깨끗하고 현대적이며 훌륭한 가치 체육관, Wi-Fi 및 원격 위치로만 실망 머물기에 정말 좋은 곳, 돈을 위해 아주 좋은 가치. 아파트는 놀랍도록 현대적이고 흠 잡을 데없이 깨끗하며 아름다운 새 건물에 자리 잡고 있으며 직원들은 훌륭하고 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 아침 식사도 좋고 풍부했습니다. 가격 대비 정말 감동받았습니다. 그러나 플래그를 칠 가치가 있는 몇 가지 정직한 점이 있습니다. ”체육관”은 가장 약한 부분입니다. 실제로는 두 개의 작은 기계, 일부 가벼운 무게 및 고장난 런닝머신입니다. 체육관이라고 불리려면 진정으로 개선이 필요합니다. Wi-Fi도 신뢰할 수 없었습니다. 나는 두 개의 다른 방에 머물렀다. 처음에는 괜찮았지만 두 번째는 좋지 않았다. 그리고 시설 관리로 키우고 나서도 해결할 수 없었다. 신뢰할 수 있는 연결이 필요한지 알 가치가 있습니다. 마지막으로 위치가 시내에서 꽤 떨어져 있어 저녁에 Uber나 택시로 돌아오는 것이 조금 어렵습니다. 그러나 그 중 어느 것도 강점보다 중요하지 않습니다. 깨끗하고 현대적이며 가격도 적당하고 직원도 많습니다. 5점 만점에 4점이며 중심에서 조금 벗어나도 마음에 들지 않는다면 추천합니다.

Returning to The Envoy Hotel*was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I arrived, the security personnel were courteous and professional, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. It was wonderful to see familiar faces, from the entrance to the reception and the restaurant, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was as delicious, with a great selection and beautifully presented dishes. Dinner was particularly enjoyable, offering both variety and refreshing flavors. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to return again soon!

The location of the hotel is excellent, and safety is guaranteed, this is very important for my business trip. The staffs are nice, the breakfast is decent. Can’t find the pool though it was claimed there’s a pool. Electricity is stable for the most of time. Internet quality is somehow compromising. I suggests the management can pay more attention to the room facility maintenance, such as the toilet the basin the rack. But the clubbing music noise around 11pm to 3am is a big minus, though according to the r staffs they can do nothing since the noise is from the street. But still it is a nice and comfortable place to stay for business trip.

I stayed in the Executive Suite for 9 nights. First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff for their efforts in resolving the issues I encountered. In particular, I want to give a special thanks to Bella. I truly appreciated her professionalism. While the hotel has many strengths, there are also areas that require improvement for a better guest experience. [Pros] * Pool & Dining: The pool is well-maintained, and the convenience of ordering food there was great. * Grilled Catfish: Although it takes about an hour, the freshly grilled catfish is a must-try—it’s absolutely superb. * Breakfast: The breakfast spread is clean and features delicious local dishes. The fresh watermelon juice was a highlight of my mornings. * Laundry Service: I was highly impressed by the laundry service. My clothes were returned packaged so neatly they looked brand new. * Honesty: I once accidentally left my wallet in a hotel taxi. I was deeply moved by the honesty of the staff who found and returned it to me safely. [Cons] * Check-in Delay: The check-in process took 3 hours. Despite the booking app clearly stating the 2-person capacity and extra bed option, the hotel was unaware of this, forcing me to wait in the lobby while they verified the information multiple times. * Water Supply: The shower frequently ran out of water, meaning I had to wait mid-shower for it to start again. * Room Maintenance: I was initially assigned a room where the toilet was missing its seat. I stayed there for several days, mistakenly thinking that all toilets in Nigeria were like that, before eventually moving to a different room. Dining Wait Times: With no outside restaurants nearby, I relied on the hotel restaurant. However, waiting over an hour for dinner is standard, and once I even waited over two hours. I recommend ordering in advance and resting in your room until the food is ready. Noise Level: Music is played at the pool until late at night, making the pool-side rooms quite noisy. If these operational points are improved, this hotel is a very safe and reliable place to stay, thanks to its high security and 24-hour staff availability.

It is ok to stay for connecting flight

Only very recently like 10 minutes ago. They are giving warnings to me about the buffet fruit that only I requested to give to all. I mainly just eat fruit. It’s okay that others are liking that we get it. But don’t tell me that you can’t give more than one plate for all in a buffet. A Buffet. Sometimes I get little to none.
