리리뷰어친절한 직원, 페그의 스콘은 굉장했습니다! 그라운드는 매우 좋았고 밤에는 조명이 켜졌습니다. 많은 레스토랑과 활동에 가깝습니다. 방은 2명이 사용하기에 매우 작았습니다.

리리뷰어Decent for Key Largo. Expect no housekeeping unless you stay 5+ days. Rooms are not soundproof so you'll hear noise. Front desk team was nice even though I had to ask to move rooms. Original room was next to the office and you could hear all the desk conversations. Second room much better and less noise though you still hear doors opening and closing. Good enough for a short stay but if you need absolute quiet to sleep this place is not for you.

리리뷰어On Balance Gilberts was ok but I would not want to stay more than a couple of days. We where probably not its target customers. The rooms where really nice with a great view but my sister was at the end of the block right by the sewage digester for the resort which made a humming noice which was audible in the room at night, it also smelt really bad in the mornings. Admiralty this could only be smelt outside the room. Suggestion screen the digester and put some filtration for the odour. Plus point they treat the sewage. Thursday night was Ok in the bar although the rock band thought they where playing a stadium, just way too loud, when they stopped and some normality returned the bar shut at 2100, Friday and Saturday, better music but the place was rammed with a lot of kids running around. We would have gone out but the resort is isolated and its almost impossible to get a cab, if you do its very expensive and no guarantee you can get one back. If you have a nominated driver than getting out is an option. Saturday the beach, the bar where just full to bursting, first stop on the Keys out of Miami. A lot of very drunk people having a good time which is fine but if you are not one of them its no fun at all. A visible police presence kept any potential trouble from happening. We where going to go to the pool but there was no room left in the water never mind the side. It is supposed to be for residents and they are supposed to ware a wrist band but that is not enforced, very few in anyone had a wrist band on. In short its not a bad place but don't go if you want a relaxed Keys vibe, stay away from the rooms at the end of the block and only go midweek but only do that if you want to be in bed at 2100. Good points, comfortable rooms, nice views, and very nice staff.

리리뷰어It can be said that this is a good hotel, although the facilities are old. Perhaps due to its superior location in Key Largo and the large number of guests who come to stay all year round, there is no time for renovation and upgrading??? But in any case, it should be repaired and upgraded!

리리뷰어前台態度很差，我認為收到了前台的歧視，非常差的入住體驗，超級超級差。 前台姑姑給安排了位置在最吵鬧的餐廳的房，然後早上7點準時被吵醒。 昨晚讓他們給換，前台説攜程給安排的這個位置，我不知道到底是攜程預訂本來位置就很差，還是前台歧視……關鍵還不給換房

리리뷰어Excellent location being on the water and close to everything from food and liquor shopping to have a restaurant with tiki boats to rent right next door, the fish house 2.5 miles away. Service was great from the office with TJ to have a good coffee machine in the office and 2 bottles of water in the room. This is my third time and always leave with nice memories.

리리뷰어Es ist ein schöner Ort abseits des Trubel. Man fühlt sich wohl. Frühstück ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt leider zu dürftig.
Wir hatten zwei schöne Tage.
Leider überzeugte das in der Nähe befindliche, hotelunabhängige und einzige Restaurant „Snappers“ lediglich durch Arroganz, Hektik und Unfreundlichkeit.
