'들어오고 나가는 길이 하나뿐이기 때문에 떠나기 위해 심장 문제를 안고 지금까지 걸어가야 하는 것을 좋아하지 않습니다. 게다가 갇힌 것은 다소 압도적일 수 있습니다. 방 옆에 있는 출구로 나갔더니 출입문이 모두 잠겨있었다. 밤에 들어가는 건 이해가 가는데 앞까지 쭉 걸어가지 않는 이상 나갈 수 없다는 게 답답했다. 감옥 같은 느낌 . 엘리베이터와 복도 근처에서 냄새가 끔찍했습니다. 곰팡내 나는. 고정 관념이있는 것 외에도 서비스는 훌륭했습니다.'

Mix things up with a stay at the Salty Lime Villa #2, a contempory, tropical retreat! It's more than just a place to stay, it's a place to experience! With beautiful views of the Manatee River and situated steps from Mineral Springs Park and the 3 mile long Bradenton Riverwalk, you have quick access to fishing, dining, shopping, beaches, gardens, and historical sites. This newly updated villa is one bedroom (with queen size bed) one bath with walk in tiled shower and fully functional stocked kitchen. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The front patio has stunning views of the mile wide Manatee River. The back patio has a fabulous garden view complete with palm trees and a century old Live Oak Tree with babbling waterfall underneath. Head out back to walk the gardens, sit by the waterfall, nap on the hammock, or take a dip in the heated pool (the pool is shared with 2 other villas). While sitting out back, you can read a book, listen to the birds, watch the abundant butterflies, lizards and dragonflies or play cards/boardgames. If you bring your well behaved pup along, Fido will definitely enjoy the fenced in dog area in the back yard - complete with toys and lots of grass for him to roll around on! While outside, you may detect the faint smell of oranges in the air (we're close to Tropicana)! You will enjoy walking through Mineral Springs Park complete with a spring, boardwalk, fishing pier, big trees and observation tower. You’ll have one dedicated parking space in the driveway. Please refer to the listing photos. Please do not block the driveway, as all guests need clear access to enter and exit at all times.
Other things to note
Florida is a tropical climate, and while our home is professionally treated quarterly, it’s not possible to eliminate all bugs. You may see the occasional lizard outdoors or experience mosquitoes in the evenings—especially after it rains. We recommend packing bug spray for your comfort.
You may notice our lawn care, trash/recycling, or pest control vendors on-site during your stay. These services help us keep the property in top condition and are scheduled regularly.
Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays.
Please place trash bags in the outdoor bin on Sunday and Wednesday evenings by 7:30 PM, so our team can bring them to the curb. The cozy bathroom with a shower adds to the terrific experience. This newly renovated enchanting home located just three blocks from the Manatee River. This home has both front and side entries which allows for exceptional privacy from the attached main house. There is a private yard that may be utilized for BBQs or small social gatherings.
