Do not stay here if you want internet in your room! I was told that it was hard to get on the internet and I tried at 12:30 a.m., 3 a.m., 5:30 a.m. I needed to look up some things about my trip but forget,it. When I complained at breakfast, I was told that you can easily get on in the lobby. The hotel was in a great location but due to,this snafu, I would not stay here again. What a disservice to their customers.

Very clean. Decor is a bit tired, giving the impression the place is a bit run down. It could do with a coat of paint, fresh tiles and a sense of freshness. Served our needs well.

Everything was excellent. I loved the room and staff was very accommodating. The only issue I had was, when I arrived the staff member let me know there was no longer any parking by the buildings and I had to park at the overflow parking lot behind the restaurant. I was in the second building, which was the farthest and made it a bit of a walk especially after having dinner at night. Also, a few of the towels and sheets had stains on them, which is why I also gave a four star for cleanliness. I would love to stay there again in the future. Great view great music from the local restaurant next-door and even had a live cover band.

I loved my stay. The pool was beautiful however the hot tub jets were broken. The bathroom needs some work and the walls need cleaned as they had a lot of black scuffs over them. The staff was very friendly and the location was wonderful. The marina is beautiful and overall i would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved this place. The linens on the bed were top notch and we loved the pools. The tiki bar next door has a great happy hour and live music. It was fun to watch the boats come and go at the marina. The bathroom was a bit dated but the room was extremely clean.

This property is old and quite rundown but the bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. I like that they provide complimentary breakfast and especially like being able to choose light roast coffee. I enjoyed having my breakfast and other meals and snacks on the veranda right outside the back door of the hotel facing the waterway. There were always friendly mourning doves to feed, and it was an enjoyable experience. Housekeeping was not great. I stayed there for three nights. On the first day housekeeping did not come to clean my room. by 3 PM on the second day, it still had not been cleaned so I asked about it at the counter, wondering if perhaps they only clean your room if you request it. I was told that they do this daily but by 3 PM staff will almost ready to go home but that they could provide me with more towels. They do provide you with a lot of good quality, fluffy towels. So I said it was all right not to worry about it as I was leaving the next day anyway. When I went up to my room, the housekeeping lady was standing outside my door with her cart. She was leisurely, eating something out of a cup and there were two other staff members near her. I felt quite uncomfortable. Anyway, I left and they did clean the room.

Loved sitting on the deck watching the pelicans put on a show! Enjoyed both restaurants within walking distance and the singer guitar player was excellent .

Bright lights next to bedroom window on all night and no black out curtains. Other than that, this place always good. Don’t go if you want to sleep in and need it dark
