We are a family of six who traveled to Lushan during Spring Festival 2026, and this trip gave us memories we will truly treasure. The hotel’s hospitality stood out the most.. warm, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the stations, which made traveling so much easier for our family. They offer a generous Chinese complimentary buffet breakfast, and it’s convenient that lunch and dinner are also available at the hotel. My husband and his family had a great time playing billiards, and there were other recreational activities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was huge, clean, and very comfortable.. perfect after long days exploring Lushan’s beautiful scenery. We did experience a small water pressure issue, but the staff handled it professionally and proactively, even offering to change our room to ensure we had the best possible stay. Overall, a wonderful experience filled with comfort, fun, and genuine hospitality. Truly grateful for this unforgettable family vacation. PS: All pictures were taken by me. Please do not reupload!

設施：配備了智能馬桶、地暖等整體設施齊全，洗澡熱水也很大很温暖！地暖好評，一進房間非常温暖！就是有點幹，建議配備加濕器。 衞生：整體乾淨衞生，一次性用品齊全，每天更換。 環境：房間大小合適，裝修好看，窗子旁有榻榻米，榻榻米上有加熱墊，坐上去賞景很暖和（如果能配一點茶葉就更好了）；床品舒適，軟硬適中；燈光很多！插座也多，使用方便。（希望酒店能備用一些被子）。隔音不錯，玻璃是雙層的，外部聲音不大，門關上，走廊如果有人説話是聽得清的，但其他房間説話聽不到。 服務：服務熱情周到。耐心的講解了去哪裡該怎麼玩。因為是節假日贈送了早餐，早餐簡簡單單，一人一份。接送服務很好，雖然離索道很近，但拿着行李上上下下多少有點不方便，所以接送服務真的很有必要！ 位置：地理位置還行，離索道站近，但又不那麼近，需要走幾步，由於是山地，上上下下的。去如琴湖、索道上站和觀光車索道站相對方便，幾百米的距離，還可以。 整體來講還是很滿意的，節假日的價格本身就貴，所以一定要住的舒心滿意，這個酒店全部滿足了！給個贊！

딸아이와 저는 북문에서 산 위로 올라가는 경치 좋은 지역 버스를 탔습니다. 호텔 운전기사 류 씨가 교통 관리 사무소에서 저희를 만나 짐을 들어주는 것을 도와주었습니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었고, 푸짐한 과일 플래터도 제공해 주었습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원은 정말 친절했고, 심지어 무료로 객실 업그레이드까지 해주었습니다. 체크인 당일 저녁, 굴링가에서 식사를 하고 있는데 갑자기 비가 억수같이 쏟아지기 시작했습니다. 비는 오후 9시가 넘어서야 그쳤고, 우산이 없어서 호텔에 전화해서 버스를 타보라고 했습니다. 그런데 교통 관리 사무소에서 저희를 만나러 온 운전기사가 10분 후, 비를 무릅쓰고 다시 나타났습니다. 식사 장소가 붐비고 길이 좁아서 운전기사가 직접 차를 몰고 저희를 태워왔습니다. 호텔 밴이 들어갈 수 없어서 호텔로 돌아가려면 교차로까지 후진해야 했습니다. 운전기사의 능숙한 기술이 없었다면 도랑에 빠질 뻔했습니다. 호텔로 돌아와 프런트 데스크 직원이 신발 보온대를 받았다는 것을 보고 신발이 젖을까 봐 걱정했습니다. 정말 감동적이었습니다. 호텔은 고객을 진심으로 생각하는 것 같습니다. 호텔은 최고의 위치에 자리 잡고 있으며, 아침 식사는 남방과 북방, 동서양의 다양한 음식이 어우러진 영양 만점의 메뉴로 구성되어 있습니다. 다음 날, 제가 가장 좋아하는 바나나까지 주셨습니다. 돌아오는 길에는 아름답고 우아한 여성분(아마도 호텔 주인인 듯)이 직접 짐을 차에 싣는 것을 도와주고 기념품도 주셨습니다. 덕분에 마치 집에 온 것 같은 편안함을 느꼈습니다. 휴가라기보다는 딸네 가족을 방문하는 것 같았습니다. 조식 주방 직원을 비롯한 모든 가족 구성원이 저희에게 정말 친절했습니다. 정말 마음이 따뜻해졌습니다. 이 B&B가 이렇게 성공할 수 있었던 것은 바로 여러분의 헌신 덕분입니다. 혼자 여행하는 아이들과 집에 있는 부모님 모두에게 마음의 평화와 편안함을 선사합니다.

