I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful resort and i simply cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The location was also amazed me.

This is a heritage property and they have maintained the same old structure but have renovated it with very careful details on not compromising on the heritage aesthetics. The staff, especially sneha and mathew were very cordial and helpful. Food was excellent and we did invite a few guests to their restaurant and they were delighted. All in all a wonderful experience and highly recommended this property

The stay experience and amenities & service were good and Excellent, and had ample parking for cars and food was also good in the restaurant. I recommend it to everyone. For couples and family too.

합리적으로 새로운 속성처럼 보이지만 많은 부속품이 구식으로 보입니다. 내 물 옷장은 단순히 제대로 플러시되지 않으며 결과를 실현하기 위해 활기찬 상상력이 필요하지 않습니다. 내 방의 AC도 자신이 있는지, 일하고 무작위로 일을 선택하는 마음이있었습니다. 뷔페 아침 식사는 매우 보행자이며 커피는 끔찍합니다 (나는 커피 괴짜이므로 여기에 편견이있을 수 있습니다. 근처에 좋은 레스토랑 옵션이 많기 때문에 다른 식사를 시도하지 않았습니다. 대부분의 직원은 동기가없고 일에 불행해 보입니다. 저처럼 3 층을 선택하면 4 층에는 항상 무언가가 일어나고있는 파티 홀이 있고 항상 사람들이 마이크에 키를 끄고 '노래'하고 있기 때문에 잘 수 있습니다. 이 곳은 4성급 호텔로 평가되지만 3성급도 확장될 것이라고 생각합니다. 여행 중에 인근 지역에 접근해야 했기 때문에 선택했습니다.

I recently stayed at sneha inn for a one night and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel had all the amenities i needed and they were all in functional condition. The room itself was clean enough, although i did notice a faint smell of cigarette smoke. This was a bit unpleasant for me, but it wasn't strong enough to ruin my stay. The bed was comfortable and i had a good night's sleep. One thing that could be improved was the service at the hotel's dine-in restaurant. The staff seemed to be understaffed, and as a result, the orders took a while to be delivered. I understand that the hotel might be facing some staffing issues due to the pandemic, but waiting for food for over an hour was a bit too much for me. However, the food was good and i enjoyed the variety on the menu. Overall, my stay at the hotel was decent enough. While there were some areas that could be improved, i was satisfied with the overall experience. If the hotel could address the issue with the cigarette smoke smell in the room and hire more staff to improve the service at the restaurant, it could be a great place to stay.

The ac in the room allotted to me doesnt have cooling at all. Brought this to the notice of staff at reception from day i checked in i. E. May 8th. No action taken so far by the hotel till now, yesterday had told another room will be allotted but that too not done. If the ac is not working then such room shouldn't be put up for online booking. So anybody checking in hotel please ensure ac working properly, because after taking room there won't be any solution to the problem.
