I really enjoy to stay in this hotel, located in the historical part of the city just below the castle (10 min walk to the gates). The room was very clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine- which was a very nice surprise 😃. The hosts are very friendly, giving recommendations on the restaurants and cafes nearby, always welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast is good! Breakfast location is so nice and cozy that I enjoyed just to sit there)) There is a bell tower nearby, so every hour you hear this time-bell, but it tolls only during the day and +100 points to the atmosphere Definitely recommend!

good points : superb hotel quiet and clean, 200m from the beach, beside the pedestrian street with all restaurants and coffee. the swimming pool is small but enough to refresh. Bad points : check-in 16h00 to 20h00. check out 8am to 11am... you get 19h max but you still pay for 24h.... opening of swimming pool in the morning when you need to check out. and really too few parking places..... in season, you need to turn in the area untill you are lucky enough to find one. yes, i know, you can do nothing about it, but that's a fact.

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Miquel and Valérie are exceptional hosts, kind, helpful, fun, and they make you feel at home. The location is idyllic and just so peaceful, and everything is well equipped beyond even anything that you could need. Full kitchen, lots of outdoor space for kids to play (trampoline, balls, toys, a kiddie pool, etc...), clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, lots of boardgames and cards and puzzles for downtime. The region is also lovely with lots of castles, nature, charming towns. Couldn't recommend more!!

방은 편안했고 하우스 키핑은 실제로 방을 만들었습니다! 일부 호텔은 이것에 너무 느슨해서 다시 돌아와서 큰 놀라움이었습니다. LA Cité까지 도보로 멀지 않은 무료 주차. 이층 침대와 싱글 침대 구성은 아이들에게 좋았습니다.

나는 여기 숙박 시설에 감사드립니다. 거의 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 나르본에는 유명한 명소가 없지만 조용히 프랑스 남부의 경치를 즐기기에 좋은 곳이지만 어머니가 아파서 할 수 없었습니다. 어머니가 건강한 몸을 가지고 있었다면 더 좋은 추억을 만들었을 것입니다. 아픈 사람이 세상을 보는 방식은 바 것입니다. 아들의 마음은 병든 어머니에게 친절했던 사람들에게 만점을 주고, 불친절한 사람들에게는 0점을 주는 것은 불가피하다.

We did not receive advice that the the hotel cannot be accessed by car, so Satnav is not helpful. It was almost 9pm when we left the airport 11minutes away by car, but we did not arrive until 90 minutes, within the traffic-free old city. Phone calls to the hotel (separate phones, several occasions) connected us to a Tesla Charging number(we had a VW hire car|) or an Agent Immobilier. By asking local people on the street and in a restaurant, we eventually arrived at a secure hotel carpark with electronic code access, a young man appeared as he was locking up for the night. He told us we were lucky to find him there. We parked and were transported by him via a circuitous and improbable route through the fortifications. Why were we not given directions to this car park and why was this system not explained to us? Diabolical!

良い点 お城まで徒歩2分！一旦シャワーを浴びて涼しくなってから夜のライトアップ散策が出来た。ロケーション最高 フロントの女性のホスピタリティが素敵でした バスタブあり 小さな庭あり（お城は少しだけ見えた） 三菱のエアコンあり 壁はそんなに分厚くないけどゲストが静かで熟睡出来た 私が泊まった日は13,000円程度でした。 残念な点 私の泊まった31号室はWi-Fiがほぼ使えなかった 系列のホテルでチェックインする必要があるらしく、他の新規ゲスト（多分フランスの方）も「ホテルが開かない」っ　て迷ってた。 注意点 ドライヤーは洗面台の下にあるんだけど、コードが短いので便座に座って乾かすタイプで大爆笑しました。風量あるのですぐ乾きました（笑）

우리는 Narbonne의 한 단계로이 호텔에 머물 렀습니다. 자동차로 Narbonne의 도심에서 5/7 분 거리에 도로에 쉽게 접근 할 수 있습니다. 호텔은 가격에 정확한 것 이상이며 최근에 3-star 수준으로 개조되었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 새 욕실입니다. 통로에 좋은 호텔. 호텔은 상업 지역의 한가운데에 위치하고 있지만 조용하고 조용합니다. 호텔은 매우 편안하고 매우 편안합니다.

Ample, free parking spaces, good spoken English at the front desk. Located next to a large supermarket. Rooms are clean and comfortably designed. We booked one night but ended up staying two. Cleaning service was very observant, noticing that we'd only been drinking the decaf coffee sachets provided and topping up extra of those. Nice, small details that help make the trip more comfortable. The hotel is around 30 minutes walk to Carcassonne castle. You can drive there in the evening and park outside the castle for free after dark - a highly recommended experience. Overall, this hotel is the perfect choice if you're like us: foreign visitors, travelling in France by car.

Great budget hotel, and they even have pool, though we didn’t use it. Conveniently located just off the roadway and near shops, supermarkets and petrol station, but quiet nevertheless. The staff were very friendly and kind. We had air conditioning issues with our room on the second night and they immediately changed our room. Breakfast was good. It’s the second time we stayed here. We will come again when in the area.
