"최근 4월 13일부터 18일까지 묵었고 17일에 체크아웃했습니다. 형편없는 형편없는 형편없는 숙박이었습니다. 힐튼이라는 브랜드는 예전에는 품질을 의미했는데, 햄튼에서는 그렇지 않았습니다. 침대는 한쪽에서 접근할 수 없었고 벽에서 불과 몇 인치 떨어져 있었습니다. 매트리스가 딱딱하고 불편해서 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 아침 식사는 조리된 아침 식사가 형편없었습니다. 계란 프라이, 토마토, 블랙 푸딩은 없었습니다. 제공되는 음식은 거의 차가웠습니다. 직원 두 명에게 좋은 아침 인사를 했지만, 찡그린 얼굴만 보였고 아무런 대답도 없었습니다. 완전히 무식한 사람이었습니다. 추천하지 않습니다. 같은 가격에 홀리데이 인 블랙풀 노스를 이용하면 훨씬 더 훌륭한 경험을 할 수 있고 모든 면에서 탁월합니다."

"서비스는 훌륭했고 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 아침 식사의 음식 선택은 매우 좋았습니다. 우리 방은 큰 침대가있는 상당히 넓고 방에 약간의 마모가 있었고 욕실 전등 스위치가 일종의 느슨하고 창문 외부가 더러웠으며 창 선반 (나무)이 열악했습니다. 저녁 식사, 좋은 선택이 가능하며 가격이 합리적이었습니다. 전반적으로 우리는 이 호텔로 돌아갈 것이고 친구와 가족에게 추천할 것입니다."

"객실의 위치가 좋습니다. 놀이공원 입구는 도보로 단 1분 거리에 있으며, 길을 건너면 놀라운 바다를 볼 수 있습니다. 객실은 새롭게 꾸며져 있고, 아침 식사도 맛있습니다. 블랙풀에 있는 훌륭한 호텔이에요"

"The Carlton has a lovely atmosphere. The staff are amazing, very helpful and eager to please. The room was comfortable but the TV was faulty. There was no kettle in the room which was easily remedied. There was no mat for inside the shower which made the shower very slippy especially for the elderly who are unstable. Breakfast was good, the staff made sure we well spoilt. We were very annoyed at the £5 parking fee which included Blue Badge holders. We very rarely pay to park. Our son who visited did not have to pay for parking which is ludicrous. We have already payed to stay there!! The bar prices were very over the top, £6.35 for a bottle of beer. This does not encourage us to spend money there. We are ordinary pensioners. That’s far too much!! It’s greedy."

"What an absolute gem of a guest house The Arthington is and I have to give a full honest opinion of our stay! When we arrived Steve greeted us and offered a cuppa of either tea or coffee which was a lovely gesture after our 2 and a half hour drive, we confirmed our names and number of nights and Steve gave us the room key and carried our cases to the room as we had quite a few items in our possession etc!! He ran us through all the facilities of The Arthington and suggested we read the brochure in the room with far more detail of the guest house and what's on locally in Blackpool eg shows transport restaurant etc etc! Elaine (Steves Wife) was introduced to us and made us feel more than welcome which adds to your stay making you feel at home. The room is absolutely perfect and all rooms are en suite, there is a fully licensed bar too with a good selection of alcohol either beer or wine or spirits etc. The breakfast (cooked by Elaine) was absolutely top drawer and all cooked fresh to order and Steve was absolutely amazing taking your order and remembering each order of the top of his head and what a lovely man and what a lovely couple as hosts they are welcoming and warming and A1. I recommend The Arthington and will be back soon to embrace the guest House and warm welcome and lovely people (Steve and Elaine) there is parking facilities too for The Arthington which Steve will sort out for you on arrival.. Nothing is a problem from arrival til departure."

"Place is clean but basic. The elderly man that manages the place is very full on and overwhelming with how to use keys and the shower. After a 4 hour drive, toilets to be had, lunch needed and activities planned, it was very in your face. The following day he was extremely rude to me in front of my family and customers because I had burst into tears the day of arrival. He had blamed me that he felt he had done wrong, that I had made him feel bad all day and that I had apparently ignored him? Because of this, he told me to take my money for parking there that day and my car and go elsewhere!"
