The location is great. Affordable places to eat and a Rewe are very close. The building is located in a quite backyard. You can sleep like a baby in the wild heart of the Neustadt and you can easily go to bars and dancing locations or have a drink at their own bar in the same building. Across the street you can dance at the „Ostpol“, Glühwein and beer gardens, designers and tons of art are just around the corner. I recommend leaving the tram at the „Bischofsweg“ station. There is also a Café at that corner where you can get gluten-free pancakes 😍

리리뷰어We had a good night's rest at this hotel. It has a great location and new rooms with a good floor plan. This hotel was within 100 m of the Kreuzkirche Dresden so we were able to start our exploration of Dresden as soon as we got parked. The hotel's location is within 15 minutes walking distance of most of Dresden's main attractions that are south of the river and the good public transit in Dresden makes the city very easy to see lots.
The room was nicely appointed with blackout curtains, a chair that transforms into a bed, a desk with a chair, large TV, coffee/tea station and some good lighting. The only complaint we had about the room was that the air conditioning was not strong enough during our stay but we had a pretty good night's sleep at this quiet hotel. I thought the bed was comfy and pretty standard to Premier Inn but my wife found the mattress to be too soft for her.
The bathroom was nice and large with plenty of counter space and a large shower stall. There is this purple light you can turn on at night too so you don't disturb your partner which helps because it is a frosted glass door. It is very easy to get hot water in the faucet and shower here. The shower has an all in one body wash and the shower stall is huge compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Europe.
If you use the hotel's covered parking it costs 20 euros a night and there is covered/secured parking that costs 12-20 euros a night. We went with the uncovered parking lot that had a man there 24/7 and it was 12 euros for the night. There is a street right in front of the hotel that has no signage for parking but the front desk told us that if you park there there is a 60 Euro fine if you're caught.
We like breakfast in the morning at hotels we stay at in Europe but we found this one was very pricey. There are bakeries, cafes and even a McDonald's nearby that gave much better value for us.
We felt the location and price for the hotel was perfect for our time in Germany and would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Dresden because there is lots to see in this city.

LLuanlaidashi호텔 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 드레스덴의 유명 관광지가 가까워서 걸어서 몇 분이면 갈 수 있고, 식당도 많았어요. 브륄 테라스 계단 근처에 있는 중국집은 정말 현지 맛이 나서 추천해요. 서양 음식이 질릴 때쯤 분위기 전환하기 좋았어요. 저는 코너룸을 선택했는데, 방이 넓고 화장실이 두 개였어요. 침대도 편안했고요. 다만, 세 번째 투숙객을 위한 추가 침대는 좀 작았어요. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 밤새도록 교회 종소리가 들려서 잠귀가 밝은 분들한테는 좀 방해가 될 수도 있겠더라고요. 주차는 호텔 입구에서 우회전하면 지하 주차장이 있는데, 엘리베이터로 호텔 로비까지 바로 연결돼서 편리했어요. 호텔 로비에서 조식을 먹었는데, 맛은 평범했지만 나쁘지 않았어요. 수집을 좋아하시는 분들을 위해 로비에 전시되어 있는 오래된 라이카 카메라와 골동품 시계들이 인상적이었어요. 특히 70년대 글라슈테 시계는 귀국해서 찾아보니 몇 천 유로 이익을 볼 수 있는 시계더라고요. 미리 알았다면 사서 호텔비를 벌었을 텐데 아쉬웠어요. 다음에 드레스덴에 오면 이 호텔에 다시 묵을 거예요.

침대시트와 이불,베게커버는 내가 직접 껴야합니다

그런데 우선 지저분 합니다
2층 침대 옆부분에 남는공간이 있는데 엄청 더럽고 이물질들이 그대로 있습니다
청소 자체를 안하는것같고 2층 침대 매트리스 받침대에는 그냥 이물질이 쌓여있습니다
음식찌꺼기, 먼지, 모레 등등
이불, 베게는 머리카락이 계속 나옵니다
청소를 제대로 해야합니다
지금까지 이용했던 a&o 중에서 청소상태는 최악입니다
그리고 침대옆 충전 시설은 모두 고장입니다
수리가 필요합니다
렌트카로 이용할때 주차요금은 받지 않았고 바로옆 aldi가 있어서 편합니다

VVerified Member🛏️🧼🚶♂️Very satisfied with our hotel stay, especially thanks to the spotless bathroom and fresh, brand-new-feeling bed sheets on a fluffy, comfortable mattress we honestly didn’t want to get up from.
The location is super convenient — within walking distance of the Flixbus drop-off near the main station, close to the touristy old town, and surrounded by restaurants with a café right across the street. The only challenge was finding a nearby convenience store or gas station to grab basic snacks, as many places in the area seem to close relatively early.
We arrived just before 10 PM and were likely the last check-in before the front desk closed for the night. That said, there’s an automated check-in machine available, so you likely wouldn’t be stranded if arriving later.
Highly recommend staying here, and we would definitely return.

주택가에 있어서 조용함. 근처에 카페나 작은 슈퍼마켓, 식당은 없고 대형마트 한 곳이 있는데 일요일은 영업안함.
Dresden Neustadt 기차역에서 걸어서 20분정도 걸림.
주요 관광지가 모여있는 곳과 떨어져 있음.
걸어서 갈 경우 40~50분 정도 걸림.
바로 근처에 트램정류장이 있지만 트램 티켓 발권기계가 없으므로 기차역 근처나 번화가쪽에 트램노선이 많이 지나다니는 정류장에서 구매해야함.
드레스덴에서 2박 이상 머무르거나 주택가쪽에 숙소 잡고 오래 걸어다니는 거 좋아하는 사람이 아니면 여기 보다 관광지쪽에 있는 이비스 버짓 드레스덴 시티 호텔이 더 괜찮을 듯합니다.
ps. 24년 11월 10일 현재 츠빙거 궁전 공사중으로 박물관 전시만 볼 수 있고 궁전 내부 입장 불가.
