very good to stay

I have booked this hotel for a group of 15 and all I have to say is that we had an excellent experience. The staff was very professional and I must say extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Rooms were clean and spacious and most of all the location which is right in the centre of Trapani. Everything within walking distance. Special thanks goes to Daniele and Fabrizio (and all the rest of the staff) which made our stay unforgettable. Thank you.

Nice location to stay in Trapani, near to sea and center, Good value for money, nice breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and amazing understanding supportive staff. Thanks for Fabio and Michelia.

The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, thank you signora Loredana 😊. Hotel close to centro storico and a short drive to erice cable car station. If I could suggest something it would be better soundproofing to interconnecting doors.

The hotel overall was very nice. The staff, especially Michala, were very helpful and friendly. Michala went above and beyond to help us. She set up a taxi for us to do some shopping. Also helped us call airport about a lost piece of luggage. The rooms were nice but the temperature was very warm in the rooms. We asked for air conditioning but were told it was winter so only heat could be used.

Our trip was booked as a post-Birthday, Pre-Baby moon and our 4 days in Trapani were made so comfortable and enjoyable by the amazing staff at Hotel Crystal. The hotel is lovely, very comfortable and easily accessible from Trapani centre. The staff are all very approachable and knowledgeable. A couple of staff members went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be! Would most definitely return- for longer next time!!!

I had an amazing time! The hotel has a strategic position close to the most important places like the port, and from where we took the ferry to Favignana. The hotel is a few minutes from the historic part of Trapani and is only about 4 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel itself is modern and very clean, and the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, they kindly helped us to organise our holiday such that we got the most out of our visit. And last but not least...the breakfast was amazing!

The central AC was broken but they provide fan. so it was good. In addition they provide free drinks. Hot breakfast could have been better. There were no many vegetarian options for hot breakfast other than scrambled eggs.

The only downfall with this hotel is the carpet is dirty , change the Capet and this hotel will be improved by one star, beside that it’s a nice hotel
