Great value for money.In centre old town.Lovely breakfast.

Good location for food and drink, no parking however and the multi-storey car park is €24 per day which is roughly a 8 min walk. Room was basic and there was a really bad smell in the room which I assume was coming from the bathroom drains. The breakfast was really good.and the roof top bar is a nice touch It’s just a pity about the smell in the room it spoilt our stay

La localización es inmejorable, justo en el centro, y el servicio es muy bueno, son todos muy amables. Pero la habitación no estaba muy limpia, y se escucha mucho ruido de la calle, de otras habitaciones y incluso del ascensor. El desayuno es a la carta y merece la pena, estaba muy bueno. Otro ponto positivo es que hay un bar en la planta baja abierto toda la noche y un bar en el roof top con una vista preciosa de la playa. Es un hotel de los más baratos, y se nota, pero merece la pena si quieres apenas un sitio para ducharse y pasar la noche. No lo recomiendo como sitio para descansar.

No tiene parking, ubicación perfecta. Desayuno básico pero rico

Es la segunda vez que vamos a este hotel, su ubicación es fantástica! Cerca del mar, cerca del casco antiguo de Benidorm...un sitio privilegiado para tapear y tomar unos vinos! El hotel es modesto, solo para adultos...con unos cuantos escalones a la entrada, por lo que tú movilidad no debe ser muy reducida. No pases por el hotel sin visitar su terraza con las vistas tan espectaculares como esta foto que adjunto!

Stayed here as part of a friend’s hen weekend (single room for me). Great value. Super location just back from the beach in the old town. Bedroom was a good size with a really comfortable bed, and a lovely balcony. Bathroom was adequate with both a bath and shower. Breakfast was included which made the stay incredible value at just over £45/night. I would definitely stay here again.

Here at present Great location in the old town Bars cafes restaurants galore which is great but a little noisy especially the bottle banks but hey the place is good clean reasonable priced 3 mins walk to beach I will book again

Brilliant what a gem of a hotel, super location in the old town... rooms clean and functional. Breakfast is good for the price would highly recommend here if you want good value for money. And the rooftop bar is excellent. Would definitely stay again

Good hotel right in the heart of the Old Town. Had a room at the front next to the lift so was quite noisy. Bottle bank over the road was being used and emptied at all times so constant noise. However after a few beers you soon shut the noise out . Friendly staff . Decent breakfast . Would book again but only if a room at the back of the hotel was available . Not all rooms have a balcony

We’ve just stayed here for 5 days and I was apprehensive after reading the reviews. Pro’s - clean, cheap, nice staff, rooms cleaned daily, good air con, great location and fabulous rooftop bar. Breakfast has loads of choice and is lovely Con’s - slow lift, but was on 4th floor so used the stairs a lot. The room for 2 of us was very small, no balcony available and there is noise. Only 1 working plug socket in the bedroom, and no coffee available or fridge. Had to use kettle next to the bed which wasn’t ideal. You can hear people in the rooms next door too. As mentioned you can hear the glass being collected. I took earplugs but didn’t use them, possibly because Oliver’s was closed. All in all, would stay here again as it is a minute from the beach and has everything we needed, just a bigger room would’ve been better

Excellent location! Room was fine and clean. The balcony was nice as well. The rooftop is very nice at night with the view of the beach. Staff was nice and accommodating

Stayed at the Queens Hotel from 24 June 2025 for 9 nights. First the good points. The bed was comfy, location great. Staff all nice and friendly. Breakfast ok. Now the bad points. We stayed in room 32. As soon as you entered the room the smell of foul water from the drains in the bathroom hit you. The smell was vile! We complained to reception and asked to move rooms. We were told the hotel was full and there were no other rooms to move us to. We had to endure the stench for 9 days. I would never stay there again for that reason. Oh and if you like the sound of smashing glass you will love this place!!!!! The constant emptying of bottle bins in front of the hotel is relentless. You get what you pay for they say. I wouldn't stay there again for free! Especially in room 32 on the 3rd floor.

Very clean , nice staff , big showers, comfy beds , amazing roof top bar with nice view , nice food and affordable drinks at 24 hour bar , very close to beach as well .

Where do we start? Initial thoughts as we approached the hotel were not bad from the outside Inside bar area and reception was neat and tidy. We got the keys and went up to the 6th floor to our room Upon opening the door our first thoughts were Basic but clean. Twin beds were very comfortable Sadly there were no coffee sachets and only two tea bags beside the kettle so couldn't even make a cup of coffee. Disappointing. Had a great sleep and next morning went down for breakfast. I ordered full English and my wife ordered the croissants My breakfast was absolutely awful. Horrible bacon and sausages and the toast looked more like a ghost! Had to send it back to get a half decent colour! My wife got ONE croissant! I had to go along the ***** to find a cafe with a proper breakfast which cost me €7.50 Next evening when we got back to hotel around 11pm we were very tired so tried to get some sleep.Sadly around 12.30 am all we heard was the banging of doors and drunks somewhere within the stairs shouting screaming and generally making a complete fool of themselves. This continued constantly until 5 am We complained to the nice young receptionist in the morning and she was very sorry for the disturbance and pretty much knew who the culprits were but sadly neither my wife or I got any sleep that whole night. On day of departure it was the final breakfast. I ordered Scrambled egg on toast . I received a flat piece of egg which was nothing like proper Scrambled egg My wife however managed to get 2 croissants and jam this time only after asking ! Would I recommend the Queens hotel? Sadly not considering the price we paid for three nights. Next time it will be a proper hotel we go to along the other side of the old town .Poinente It's a much nicer location too Hope you all find my review of interest Ps Staff were all very nice
