Our stay was exactly what we needed, a relaxing weekend to bond with family in such a comfortable place. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and both Johnny and Victoria were wonderful hosts, always attentive to our needs and even exceeding our expectations. The shared space with a beautiful mountain view was perfect for unwinding and simply enjoying the moment. We also loved the breakfast selection, especially the freshly made homemade pandesal, which was a real highlight for us. They also have an amazing cook, Priscilla, who prepared sumptuous and delicious meals for us. Overall, it’s a place I would highly recommend to all types of travellers.

Our stay was truly amazing, made even more special by the excellent accommodation and outstanding service we received throughout our visit. From the very beginning, everything was handled seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience. A big part of what made our trip so smooth and stress-free was the incredible assistance from the manager, Ethen. She was very easy to talk to, approachable, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Even before we arrived, she had already taken care of all the important arrangements for us. From organizing our pick-up at the port to ensuring a comfortable transfer to the hotel, everything was perfectly coordinated. What impressed us even more was how she helped arrange all our tours. We didn’t have to worry about planning or logistics at all—every activity was thoughtfully scheduled, making our trip both convenient and enjoyable. Her effort and dedication really made a difference, and it felt like we were in very capable hands the entire time. Shoutout also to their staff Kate for ensuring our boat tickets. The accommodation itself was equally wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing us with the perfect place to rest after our daily activities. Everything about our stay felt organized, relaxing, and enjoyable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great accommodation and Ethen’s-the manager exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-organized getaway.

우리 가족은 이 호텔에서 정말 멋진 숙박을 했습니다. 방은 넓고 편안했으며 하루를 보낸 후 휴식을 취하기에 완벽했습니다. 직원들은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 따뜻하고 세심했으며 우리를 집처럼 느끼게했습니다. 가장 인상 깊었던 것은 호텔이 얼마나 어린이 친화적인지였습니다. 우리 아이들은 우리가 도착한 순간부터 행복했고 머무는 모든 시간을 즐겼습니다. 사려 깊은 작은 손길부터 환영하는 분위기까지 모든 것이 아이들과 함께 여행하기 쉽고 즐겁게 만들었습니다. 음식도 어른도 아이도 만족하는 다양한 맛있는 요리로 훌륭했습니다. 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다!

호텔은 새롭고 현대적이며 깨끗하지만 제공하는 것이 제한적이며 가장 가까운 마을 (사방에서 5-6km, 화이트 비치에서 더 먼 곳)으로의 위치가 불편합니다. 근처에 산책하거나 식사 할 곳이 없으며 호텔 레스토랑은 제한적이고 가격이 비쌉니다. 숙박 기간 동안 툭툭 운전사를 사용하여 어딘가로 가야했습니다. 호텔 해변 구역은 작고 지루하며 물과 해변 자체에 쓰레기가 있어 청소가 필요합니다. 물은 스노클링에 적합하지 않습니다. 호텔 수영장은 비교적 작으며 여과가 더 필요합니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 숙소는 안전했습니다. 객실은 비교적 편안했지만 냉장고가 없었습니다. 욕실은 깨끗하고 현대적이었지만 샤워기 수압이 약했습니다. 객실에서 보이는 만의 전망은 좋았습니다. 섬 숙박 시설의 가격은 합리적이었습니다 (일반적으로 도시 호텔보다 상당히 비쌉니다). 일반적으로 사용할 수 있는 카누가 두 대 있습니다.

최고의 위치에 자리한 조용하고 아늑한 호텔로 전용 해변을 자랑합니다. 객실은 넉넉한 크기이며, 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 됩니다. 크리스마스 연휴 기간 동안 만실이었음에도 불구하고, 항상 누군가가 즉시 도움을 줄 준비가 되어 있었습니다. 서비스가 이곳의 최우선 사항이라는 것을 분명히 느낄 수 있었습니다. 호텔은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고 항상 정돈되어 있습니다. 레스토랑에서는 필리핀, 멕시코, 그리고 세계 각국의 요리를 제공합니다. 음식 맛이 훌륭합니다. 저희는 다이빙을 위해 이곳에 왔는데, 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 물고기와 다양한 해양 생물로 가득한 환상적인 수중 세계를 경험할 수 있었습니다. 다이빙 센터는 최고 수준이며, 장비는 매번 다이빙 후 깨끗하게 소독됩니다. 가이드와 강사들은 다이빙 포인트를 속속들이 알고 있어 흥미로운 것들을 많이 보여줍니다. 보트 선장은 이 지역에서 30년 이상 다이빙을 해왔으며, 가능한 모든 도움을 아끼지 않습니다. 좀 더 활기찬 분위기를 원하신다면 푸에르토 갈레라의 다른 지역인 사방에서 다양한 레스토랑과 나이트라이프를 즐기실 수 있습니다.

우리는 10명의 친구가 호텔에 머물고 있었고 우리는 매 순간을 절대적으로 좋아했습니다. 완벽한 객실, 훌륭한 위치 및 놀라운 음식. 전반적으로 싱글 또는 친구 및 가족 장소로 정말 좋은 선택입니다.

이 호텔은 매우 새롭지만 다소 불편합니다. 언덕 꼭대기에 위치해 있는데, 주요 도로 공사로 인해 길이 복잡해지고 오르내리는 교통 체증이 심해서 걸어서 가기가 어려웠습니다. 사방 중심가에서 10분 거리(내려가면)이긴 하지만, 올라가는 길이 힘들어서 걸어서 가든 차로 가든 불편했습니다. 객실은 냉장고나 TV 같은 편의시설이 부족한 심플한 구조였고, 주변 다른 호텔에 비해 가격 경쟁력이 떨어졌습니다. 아침 식사는 스팸과 밥이었습니다. 수영장은 가구도 없이 텅 비어 있어서 그다지 매력적이지 않았습니다. 서비스는 친절했지만 부족한 점이 많았습니다. 우리가 묵었을 때는 마을이 붐볐음에도 불구하고 호텔이 텅 비어 있고 약간 쓸쓸한 분위기였습니다. 떠날 때쯤에는 오히려 안도했습니다. 이 호텔은 개발이 필요하고 아직 공사 중인 것 같습니다. 완공되면 괜찮아질 수도 있겠지만, 지금은 그렇지 않습니다.

This is a very cute place to stay! The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the stay overall was enjoyable. The room was generally clean, with some details overlooked (like previous guest's receipt on the floor and a few other papers around the room, one of the towels was a bit dirty). The hotel only provides a toothbrush and a toothpaste (and shampoo and shower gel in the shower), but I found the lack of a bar of soap disappointing. The location is great, the hotel is right at the beach, and easily accessible. The hotel cafe is adorable, serves good food, and the staff is friendly and polite. As for the provided breakfast, I could choose from the breakfast menu at the cafe, and coffee was served directly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this adorable hotel to anyone visiting, it's charming and worth staying in!

아침 3시 32분까지 발전기가 가동되기 전까지는 괜찮았습니다. 엄청 시끄러워요. 그 좋은 곳만 빼고요.
