칸쿤 지역으로의 여섯 번째 여행, 첫 번째 숙박 - 멋진 경험. 훌륭하고 세심한 직원. 아름다운 해변과 암초. 스노클링은 좋았습니다 - 아름다운 물고기, 외부 암초에서 다시 자라는 산호. 음식 품질은 기대했던 것보다 좋았습니다. 점심은 저녁 식사가 가까운 2위인 가장 좋은 선택인 것 같습니다. 거북이의 산란과 부화에 대한 관심에 감사드립니다. 전문가가 밤마다 와서 보호 구역을 명확하게 표시하여 보호하도록 했습니다. 다이브 샵은 훌륭했습니다. 지느러미가 물집을 문지르지 않도록 양말 한 켤레가 필요했습니다. 그들은 나를 위해 밤새 주문했습니다. 레스토랑 직원은 사랑스럽습니다. 객실 승무원은 훌륭합니다 - 수건 예술을 좋아했습니다! ! 돌아올 것이다!!

Estamos extremamente surpresos com Ana y Jose! Que hotel incrível! Instalações limpas e novas, chuveiro e cama perfeitos, WIFI rápido e com um staff gentil e educado. Fomos de lua de mel e fomos extremamente bem tratados. Café da manha delicioso!

Good place and great food

해변 거리의 시작 부분에 아주 멋진 작은 호텔. 센터에서 택시를 타고 약 300mxn에 도착할 수 있습니다. 걷는 것이 마음에 들지 않는다면 툴룸 해변 거리를 따라 걸어 레스토랑이나 비치 클럽에 쉽게 도달 할 수 있습니다. 나무 바닥이 손톱으로 녹슬고 위험하여 수정해야하지만 방은 야외 샤워 시설과 욕조가있어 매우 좋았습니다. 리셉션은 매우 도움이되었고 심지어 밤에 레스토랑과 이벤트에 대한 추천을 제공했습니다. 그들은 자신의 해변 접근과 라운저를 가지고 있으므로 해변에 바로 있기 때문에 매우 편리합니다. 아침 식사가 광고되었으며 약간의 그래놀라와 과일이 든 가벼운 요구르트와 필터 커피와 주스, 두 사람을 위한 토스트 두 조각. 아침 식사는 내 의견으로는 개선의 여지가 있습니다. 가격대비 전반적으로 좋은 경험. 리스트 이미지에 표시되어 있지만 객실에 커피 머신이 없으며 일반적으로 호텔에는 무료 커피 머신이 포함됩니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 이상한 것처럼 보이는 캠핑이 있었는데 호텔과 연결된 계단을 통해 호텔에 접근할 수 있었기 때문에 그것이 무엇인지 확실하지 않았습니다.

A charming resort right by the beach. My room has the most amazing sunrise view. But do take note, it’s an eco-friendly resort, so there’s no phone, TV or minibar. Every request is done through WhatsApp. Its own restaurant has quite the menu to sate your appetite, though there are tons of eateries outside on the main street. The best place to relax and switch off from the world.

The hotel charged us about 20 Euros more than the quoted final price of our booking with ridiculous excuses about different conversion rates. Our room, 2 Queen Beds Room, was next to the kitchen, which was operating all day to serve the beach, pool and restaurant area. Loud service staff and food smell accompanied us all day long. Towels were worn by use and full of brown spots. Breakfast was included but you only could have one thing, either an omelette or a pancake.

Destination wedding

I stayed at Azulik Tulum in one of the smallest rooms, and I have mixed feelings — both admiration and realism. First, let’s be honest: Azulik is visually stunning. Architecturally, it’s a dream — truly built for aesthetics and Instagram. The design is beautiful, organic. From a visual and conceptual point of view, it’s easily 100/100. However, when it comes to comfort and practicality, it’s a very different story. Azulik is a pure jungle experience. That can be magical, but it also means: Very limited privacy A toilet behind a divider No hot water at night Minimal comfort overall I understand this is intentional and part of the concept, but when rooms can cost up to $2,000 per night, you naturally expect a balance between artistic experience and luxury comfort — especially at that price point.  The room itself was cute, but definitely not designed for longer stays. This is not a place you want to stay more than 1–2 nights max. After that, the lack of comfort becomes noticeable. Service was not good. I understand this is Mexico and things move differently, but for a hotel with such an international reputation, staff speaking English should be standard, especially since most guests are travelers from the other countries. The beach service closes early (around 4–5 PM), so the experience feels very limited. A few small but important details: The matches in the room were extremely horrible to light, which becomes frustrating when candles are the main source of light, and I love candles idea but if you are reader this hotel not for you! Cleaning could be better.  Hot water should really be available 24/7 at this level. Overall, Azulik is an artistic, aesthetic, and spiritual concept, not a comfort-driven luxury hotel. If you come knowing that — and stay one or two nights only — it can be a beautiful experience. I think its important to remind guest on checking in what are they signing for, coz people don't like to read descriptions and coming for views then being disappointed. Come for the vibe, architecture, and photos. Don’t come expecting classic luxury or comfort. Beautiful idea, powerful concept — but it could truly shine even more with better service, basic comfort, and attention to detail. And I`m not asking a lot here.
