IMPORTANT NOTES ~Rental Agreement~ Guests will promptly receive the Rental Agreement upon booking submission. To receive property access code, guests must e-sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID within 2 days of booking. Guests can cancel booking within 48 hours for a full refund if the agreement doesn't work for them. ~Security Deposit Hold~ A $500 security deposit hold will be charged off-platform 7 days before check-in. The hold will be released within 48 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or need for excess cleaning. ~Security Devices~ *Exterior security cameras facing the front/back doors, and pool equipment. No cameras facing the swimming pool or inside the house. *To ensure quiet hours and be respectful of the neighbors, noise monitoring devices are in place that only measure decibel levels, but do not record audio. ~Vacationing with Pets~ * We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. (Sorry, no cats or any other animals!) * Pet approval required--Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications and Pet Rules apply. * Pet Fee: $175 per stay for up to 2 dogs (An additional $100 pet fee for the third dog, subject to approval.) * Be sure to add the number of pets in your booking request (Under Guests>Scroll down to Pets) so the Pet Fee for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay is properly included in your booking amount. * We provide a 24”x36” kennel, 2 dog bowls and poop bags. ~Refunds~ We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance. Additionally, violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund. For property protection and insurance purposes, security cameras monitor the front and back entrances and must remain active at all times.
