GgenewiloMy partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍

KKellen YOverview: nice and super big rooms!
Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away!
Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time!
Service: nice and friendly staff!
Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice!
Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive!
Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

ZZoneboy호텔은 브라티슬라바 시의 대통령궁 옆에 있습니다. 호텔은 구식이지만 크고, 저는 325 코너 룸을 받았습니다. 객실의 TV가 작동하지 않고 인터넷도 매우 느렸습니다. 호텔에 보고했지만 오늘은 호텔 전체에 문제가 있어서 죄송합니다. BIF 호텔 체인에서 TV가 작동하지 않는 이유는 새로운 객실 또는 최소 호텔 객실 가격의 25% 수준인 높은 보상 때문입니다. Materas는 매우 형편없고 침대가 시끄럽습니다. 아침 식사는 제 깜짝 침대를 위한 것이고, 그렇지 않으면 학생들을 위한 훈련 호텔이 되어야 합니다. 제 추천은 두바이의 교사들에게 음식을 제공하고 제공하는 방법을 확인하도록 보냈습니다. 이것은 학생들에게 부가가치가 되지 않지만 구식 슬로바키아 표준을 충족합니다. 그 외에는 음식이 신선하고 맛있었습니다.

리리뷰어This is a beautiful hotel literal steps away from the sites or Bratislava. We really enjoyed our stay here and felt very relaxed once in the hotel. The view from the street and lobby make it seem like there isn't much but once we got beyond the ground floor (in a diamond shaped elevator) we really appreciated the atrium. There were plenty of spots to sit including some large bench areas where you could enjoy the sunlight and brightly lit areas.
The room was a good size with plenty of space and storage cabinets to keep our things. They had a coffee station, mini fridge and desk area. The room was comfy and quiet. The wifi was also very strong during our stay. We had a minor issue with the curtains because they got stuck and did not offer complete coverage.
The bathroom was good and we appreciated the rainfall showerhead. They had an all in one shower gel so you may want to consider bringing your own products. There was a towel warming rack too which was a nice touch.
The breakfast at the hotel was very good and there were some nice healthy options. They had plenty of fruit, yogurt and some nice breads. We also appreciated the eggs, bacon and cheese. The breakfast spot is on the bottom floor and serves as an extension to the restaurant Koliba Kamzík Zelená which has a few locations in Bratislava. We had a very good lunch at the restaurant which included pierogies, cabbage soup and a garlic soup with cheese. The hot sea buckthorn drink was very good too. The lunch was probably our best meal in Bratislava and if you're a member of the hotel's Aplend club you can get discounts on several items.
The location was good for us and we were a very short walk away from many restaurants, souvenir shops and cafes. The Town Hall Square is about 100 meters away from the entrance of the hotel and we found many of Bratislava's attractions a short walk away from the hotel including St. Michael's Tower, Cumil and the whole Old Town area. The bus and tram stops are a bit further of a walk but we found the bus station and tram station by the UFO Bridge to be pretty convenient during our stay.

리리뷰어객실에는 잠금장치가 없으니 개인 잠금장치를 가져오시거나, 추가 요금을 내고 리셉션에서 빌리실 수 있습니다. 헤어드라이어도 추가 요금으로 이용 가능합니다. 욕실에는 비누와 종이 타월이 항상 비치되어 있었고, 온수도 잘 나왔습니다.
객실 키가 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다. 4박 동안 세 번이나 리셉션에 가서 잠옷 차림으로 3층에서 호스텔을 뛰어다녀야 했습니다.
