"HSL is a nice small hotel, conveniently located near the center of the Historic center of Poppi. My wife and I drove there, and Google Maps didn't do so well, advising us incorrectly that we had arrived at our destination. A call to the hotel resolvedit; the excellent desk clerk guided us real time out of the center, around the congestion and one-way streets, back up the hill and into their parking lot. Only about a block from where we'd been, but it seemed like miles. Maybe she does this a lot. The room was simple but spacious, and it had a view. The breakfast was diverse and tasty, the location was perfect for walking and the service, as already mentioned, was impeccable. We'd return in a heartbeat."

"We stayed one night in the Three House "Nido." It was a unique and special experience. The staff is attentive, thoughtful, helpful, kind, and very welcoming. The place is marvelous, truly beautiful and immaculately kept. Our treehouse was fantastic, brightly lit and with its own private garden. The room was beautiful, welcoming, very clean, and warm! Chef Michela's dinner was truly delicious, with much appreciated and friendly service. Breakfast was equally rich and delicious. What can I say? A truly unique experience, highly recommended for all types of trips (family, leisure, couples, relaxation, etc.). The staff is always super attentive and available for any request; on the day of our arrival, they were always ready to answer our phone and text messages for any of our needs.
