Welcome to our one bedroom, one bathroom condo with incredible views of the world famous Breckenridge ski resort. Located in the heart of Breckenridge above the Aurum Food & Wine restaurant, this condo is beautifully finished and located in a brand new building completed in 2018! The location is very convenient for everything Breck has to offer at any time of the year. The condo has a private balcony and is very spacious with a great layout for couples or small groups. Please note that the condo is located directly above Aurum Food & Wine, which is one of Breckenridge's top restaurants. There is 1 parking space available in the back for guests to use. Please note that the guests may sometimes hear noise due to trash/recycling trucks. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. 1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am.4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17.18. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.

Modern, top floor corner studio condo ( 250 sq. ft ) with recent renovations having just been completed, new king size bed, designated work space with a view of Peak 8 and The Gondola, extra large Kitchenette and new electric fireplace. Free on site parking for one car and free high speed wi-fi.You will love the convenience of this Main Street Location! This is a second floor condo with no elevator so climbing stairs is required. The condo is located in the downtown restaurant district and with this amazingly convenient location, there will be some noises and smells associated with downtown living ie: groups of folks getting ready to go skiing or coming home from the restaurants and bars, sirens from the in town fire station, the smells of adjacent restaurants firing up their grills, marijuana smoke from passers by. We supply ear plugs, a 3 speed fan, an air purifier , black out curtains and shades so that you will feel comfortable while staying in the heart of everything Breckenridge has to offer!Please note that the condo is located in an established in town building with year round tenants, owners and other short term rentals but each unit is individually managed. There is no central management on sight, please contact your host directly with any questions or if you need any assistance during your stay. This ski-in , stylish and cozy condo is one of the very few places in Breckenridge where you can bring your dog. It’s the perfect place for a getaway where you can ditch the car and enjoy the outdoors. We are a 30 second walk to the free bus, an eight minute walk to the gondola, and a seven minute walk to town!- The Space -Our one bedroom one bath condo is the perfect place for a couple and one extra person to spend time enjoying the best of Breckenridge. The bedroom has a brand new queen size bed and the living room couch has a full pull out. The location is unbeatable, located on the slopes and right by Main Street. You can practically ski right to the door and hike 5 minutes to the closest chairlift. (Note- 4 o clock run and snowflake chair lift do not open until December and close in April.) The bus stop is 30 seconds away and can take you straight to the gondola or any of the peak bases. In addition to being perfectly situated for skiing, our place is also only a 7 minute walk to Main Street!Our kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials so you won't have to go out for all of your meals. Since so many of us are working from home, we have a desk set in the living room.- Pets -If you are bringing a dog, please let us know prior to booking. There is a $35 non-refundable pet fee, per night, per dog, for the first two nights. No charge after that. Pet rules are pretty basic. Make sure your furry friend is well behaved. Please keep your dogs off our furniture. If you do need to leave your dog unattended, crate him. Please do not leave your dog unattended unless they will stay quiet.- Temperature -There is heating in every room hooked up to WiFi thermostats. The place will be warm when you arrive (feel free to send us your preferred temperature) and we'll turn down the heat once you depart from your stay, so you can stay cozy the whole time. As with most mountain units (and all at Wildwood Lodge), we do NOT have air conditioning! We do provide a fan and the windows can be opened to keep cool.- Extra Amenities -The building has a shared sauna and hot tub. Maintenance issues do come up from time to time and they are usually solved within a day. Like any building with a hot tub, we make no guarantee it will be in working condition during your stay. PLEASE NOTE- The building is old and the ceiling and walls are thin. If you are sensitive to noise, you should be aware of this before staying at any units at Wildwood Suites.- Parking -Parking is all outdoors and it is not covered. Your stay includes parking for one car, but you must display a parking pass to avoid being towed. Parking passes can be found in the unit. If your group is bringing more than one vehicle, the Airport Lot does allow overnight parking for a fee.