The hosts are super accommodating and let you find your best place, with the charming rustic restaurant and living spaces they have created, we could ask for nothing more. For those who might look for more than lounging on the splendid terrasse, shaded under the magnificent mulberry trees, the estate offers walks and time with horses, donkeys and wildlife, including the chance to ride or interact with the horses at the equestrian centre. All this and they are located a short drive south of Carcassonne and they can even arrange golf at local courses. How lucky we were to discover the Domaine de Fraisse. Our only regret was not staying longer."

"Hotel right in the center, a few meters from the beach. Small, clean, quiet room, we had a view of the pool. Breakfast was okay, but no hot items like omelets or bacon. For a 3-star hotel, it's just limited in terms of services. Be careful, there isn't enough parking for all the rooms; if there isn't, it's really difficult to find a space, even in the parking lot a few meters away. Parking your car in the summer must be hell. It's worth noting that the friendly hotel owners do everything they can to find a parking solution; they are fully aware of this difficulty."