#위생, 매우 깨끗함, #서비스, 여주인은 매우 열정적이며 소개된 관광 루트는 매우 실용적입니다. 약간의 문제가 발생하면 여주인이 달리기 전후에 해결을 도왔습니다. 정말 감사합니다. , #위치교통,편리함, #객실시설, 새로 단장한 객실은 모두 매우 사용자 친화적입니다.

This hotel is on the uphill, inside the Lushan attraction. If you come to Lushan/Jiujiang by train, you need to go to their Sightseeing bus centre, and take their sightseeing bus to go up to another bus centre, and just give a call to the hotel, they would pick you up by a comfortable car. We had an unpleasant encounter with the didi driver driving us to the uphill, the driver was rude, even said to me “I got no time, just buy the ticket faster” (you need to purchase a ticket for the didi car and for yourself to drive up, an hour drive btw). So glad that the hotel staffs were all so nice and understanding. They welcomed us warmly, even listened to me complaining about the driver’s behaviour and rude remarks. They presented us with a welcoming fruit platter too! The hotel is clean, and very bear to Ruqin Lake. For my room, we got to wear 2 sets of hanfu for free (just put a deposit first, they’ll return the depo after you return the clothes). The staffs helped us bring our luggages into the room, even offered extra towel and room slippers since we came in 3. You got to experience brewing chinese tea by yourself too, since they prepared chinese tea leaves and chinese tea pot set in the room. Since we arrived there around 3, and had to take shower and clean up first, so we would only be able to start exploring Lushan at 4. The hotel staffs at the reception were so kind to prepare us with a map and gave us recommendations on places we can go, in the best order, since they know we would be walking until late at night. The picture of the lake is Ruqin Lake, it’s just in front of the hotel. As for the next morning, we had to wake up early to get a morning train from jiujiang to jingdezhen, so I asked for the receptionist’s help to make a wake-up call, in which they actually called our room at 4am! Thank you so much. Overall, the stay here was amazing! We will find for JI Hotel the next time we travel to China.

The wooden cabins are not as nice (clean, quiet, comfortable) as the main building’s rooms. You can literally hear the TV and conversations of the neighbors through the walls even if they’re just talking at an acceptable indoor volume. The bathroom is not really clean (toilet, shower mat). The location of the hotel is great except for when it comes to car pickup and drop off. I gave full marks (4x 5 stars) for my 1-night stay in the building, and 90% (2x 4 stars, 2x 5 stars) for my 3-night stay in the wooden cabin. This place was great all-in-all, but do be aware of the big difference between the regular room and the “upgraded” one. Oh, and the duo in the kitchen are a hoot! Loved them! Thank you to Shu Shu and Ayi for all the delicious food. Ask the staff for recommendations as well for what to do and where to go (weather conditions and time permitting). They were all very helpful. 1 시설은 비교적 완벽하고 비교적 새롭습니다. 2명의 서비스 직원은 훌륭하고 매우 열정적이며 픽업 및 드롭오프 서비스를 제공합니다. 너무 바쁠 때 사장님이 직접 관광버스 정류장까지 데려다 주셨어요 (사장님 오른쪽 시계는 상당한 돈이 될 것으로 추정됩니다 ㅎㅎㅎ) 3. 호텔 플랫폼에서 저녁을 먹을 수 있어서 정말 즐거웠습니다 , 산바람 맥주와 함께 수천 가지 생각과 인생이 가득합니다. 마른냄비에 담긴 죽순이 꽤 괜찮아서 편할 것 같아요 ㅎㅎㅎ
