보르고 이 트레 바로니 - 스파 & 리조트(Borgo I Tre Baroni - Spa Suites & Resort)

Described as a "4 Star" hotel and it most certainly is not. Let's get the positives out of the way first. The welcome by the two ladies at reception was lovely and the views from the main but unusable terrace were superb, but there it ends. Our room was last updated in the 1960's the only seat was a wooden church pew and a desk chair. We had booked a mountain view but we had no windows, so to see the view you went outside to our "garden", actually a wide path, a view was possible if you stood up, but if you used the provided seats which were not seats as they were unusable, even if you did get on them you started at a blank wall. Perhaps a drink in the bar, nope as there are no seats, sit outside the bar, sadly not as this was a pathway with chairs, perhaps a drink on the main terrace 30 / 40 meters away up a significant flight of stairs, yes but each drink will carry an extra charge to bring it to you we were told! We arrived hoping to have dinner but the restaurant was closed as chef was elsewhere that night. We booked for the next night as it reviewed well, but the next morning we were informed that other residents were using it and there was no room for these two residents. Quite unbelievable. A very poor experience, desperately overpriced for what it offers and I very much doubt the authenticity of the posted reviews

The property itself is old, but extremely quaint and charming. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The views and breathtaking, you feel completely transported to another era. Breakfast is delicious and the staff went above and beyond. They could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The area itself is remote and there is no transportation, so you will definitely need to book a car service or rent a vehicle.

Very stylish rooms. We stayed in the Toscana spa suite which had a jacuzzi, sauna and its own garden terrace. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would recommend is that verbal instructions are given on using the jacuzzi as we ended up completely flooding the room as we couldn’t get the buttons to work the staff had organised massages for us and these were welcome as we had been hiking for a few days prior to our arrival.

We very much enjoyed our time at I Tre Baroni. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. This is in a remote mountain location so you can fully enjoy the landscape and escape from the city's .

Ideal place to stay in Casentino - East Tuscany. The rooms are clean with a wonderful bathroom en suite. We stayed in de Suite de Luxe with a beautiful view at the Castle of Poppi. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was luxurious with many choices. Recommended is a visit to the Restaurant Mater for an evening never to forget.

Il mio fidanzato ed io abbiamo passato due giorni stupendi in questo posto stupendo! Struttura bella ma davvero bella bella, pulitissima, un giardino incantevole (peccato non aver potuto passare del tempo in piscina a causa della pioggia!), letto comodissimo, il ristorante Mater che è stato una sorpresa graditissima, il personale che ci ha accolti e accontentati in ogni richiesta, i servizi a disposizione degli ospiti... Il tutto incastonato nella magnificenza del parco nazionale delle foreste casentinesi. Niente da chiedere di più!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Suite Casentino insieme al nostro cagnolino. Che dire super gentili e disponibili, siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e cordialità, lo staff pronto a darci le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno sempre con un sorriso! Camera deliziosa, la suite spa è davvero accogliente e all'altezza delle aspettative. Che dire consigliatissimo!

Siamo andati via un giorno prima per disperazione ,il mio compagno aveva prenotato questa struttura per due notti e ci siamo ritrovati ieri sera senza termosifoni per ben 4 ore di sera ,fuori nevischiava e faceva freddo,premetto ho due bimbi di 2 e 3 anni abbiamo avuto freddissimo.. nonostante abbiamo avvertito la reception di questo disagio hanno detto che avrebbero sistemato be' nn ho dormito mai per il freddo e ho controllato sia alle 2 alle 4 e alle 5 di mattina sempre spento il giorno dopo nonostante il disagio e il freddo ci propongono di andare in suite pagando 50 euro in più...cioè dico una struttura bella mi cade sulle 50 euro? Invece di chiederci scusa e anzi retribuircii mi dici che mi sposti con 50 euro in più....grazie per avermi rovinato il regalo di compleanno...potevate semplicemente dire scusa dopo averci fatto passare una nottata al freddo e spostarci in suite gratuitamente visto che il problema del mal funzionamento era VOSTRO! CHE DIRE BELLA STRUTTURA ma nn ci ritornerei mai più...morale della favola hanno voluto i soldi per entrambe le notti anche se siamo venuti via appena pranzo perché i termosifoni ancora non funzionavano.che figura per 50 euro ...pessima sensibilità nei confronti dei clienti e soprattutto verso due bambini piccoli...vergogna!

Avevamo bisogno di un posto dove stare tranquilli per una gita fuori porta. Complimenti a me ed hai titolari della struttura. . Da subito mi sembrava la struttura ed il luogo giusto per noi. E poi la SPA in camera chi se l’aspettava?
