이 호텔의 객실은 약간 쇠퇴하는 것처럼 보입니다. 그러나 지불해야하는 가격으로 돈이 가치가 있습니다. 침대와 화장실(욕조도!)은 비교적 깨끗합니다. 벗겨진 벽과 천장을 지나갈 수 있다면 정말 훌륭한 편의 시설을 갖춘 좋은 호텔입니다. 호텔은 편리한 위치에 있으며 호텔은 바탐의 관광지까지 셔틀 서비스를 제공합니다. 아침 식사는 장관이 아니며 개인적으로는 매우 평범하다고 생각합니다. 나는 밖에서 먹는 것을 선호합니다.

My first time visiting Batam and i chose the wrong accommodation. The worst accomodation i have stayed in my entire life. Check in was strictly at 3pm. We arrived at 12pm with 3 little kids(incl a 1yo baby) and had to wait hours for the room to be ready and no sense of urgency to give us a room fast. We came from spore and baby need a diaper change, she was cranky and hungry and just needed the room. But staff wasn’t empathetic at all. Deposit for room NEED to be in cash and its 2023!! Who the hell carries alot of cash now. Every hotel in the world allow credit card for deposit but unfortunately Woda is still stuck in the past. We had red velvet cake and lava cake while waiting for our room. Don’t bother ordering those cos its not nice at all. Please order from GRAB instead if u are craving for nice desserts. Finally got a room at almost 3pm and we all just wanted to nap but they were doing drilling and repair work right outside our room. I really wanted to scream and cry cos we are super exhausted waiting for our room all noon and we were looking forward to crash but the noise was too much. They stopped repair works close to 7pm and then another noise came from the bar. The music from the bar could be heard so clearly from our room and we had to tell them to lower down the music. Once they lower down the music, the booming sound from the nearby nightclub or bar started ard 9ish. I’m going crazy!!! I regretted booking this hotel. It is far from luxurious and its supposed to be a relaxing getaway for my family but its a very stressful stay cos of the neverending noise. Restaurant staff are nice and room is clean. But staff at the reception need to be less rigid and more accommodating. I cant wait to check out and have a peaceful sleep elsewhere.

Book last minute at this hotel. Cheap and reliable! Free breakfast and the food is nice !! Surrounded by ALOTS AND LOTS of street food !! There is a Go-kart just in front of the hotel !! The down side is the 1st room we got have too many cockroaches. Front desk change our room on the spot to a better view and room.👍🏼👍🏼 would love to comeback anytime soon.😎
