the service was amazing. The staff went out of their way to help us when we couldn't get to the hotel due to the street blocks all over the city. However, the hotel itself is somewhat worn and tiring. The bed feels cheap. The location is great and right by the beach though.

Soggiorno positivo nel complesso, la struttura ha stanze ampie (perlomeno la nostra lo era), hall e scale più ridotte. Ci sono una sorta di stanza/cucina comune in ogni piano e un bar ”autonomo” con soggiorno all'ultimo piano. Ragazza alla reception molto disponibile. Servizi sanitari con tutto l occorrente, tutto molto pulito. Lati negativi: materasso non comodissimo, finestra non completamente apribile, stanza affacciata sulla strada con locali perciò un po' rumorosa la sera

Hotel Vittoria는 오래된 호텔입니다. 방 열쇠만 봐주세요! 완전히 오래된 스타일이지만 매우 시원합니다! 직원들은 매우 환영하고 친절했으며 방은 크고 깨끗하며 매우 단순했습니다. 침대는 우리가 시칠리아 여행 중에 보통 가지고 있었던 것보다 컸다. 그리고 그것은 매우 편안했다 ... 나는 그것이 방의 크기를 반영했다고 말하고 싶다 ... 😂 다음날 아침 아침 식사는 매우 좋았습니다. 우리는 계란, 크레페, 케이크, 과일, ... 선택할 수있는 많은 것을 가지고 있었고 매우 도움이되고 친절한 직원이었습니다. 사진의 머리는 식당으로가는 길에 테이블에있었습니다 ... 불행히도, 나는 호텔의 더 많은 사진을 찍는 것을 잊어 버렸습니다. 그러나 대신 저녁에 우리가 가장 아름다운 일몰 중 하나를 즐겼던 Trapani의 일부 그림을 추가 할 것입니다. 우리 여행 ... 그리고 그 나무! Disappointing Experience 🫣 I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani. First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes. As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant. The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room. To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention. In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience.
