Keep in mind, we have other tenants on the property as well. If it’s busy, there are laundromats just a few minutes down the street on the coast. All linens, toiletries, towels, and bed covers are washed and restocked. We utilize the latest disinfectant products to ensure a clean and comfortable stay. Any pets will add an additional cleaning fee. PARKING:This unit has a garage available as well as plenty of public street parking. Every first and third Monday of each month the city of Oceanside conducts the street sweeper before 10am. The beach bungalow is a cozy condo in the rear of 3 story building on the sand. There are 5 condos in the building and this space has been newly remodeled to provide comfort and style. You can hear the waves crash as you sleep and enjoy the fresh ocean air. There is a side faux balcony you can stand on and see the ocean between the buildings. Great A/C and heat to bring comfort to any time of year.
