Fierro Hotel은 진정한 보석입니다! 위치는 좋지만 우리는 거의 모든 곳에서 택시를 탔습니다. 이 동네 주변에는 식당이 많이 있습니다. 책상에 있는 사람들은 최고의 서비스를 제공하는 데 자신을 초과합니다. 우리는 아침 중반에 도착했고 2개의 방이 준비되기까지 몇 분만 기다려야 했습니다. 우리는 그들이 우리에게 방과 함께 제공되는 놀라운 아침 식사를 제공하는 식당에서 기다렸습니다. 음식이 훌륭하고 요리사가 준비했기 때문에 우리는 여기에서 많은 식사를 먹었습니다. 사내 소믈리에가 추천하는 와인은 맛있습니다. 객실은 원하는 경우 샴페인이 채워진 냉장고가 있습니다. 또한 여러 와인이 채워진 별도의 와인 냉장고도 있습니다. 책상 사람들은 원하는 경우 영어를 구사하는 택시를 부르는 것뿐만 아니라 할 일에 대한 훌륭한 제안을 제공합니다. 우리는 탱고와 함께 저녁 쇼에 대해 물었습니다. 실망시키지 않았다! 그들은 우리 예약을했고, 우리는 픽업되어 장소로 데려 갔고 그것은 훌륭했다! 우리는 늦은 체크 아웃이 필요했고 그들은 우리가 오후 2시까지 머물 수있게했습니다. 바쁜 날에는 시간과 시간에 동일한 숙박 시설을 제공 할 수 있다고 보장 할 수 없습니다. 그러나 필요한 경우 수하물을 안전하게 보관할 수 있으며 체크 아웃 후 수영장, 식당 및 사우나 시설을 이용할 수도 있습니다. 나는이 호텔에 대해 충분히 긍정적 인 말을 할 수 없습니다. 유일한 부정적인 점은 떠나야한다는 것입니다!

엄청난. 프론트 데스크의 남동생도 늦은 체크 아웃에 대한 질문에 대답하는 데 도움이되었으며 서비스 태도는 매우 좋았습니다. 호텔 1 층에있는 식당의 삼촌과 대화를 나누며 아르헨티나의 특성을 소개했습니다. 감사합니다. 호텔은 거리를 향하고 있으며 밤에는 창문 밖에서 쓰레기 트럭 / 오토바이 / 자동차 소리가 들립니다. 귀마개를 착용하는 것이 좋습니다.

호텔 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 도보로 2분 거리에 까르푸 미니 슈퍼마켓이 있으며, CITYBUS 터미널이 바로 맞은편에 있습니다. 오벨리스크에서 400m 떨어져 있으며 다른 곳에서도 멀지 않습니다. 아침 식사 레스토랑은 넓고 전형적인 서양식이며, 항상 7시부터 11시까지 이용 가능합니다. 티백의 종류는 다양하므로 모두 시험해 볼 수 있습니다. 디저트가 좋습니다. 부에노스아이레스에는 모기가 너무 많습니다. 거리 곳곳, 주요 관광 명소, 호텔에서 발견됩니다. 모기 구충제를 꼭 가져오세요.

The room is equipped with kitchen appliances and all necessary tools for cooking. Overall the stay is wonderful, the location is perfect, easy access to tour buses, uber, train station and walking distance to few local attractions. The area is touristy with numbers of restaurants and bars nearby. You can also find many groceries stores nearby if you plan to cook. The check in and check out was easy with codes. The room also equipped with bathtub and bidet. I could say the best if you are travelling in group or looking for the best of value. They don’t have room clean up daily but they do come daily to check on you if you need anything such as toilet paper etc, alternatively it is quite easy to ask them for it if you need anything. Highly recommended hotel here. They don’t speak fluent English but overall I am able to communicate with them. Also to mention, the view from balcony is excellent. However, it is very important to ask in advance the requirements and your expectations because it is not considered a hotel, but more on apartment style.

아주 좋은, 좋은 위치, 편리한 생활, 나와 친구들은 여행, 환경이 매우 좋고 서비스가 만족스럽고 아래층 스테이크는 Buyi에서 가장 맛있는 스테이크입니다. 멀지 않은 곳에 3 성급 미슐랭 스테이크도 있습니다.

The hotel is located in a very good location, very close to the obelisk, one of the famous landmarks of Buenos Aires. It’s also next to a tango show. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, including minimarts. But the staff service is normal. The receptionists were not so friendly. They talked with guests with their ignorance attitudes, not showing any friendliness or welcoming manner at all. I think this should be improved for all who would want to work in this tourism service industry. The worse thing for this hotel is rooms’ dirtiness. It was really dusty and dirty. On the floor, I found many blonde hairs and dust. And no cleaning was done on the second day, although we didn’t hang any sign  at the door. Just only 2 new bottles of water were placed on the table. So that we knew the housekeeper came inside without cleaning or touching anything including making up beds or collecting trash. So I think the service here in general is not good. The rooms are also a bit decent and old.

I'm always so happy to stay in the Top Rentals Downtown hotel in Buenos Aires. Very good location in the heart of Buenos Aires. Very clean and comfortable rooms with so beautiful views of the city in the high floors. I really would like to say my thankfulness for Nelson, Rocio, Agostina, Indra and all of other Team of the hotel. They are all very warmly, friendly and such a helpful and strong team. The breakfast in the Saint Moritz Restaurant is so fantastic. One of my favourite hotels in the Buenos. Strongly recommended

호텔의 완벽한 위치, 약간 혼란 스럽지만 해결되었습니다. 그러나 욕실의 물을 위해 욕실은 덮이지 않았고, 우리는 물었고 아무도 해결하지 않았습니다. 어려운 규정으로 에어컨. 매우 춥다. 아침 식사는 훌륭합니다. 여전히 제안합니다.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall I had a comfortable experience. The location is excellent, very convenient for travelers. It was easy to reach nearby attractions and transport, which made my trip smoother. However, I did face some confusion when I first arrived. The name on the building was not the same as the hotel name I booked online. This caused a little worry at the beginning, because I was not sure if I had found the right place. Another challenge was communication. The staff were polite and tried their best to help, but their English was not very strong. Sometimes it was difficult to explain my questions or understand their answers. With patience, things worked out, but it did take extra effort. On the positive side, the room was very spacious and extremely clean. The furniture and facilities were well maintained, and I felt very comfortable staying there. The bed was large, the bathroom was tidy, and everything looked fresh. After a long day of travel, it was nice to relax in such a clean and quiet environment. In summary, the hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms, but communication and signage could be improved.