- Bus -We are right next to the Ski Hill Road bus stop. This is on the Black Route, and will take you to the Gondola, F Lot, as well as Peak 7 and Peak 8.- Walking -We are a seven minute walk to town and an eight minute walk to the Gondola. Definitely the easiest way to get anywhere!Other things to noteWe are a ski-in condo from the bottom of the Four O'Clock ski run. At the end of your ski day, you can use your phone as a GPS or keep an eye open at the bottom of the run for a split - head down and to the right and you're right at the top of the road by the building! Whether you seek a quiet place to contemplate or a place to socialize as a family or group, you will find the perfect spot to do so at The Breck Escape.The adventures that await include: the 27-hole Jack Nicklaus designed Breckenridge Golf Course and Nordic Center (a 4-minute drive to the club house); the Breck connect Gondola (4 mile drive), a recreation center, dining and shopping in downtown Breck and Frisco and an abundance of hiking trails. Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper ski areas are minutes away from the doorstep while Vail and Beaver Creek are just a 40-45 minute drive. Here are some details about the layout. Main Floor On the main floor, the home features a large foyer, chef’s kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room, two master bedroom suites, a powder room, a huge mudroom with a laundry center, and three decks. The expansive main deck is a wonderful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or to watch the sun set over Buffalo and Swan Mountains. The two additional decks on this level offer more intimate gathering spaces.The airy living room features vaulted ceilings, seating for 12 and plenty of room to pull up additional seats while you cozy up to the fire. If you’re gathered to watch the “big game”, you’ll feel like you’re part of the action while watching on the 75” TV. Adjacent to the living room are the dining room and a well-appointed chef’s kitchen with seating for 10 at the custom-made live-edge dining table and for an additional 5 at the spacious 12’ kitchen island.The private master suite is tucked away in the far corner of the house and features a king-bed, TV, fireplace, desk, deck, and an en-suite bath with rain shower, stone tiles and earthen tub. There is an additional 8’ x 16’ "closet" that is essentially an extra room. The closet has a large hanging area, a large dresser, a pack-and-play crib as well as a queen tri-fold mattress.Also on the main level, you will find the second master, complete with King-bed, wifi TV, en-suite bath, private deck, and a walk-in-closet. Loft Taking the floating staircase one flight up from the main floor leads to a quiet getaway: a queen bedroom with a desk that overlooks the range, a walk-in-closet, en-suite bath, a TV, and stellar views of the mountains. Just outside the bedroom is a cozy seating area that overlooks neighboring mountains. The sofa is a perfect spot to curl up with a good book.First Floor (ground level)This level boasts a spacious entertainment room, a bar area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The entertainment room is complete with another 75” TV, a large leather sectional couch, a card/game table, a new pool table, and a wet bar complete with beverage refrigerator and a full-sized dishwasher. There is also a closet stocked with toys, games, puzzles, and books. From the entertainment room, guests have easy access to the patio with hot tub and fire pit where they can take in the views of Ten Mile Range and the incredibly starry nights. This house features a brand new, top-of-the-line Bullfrog Spa hot tub complete with jet packs.The queen bedroom has a television, en-suite bath, a full-sized closet, and a private patio while the bunk room sleeps 5 (one queen, one full, one twin). The second bath on this floor features a steam shower and a stunning concrete trough sink. The home offers two parking spaces in the heated garage and two outdoor parking spaces. Ski/snowboard racks and boot dryers are conveniently located in the garage. Note that the HOA prohibits parking of campers, RVs, trailers, and boats on the premises; however, for a small fee, there is parking available for those larger vehicles/crafts at a nearby lot.This home was built to conform to the most stringent green standards of Summit County and the construction helps keep the internal temperatures comfortable during varying weather conditions. As with most Breckenridge homes, this home does not have air conditioning, but all bedrooms have at least one fan. The cool mountain evenings generally make for comfortable sleeping conditions. This is a no-smoking, no vaping in or around home. No parties. No animals. Minimum rental age is 27.Due to allergies by owner, we are unable to make any exceptions to the "no animal" rule.Please note to help us monitor deliveries and trash pick up, there is a ring door bell camera and there are security cameras in the garage.
