Simply Wow! My family and I stayed at this gorgeous place for over a week and enjoyed our stay. The owner, Mr. Abhinav Singh, personally takes care of every need of the tourists and goes the extra mile to make sure that the tourists are comfortable and are having a pleasant experience. The property is very immaculate, and all the famous places in Varanasi are nearby. Mr. Abhinav Singh helped us organize our amazing trip to Varanasi, and also our awesome journey to Ayodhya Dham and Vidhyavasini Dham Shaktipeeth. The staff and drivers are always willing to help with a pleasant smile on their faces, they all are very kind, cooperative, respectful and warm people. I recommend this Hotel Golden Lotus Varanasi to everyone. I am grateful to Mr. Singh, all the drivers and the staff. Many blessings to all.

The hotel was great for its hospitality and the facilities. The breakfast was also nice with variety of Indian foods. I will definitely come back here next time I come to Varanasi,

Впервые приехали с супругой в священный город Варанаси. При поиске жилья, остановились на отеле Heritage inn. И не зря. Отель расположен в тихом переулке, где не сильно слышен гул дорожного трафика, а это важно, так как тут он особо громкий. Персонал на ресепшене, да и вообще в отеле, очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Заселили быстро. В номере все удобства для комфортного пребывания. По меркам отелей Индии, всё очень хорошо. Да, есть небольшие ”косяки”, но на них быстро закрываешь глаза. На крыше есть ресторан с открытой террасой, с которой открываются чудесные виды на старый город и на реку Ганг. У нас был включен завтрак, стандартный для отелей: индийские блюда или европейский. Так же ходили сюда и на обед и на ужин. Блюда очень вкусные, готовятся недолго. Самое важное абсолютно не острые (может это кому-то важно). Персонал в ресторане очень вежливый и расторопный, всё быстро и по делу. Почему я выбрал именно этот отель, так это с одной стороны очень близкий выход к реке на Assi Ghat, и в то же время подальше от центра, где, поверьте, жизнь бьёт ТАКИМ ключом, что может случиться лёгкий перегруз нервной системы, а тут, на окраине старого города намного, НАМНОГО тише. Если Вы, как и мы, хотите посетить Варанаси, но не хотите жить в самой гуще событий, то Вам сюда, в Heritage inn.

The location is perfect with a few minute to Manikarnika Ghat, Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dashashwamedh Ghat. There are some restaurants and street food and markets nearby as well. However, as it is the central area and the traffic is busy all the time. It is possible that you might heat the horns in the room. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to request a relatively quieter room. The staff were pretty attentive because they knocked on the door and asked if I would need house keeping. Once there was a problem with the hot shower. After checking, they helped me move to another room efficiently to make sure my stay was OK. The room is spacious and clean. The mattress is just what I need, neither too hard nor too soft. And the hot shower is just the ticket for me after staying out the whole day to revive my energy. Just one suggestion. If a hair dryer can be provided in the future, I believe most Asian travelers would love that. All in all, if I visit Varanasi again, I’ll stay here for sure.

We had a great experience staying in the property. The rooms were clean, food was great a bit expensive but very delicious, service was good, location was great. Overall a 10 on 10 experience

For me, the best thing about the hotel was the location: walking distance from the Dashashwamedh Ghat. Just as important as being close, the street that leads to the Ghat is more walking friendly than the usual Varanasi streets. That being said, the surroundings of the hotel are very noisy. I'm not used to it, so I had to wear earplugs to sleep. The hotel is simple, feels more like a hostel, the staff was friendly, and the room was good enough, but nothing special. Last remark: location-wise, the hotel was also good because it was near Cafe 1916, the restaurant that became my go-to place in Varanasi, for breakfast, lunch and often dinner (food food, not too spicy, food price; it was suggested to me by a GuruWalk guide).

1. 내가 얻은 방은 창문이없는 1 층의 표준 방이었고 실제로 호텔은 방의 설명에 대해 알려야합니다. 2. 방에 들어간 후 테이블과 대부분의 가구가 약간 먼지가 많았고 에어컨에 문제가 있어 세 명의 직원이 해결해야했습니다. 3. 이불에는 덮개가 없어서 조금 낡아보였습니다. 4. 목욕을 하고 나니 간헐천에서 떨어지는 물이 잠시 지속되었습니다. 5. 방에 대해 불평한 후 매니저인 Suryakant Pandey와 그의 직원인 Gauraf는 책임을 보여주고 다음날 내 방을 업그레이드하겠다고 약속했습니다. 6.However, 낮 교대 근무는 그것에 대해 알지 못했고 야간 근무 관리자로부터 이전 업그레이드에 대해 주장 할 때까지 같은 방에 머물 것을 주장했습니다. 7. 운 좋게도 변화가 생겼습니다. 8. 다음날 하녀는 내 방 청소를 잊어 버렸지 만 호텔 주인이 거기에 있었고 모든 것을 할 준비가되었습니다. 9.The 호텔의 가장 좋은 점은 야간 근무 관리자와 그의 팀이 고객이 원하는 것을 이해하는 데 도움을 준 서비스였습니다. 10.All 방의 청결과 준비를 제외하고 호텔은 괜찮 았습니다.

호텔 위치는 좋았습니다. 다만, 호텔이 가트 근처에 있어서 차량이 호텔까지 오지 않는다는 점이 유일한 단점입니다. 비슈와나트 사원, 마니카르니카 가트, 비샬락시 사원, 칼 바이라브 등은 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 현재 엘리베이터는 이용할 수 없지만, 공사가 시작되어 한 달 안에 완공될 예정입니다. 라제쉬 씨를 비롯한 하우스키핑 직원들은 매우 정중하고 협조적입니다. 다만 산토쉬 씨는 투숙객에게 매우 무례하고 거만합니다. 알카 호텔 경영진에게 산토쉬 씨의 행동 지침을 교육해 달라고 요청했습니다. 산토쉬 씨의 사진을 올리려고 했지만 아쉽게도 올릴 수 없었습니다. 산토쉬 씨처럼 사소한 세균 때문에 불편을 겪은 것을 제외하면 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 감사합니다.

Overall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there. There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.

Location is amazing, around 50 m walk to 80 ghat , u can enjoy ganga aarti in evening, nice staff, beautiful ambience. Prices are not high, else it was a good experience staying there.
