new property.

我我的自由在高处마지막 날 아무도 방을 청소하지 않았고 프론트 데스크에 가져 오는 것은 쓸모가 없었습니다. 호텔에는 조식 뷔페가 없습니다. 위치가 조금 애매합니다. 다행히 바로 옆에 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 아주 편리합니다. 누군가 호텔에 주차하는 것을 도왔습니다.

(1) Tea/Coffee available 24 hours, breakfast is simple but enough choices, egg, sausages, waffles, bread, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea fruits
(2) Staff are professional, explain things well.
(3) Furnitures are slightly newer than the other Hampton I stay in.
What can be improved:
(1) I waited at Island 3 (Door 512) from 745pm till 830pm and called twice in order to secure the shuttle service. I saw other hotel shuttles already dropped by 4-5 times in that mins and even saw the other hotels shuttle, like Cambria dropped by within 30 mins. When I got to Hampton, it was already 850pm and also realised that the restaurant next door is closed. I understand that it maybe out of their usual service hour, yet I wonder if they can do a join venture service with other hotel brands so that customers could be picked up earlier.
(2) I was offered the room at the end of the corridor but there are loud water noise coming from the pipes when someone was using the toilet next door or upstairs. Since I was so tired after the longhaul and shorthaul flights and had not been sleeping for 30 hours, I went to sleep at night as usual. However, I am pretty sure that it would bother me when the day I am more sensitive to sound. I did not report it because it was just a short stay.
Overall, I would give a 4 star as the staff attitude (check in, check out and cleaning lady) and their service deserve great respect, standard up to par breakfast and clean room.

로비에는 무료 음료가 있으며 아침 식사는 많은 패키지가 있습니다.
내가 살았던 방의 침대는 비교적 푹신했고 에어컨 소리가 조금 컸습니다.
욕조가있는 원래 예약 된 객실, 프런트 데스크는 제공 할 수 없다고 말했습니다.
덴버를 여행 할 때 NBA 경기를 놓치지 마십시오 (호텔은 볼 아레나에서 차로 약 5 분 거리에 있습니다. 4 인치 x 6 인치 x1.5 인치 이상의 핸드백을 휴대하지 마십시오. 배낭은 휴대가 금지되어 있습니다). 레드 록 및 원형 극장도 방문해야합니다.

SSarah B85The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room.
I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

리리뷰어Nice hotel, but a bit dated in the rooms. My carpet had a big wet spot when I got to room, that was weird. No spot above in ceiling, not sure what it was from. Housekeeping neglected to come the first day but they did come the second day at 8:30am. Knocked once - literally once - and then just opened the door themselves as I was on my way to open the door. Really frustrating to just let herself in with only one knock. Waited about 10 seconds, if that. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. Balcony could use a little more updated furniture, as well. Room is big!
Isaiah and Priya (sp??) at front desk were amazing when I checked in.

리리뷰어쇼/이벤트를 위해 걸어갈 수 있을 만큼 컨벤션 센터와 가까운 훌륭한 위치입니다. Taco Bell과 Chipotle부터 Maggiano's, Hard Rock Cafe, 훌륭한 태국 음식 등 다양한 레스토랑까지 도보로 이동할 수 있을 만큼 가깝습니다. 전체 숙박 기간 동안 차량을 사용하거나 이동할 필요가 없었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안했고 직원들은 도움이 되었습니다. 우리가 겪었던 가장 크고 유일한 문제는 숙박 첫 이틀 동안 방에 뜨거운 물이 없다는 것이었고 뜨거운 샤워는 매우 중요했습니다! 우리는 하루 동안 아침 식사와 음료를 칭찬 받았기 때문에 이틀 동안 호텔에 온수가 부족한 것을 보충하는 데 도움이 되었습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했고 덴버에 있었던 3일 아침에 먹을 수 있었던 유일한 따뜻한 식사였지만 무료가 아니었다면 경제적으로 접근할 수 없었을 것입니다.
