Diane is an excellent host - she is warm friendly and very accommodating. We stayed here for 1 night with our 2 kids. The connecting rooms providing were really clean and comfortable. Even before we arrived, we got a text to say that the room would be ready for an early check in which was really useful. Breakfast was lovely. All freshly cooked and worth paying extra for the larger breakfast. Was able to find on street parking thanks to Diane meaning we didn’t have to pay for the 2 days we were there. Thanks for the stay and would defo recommend to others Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best for our stay which was fine cos we had planned all indoor activities- it is about 15 min walk to the tower but it’s only a few mins to the train station

Lovely hosts, running a well maintained hotel. The room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities an added bonus. Bathroom was perfect had everything you need,Ece fresh towels. Little bar downstairs where we enjoyed a drink before hitting the town. It less than a five minute walk to Ma Kelly's and funny girls etc. Full English breakfast in the morning and fresh coffee juices cerials, all very nice. We would definitely stay again. It was excellent value for money!

From the initial phone call, to booking to the arrival, Diane has been the most welcoming & friendly host we’ve ever had in Blackpool. The lounge/bar is a lovely size and feels really homely and the bar is extremely well priced. Our room, room 5 was lovely. The space is very generous and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is a really nice size. The room had all the traditional amenities you’d expect at a decent B&B but cleanliness was outstanding, seriously very clean. Absolutely can’t wait to come back and from what you could see at breakfast the people there had definitely been before and I think that speaks volumes for the Glenheath. This is the first time I have stayed at the Glenheath and it will not be the last. This is a very welcoming home that is spotlessly clean and well decorated. Breakfast was always available and cooked to our specification. It is a short walk to the seafront and central to all areas. 5 minute walk from the station although there is limited parking and you can pay for a parking bay. The bedroom was very comfortable and the beds are of a high standard as well as the bedding. Good tv on the wall and plenty of tea and coffee. The bathroom was spotless and adequate electric shower (don’t forget to turn it on first) . Hopefully be back soon, thank you Diane and Graeme.

Di and Graeme are a credit to the resort. They customer service is great, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed. The breakfast is great and hot and well cooked, I would say Di has one of the best sausages I have tasted and want to know where she gets them from, but forgot to ask her.

would just like to write this review as have stayed monday till wednesday this week while working locally di the land lady was so nice very friendly nothing was to much trouble breakfast was one of the best i’ve ever had while working away will definitely always try and stay there when working in this area thank you so much ps the place is spotless

Can't say anything bad at all everything was perfect weekend getaway and the most friendly managers Diane and graeme yes put ut right m8 lol Diane noticed that I struggle with my legs after strokes and moved us to a room with easy access for me and a monster bed so comfy and clean the whole hotel breakfast was so good both normal and mega breakfast well done guys definitely will be returning and everyone needs to stay here

Nicely decorated room with excellent unique use of space. Lovely, friendly owner. Beautiful breakfast. Highly recommended. Thank you for an easy stress free stay.
