'Was there for 5 days with my partner and was our first time at Blackpool the staff and owner was really nice despite decorating and there lift not working you wouldn't have known by how professional they are 😊

2) 바 직원 (젠트) 너무 자랑스러워 팀을 실망시킵니다.

'房間非常乾淨、舒適，床睡着非常舒服！酒店離海邊很近，離主要景點不遠，可沿海邊寬闊的步道步行前往；房東夫人親自烹飪的英式早餐美味可口，房東夫婦熱情有禮，細緻周到，非常願意幫助每個到訪的客人，令人愉悦！在房東先生的熱情幫助下找到了美味的中餐廳，非常好吃！停車方便，就在門前！'

'우리는 장애인 방에 있었고 2 개의 플러그 소켓 가구 만 재배치해야했기 때문에 cpac 기계를 플러그를 꽂았으며 2 명의 직원이 확장 할 수 있다고 말했지만 하나가 제공되지 않았으며 샤워 의자를 두 번 요청해야했습니다. 어디에 있었기 때문에 주변 클럽에서 새벽 3시까지 밤에 시끄러운 샤워를 할 수 없다면 앉으십시오. 결함이 없습니다. 이중 유리와 두꺼운 커튼이 있습니다. 직원들은 친절했습니다. 깨끗했습니다.'

'This was a very last minute booking as the original place we’d booked was horrific.
Given my experience I was reluctant about booking another place, but I need not have worried.
Obviously the decor won’t be to everyone’s taste and it was a little dated, but the place was very clean, the beds super comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
We didn’t have breakfast, as the bed was too comfortable I didn’t want to get up.
If I was to return to Blackpool I’d certainly think about staying here again as it was great value for money.'

리리뷰어The Imperial hotel Blackpool is very nice and worth what your paying for.its an old Victorian hotel with lovely feeling to it.ive stayed here many times and always enjoyed my stay.its what you expect for the money your paying. Great value and the staff have always been nice when I've been a guest. Comfortable beds rooms good bath/shower plenty of hot water.

YYujieIt is a little bit far from the town centre, but very close to the tram station. The facilities are average, and there is some rust in the bath. The sea view is good but the window is a little bit dirty. All in all, for £75 for the weekend, it was barely passable.

리리뷰어Stayed at this hotel for 1 night, it was a lot nicer than some of the other hotels in the area, a lot of people standing outside the main doors smoking and spitting on the floor when we arrived. Checked in easy enough and found our room which there was plenty of room, bed was hard though. Wanted to have something to eat but hotel was over priced £6 for soup! Walked out to have food in the end, went back to bed and was woken up by rowdy groups of people coming back early hours from a night out 02.20 and 03.30. Went down for breakfast in the morning which was good ur basic sausage, egg and bacon but all well stocked and warm. Only thing is some people don’t have control over their kids, small kids running around knocked a tray out of another women’s hands and smashed everything on the floor.

SSharonsolutely amazing hotel ...staff are so friendly nothing was too much for them if there's anything you need they will cater for it if possible ...the Foods amazing ... the bar is well priced the swimming pool and sauna is cheap perfect for families and couples ..

리리뷰어Overall this hotel was nice great location, also on the the beach, good transport and easy to walk to town centre, good facilities, only flaw was it was our first visit to the hotel and I booked a family of 5 room with a sea view costing 78 pounds and on arrival was given a family of 4 room with no sea view only costing 65 pounds which I know as it stated the price on the receipt I was given by reception on arrival

모퉁이를 돌면 필수품을 판매하는 프리미어 샵이 있습니다.
체크인 시간이 조금 지나도 방은 준비되지 않았지만 직원들은 친절하고 효율적인 방식으로 신속하게 수정했습니다.
방은 적절하고 깨끗했습니다. 다리미와 다리미판이 있어서 좋습니다. 좋은 터치!
나는 거기에서 먹지 않았지만 방에서 음료를 만들 수있는 많은 비트를 가지고있었습니다.
방에 TV가 있고 갈매기의 먼 소리와 함께 내가 해변에 있다는 것을 상기시켜주는 집처럼 느껴졌습니다.

리리뷰어Clean and tidy room, quad with private bathroom, 2 double beds. Blinds on windows instead of curtains and not blackout blinds, which left gaps in so people could see into room. Tv and tea/coffee in room. No breakfast available as no chef currently employed. £50 cash deposit must be given on check-in which was returned with no problem after room inspection. Well stocked bar and karaoke with bingo was played on Friday and Saturday night. Parking available at £10 a night but looked a bit risky out the back so didn’t park here. Reception not always manned and can be a long wait for someone to come after pressing bell. No hot water on 2nd morning so it looks like the early risers take all the hot water. For the price for a family of 4 over easter it wasn’t as bad as some reviews.

MMichelle j PatersonRoom was very small only had 2 side drawers so very little storage for clothing.
Room was very small for a family of 4.
There was 2 sets of bunk beds one with a double on the bottom. Very wobbly and unstable. Unfortunately the top bunk was broken and had been fixed ( if you can call it that) with a blank of wool onto mettle frame. There was broken metal sticking out of the bed frame and spars were unsafe and moved when my child climbed into it. I ended up putting the mattress on the floor which ment there was no walking space between the beds.
Toilet didn't flush properly and had to muck about with it to flush. Shower leaked when the water was turned on.
No handle on the window to open or close it properly and when I was able to close it was a fight to push it open again.
Hotel advertised breakfast but once speaking to manager was told there was no breakfast available and hotel didn't do any catering.
Hotel was very rundown and in a very ruff area. Police were in the street every nite and there was a stabbing right outside the hotel.
After speaking to other guests all rooms seemed to be in the same state of disrepair.
Would not recommend this hotel at all.
