小小眼睛看曼城패밀리 룸, 더블 침대 플러스 레코드 침대, 비용 효율적인, 호텔은 공원에서 격리되어 있으며, 편리한 위치, 아침 식사는 평균이며 다음에 머무를 것을 고려할 것입니다 👍👍👍👍

리리뷰어Good morning 😊 I'm very pleased with this me time escape by the sea for a night.as always trip.com looks after me when I'm wanting to come away for a night to pamper myself. This hotel really is one if not the best hotels in Blackpool. It's very clean comfortable beds great bathrooms with plenty of hot hot water to soak all the stress away.good tea/coffee making in the room.pillows are lovely. I always put in a request for a high up quiet room and this hotel has always took the time rato look at my request and do their upmost best to make my stay very welcoming .I could not find and problems with this lovely old classic hotel.its got alot of character. They have some good drinks packages now at reception and also entertainment each night.go on pamper yourself 😊😊😊

리리뷰어Hotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

SSharonsolutely amazing hotel ...staff are so friendly nothing was too much for them if there's anything you need they will cater for it if possible ...the Foods amazing ... the bar is well priced the swimming pool and sauna is cheap perfect for families and couples ..

SSharmayneEverything was fine, friendly staff, right opposite a tram stop, lovely view from the bedroom window and comfy bed. One issue I had was I booked room only and tried to pay for dinner at the hotel but for that whole week, they only catered to a certain amount of people which meant I had to go off premises to eat dinner. Other than that, no issues and would stay again.

호텔은 WiFi가 있다고 말하지만 로비에만 있으며 객실에 도달하지 않습니다. 우리는 또한 TV 리모컨이 없었고 TV 없이는 작동하지 않을 것입니다. 여러 번 요청했지만 직원은 TV에서 작동하는 리모컨을 찾을 수 없었습니다.
벽이 매우 얇아서 호텔 주변의 모든 소음이 들립니다. 운 좋게 (또한 불행히도) 우리 방은 가능한 한 멀리 떨어져있었습니다.
샤워기의 수압은 훌륭했습니다. 수도꼭지의 호텔 물이 바로 뜨겁게 끓어 나옵니다.
전반적으로 호텔의 품질은 좋지 않았지만 가격에 비해 필요한 모든 것이 었습니다.

익익명 사용자Very warm in the Hotel. Some windows were sxrewed shut and some didnt open.
Bus and tram stop outside the Hotel.
Promenade needs council to spruce it up.
Reception was very busy needs 2/3 staff on.
It was a pleasant stay everything you need was in the room. Even a fan, which we needed as window didnt open.

리리뷰어Clean and tidy room, quad with private bathroom, 2 double beds. Blinds on windows instead of curtains and not blackout blinds, which left gaps in so people could see into room. Tv and tea/coffee in room. No breakfast available as no chef currently employed. £50 cash deposit must be given on check-in which was returned with no problem after room inspection. Well stocked bar and karaoke with bingo was played on Friday and Saturday night. Parking available at £10 a night but looked a bit risky out the back so didn’t park here. Reception not always manned and can be a long wait for someone to come after pressing bell. No hot water on 2nd morning so it looks like the early risers take all the hot water. For the price for a family of 4 over easter it wasn’t as bad as some reviews.
