훌륭함
리리뷰어전문성, 친근감, 직원의 도움. 우아하고 현대적인 환경. 매우 깨끗하고 잘 돌 보았습니다. 많은 활동이있는 매우 큰 구조. 몇 미터 떨어진 해변. 이 지역에서 쇼핑을 할 수있는 많은 엔터테인먼트, 클럽 및 상점. 풍부한 아침 식사와 매우 다양한 음식 선택. 완벽한 호텔!

MMOHAMED RAMIThe hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great.
The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...)
Biggest weakness:
1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho.
2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that)
3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?

방은 간신히 수용 가능했고 침대 아래에서 분명히 청소되지 않았으며 안경, 수건, 비누 및 샴푸 용기는 도착 시 거의 비어 있지 않고 머무는 동안 전혀 채워지지 않았습니다.
수건은 악몽이었습니다. 때로는 충분했고 때로는 하나, 때로는 두 개도 놓쳤습니다.
철을 얻는 것은 전투였고 세탁 서비스를 잊었습니다.
요청은 항상 좋은 대답을 충족시키는 것은 아니었고, 그들은 예방 조치를 취하지 않고 우리 옆에 방을 그렸고, 냄새를 우리 방으로 멀리 끌어들였습니다.
점심은 그 지역에 대해 엄청나게 비쌌습니다. 잊어 버리십시오.
포함 된 아침 식사와 저녁 식사는 괜찮 았습니다.
주변이 약간 죽었지만 위치는 매우 좋았습니다.

익익명 사용자Great hotel, right next to the beach. But the area doesnt really have anything to do have to take a taxi if you want to explore hammamet more but taxis are pretty cheap. But if you want a hotel with just relaxing/entertainment and beach then this is the one.

FFabioCh**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience**
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag.
**Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing.
**Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through.
**Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced.
**Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel.
**Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended.
**Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment.
**Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience.
