호텔의 서비스 품질은 매우 좋습니다. 경비원은 열정적이며 수하물을 도와줍니다. 프론트 데스크의 서비스 품질은 매우 좋으며 방은 매우 깨끗하고 아침 식사는 맛있습니다. 식사 장소도 매우 가깝고 교통도 매우 편리합니다.

This is a very good hotel but the staffs do need some additional training on registering foreigners on their system. We arrived at the hotel after 8pm after 6 hours of long drive and had the unpleasant experience of long check in process at the reception. The staffs were apologetic and obviously struggling to read foreigners' passport, we had to register our details ourselves in the end. Despite all this, the services of the staffs are good in general.

I enjoyed this hotel so much that i extended my stay another night. The staff helped me move my things to another room. Communication was very good and service was perfect. After 2 nights i was feeling very refreshed. A perfect hotel in Hami.

這次我們從烏魯木齊到哈密來，主要是為了我的訂婚提親😏😏😏來之前家裡人特別交代選個價格適中的，我住過大大小小很多酒店，康萊德、希爾頓、萬達文華等各種連鎖酒店，主題酒店~不是水評論刷好評。在來哈密前精挑細選，與我住過的其他酒店相比，這家的性價比還是很可以的，雖然酒店房間內比較擁擠但是衞生和環境都是沒得説，酒店內的綠植都是真的…… 進酒店大門就是笑口常開的前台小姐姐和青銅鼎，寓意“基業長青，鼎盛千秋”。酒店內的花香從一進店門到床上，我晚上閉眼還能聞到花香，不刺鼻不濃郁，衹是清淡的。 Entering the hotel gate is the smiling young lady at the front desk and the bronze tripod, which means ”the foundation will last forever, and the prosperity will last forever”. From the moment I entered the store door to the bed, I can still smell the flowers when I close my eyes at night. It is not pungent or strong, but light.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lavande! The staff were amazing—really kind and attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. The manager also speaks excellent English. Great location, and the rooms were lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here!

맙소사! 믿을 수 없을 정도로 좋습니다! 집 전체가 스마트하고 화장실도 스마트합니다. 300위안도 안 되는 가격에 이런 호텔에 묵으니 정말 좋습니다! 프런트 아줌마도 엄청 친절하고 예의바르고, 경비원도 엄청 예의바르고 사장님이 보너스 2개 주고 싶어하시네요😊 좋은 직원 만나기 쉽지 않죠! 주변에서 식사하는 것이 매우 편리하며 모든 것을 찾을 수 있습니다.

出差住宿好評 這次出差入住體驗特別滿意！地理位置很方便，出行、吃飯都超便利。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果也很好，晚上安靜不吵鬧，特別適合出差休息。 前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住和退房效率很高，衞生打掃得很及時，房間設施齊全好用，洗漱用品品質也不錯。整體性價比超高，環境整潔、服務貼心，下次出差還會優先選擇這家酒店，推薦給出差出行的朋友！

방은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 시설과 장비가 좋으며 복도는 매우 조용합니다. 우리가 예약한 창문 없는 방은 습하지 않고 건조제도 있습니다. 호텔에는 웰컴 과일과 무료 족욕탕 2가지가 무료로 제공되는데 프론트에서 적극적으로 소개하지 않고 물어본 후에만 가능하다고만 하고 묻지도 않고 그냥 지나갔습니다. 약하고 주차가 더 편리합니다. 아침 식사 요리가 다양하고 맛도 좋다는 점은 칭찬할 만합니다. 레스토랑의 웨이터들은 열정적이고 세심합니다. 전반적인 느낌이 꽤 좋고 가격도 합리적이며 지나가는 사람들은 머물기를 선택할 수 있습니다.

18년 전 신장에서 돌아왔을 때 이 호텔에 묵었는데, 꽤 만족스러웠습니다. 올해도 신장에 관광으로 왔을 때 다시 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. 벌써 6년이 흘렀네요. 호텔 시설은 오래되었지만 위생 상태는 여전히 좋습니다. 직원들의 서비스도 매우 열정적입니다. 호텔 앞에 주차장이 있어서 주차하기도 편리합니다. 개인적으로 조식은 평범한 수준이라고 생각합니다.

Hotel is new, room is big and clean. But it is located in an area that is not easily accessible by foot. The didi only recognise the pickup point opposite the hotel so you may need to drag your luggage across the road. The WiFi doesn't seem to be working well. It automatically disconnects after 3 minutes.
