Dirty, bedbug-ridden room with holy sheets. No aircon and the sofa furniture on the balcony was missing its cushions making it impossible to use. Booked on ******* because we flew in at 10:30pm. Reception was closed and we suffered the night to awake to dozens of bedbug bites and discover the shower was broken. We paid $172 per night for a room that sleeps 4. Walked down the road to Plaza Gloria Rooms and booked a huge clean and beautiful room for 4 for $110 a night. Hotel Balkonis argued and would not refund even after I showed them and took pictures. ******* refunded after a huge amount of documentation including pictures of my stomach and legs with terrible insect bites. We had to wash all our clothes and take a chuck of our first day in Barcelona for this. Look at the pictures before you book this terrible place.

When we arrived, the floor had not been cleaned. The place does not look like the pictures on their website. The kitchen was poorly equiped: 1 spoon for up to 3 visitors, no wine glasses, very little equiped, under minimum necessary dishes. The kitchen stove was not fully working, the oven was dirty, like other dishes. Light bulbs were burned out. No bed cover, not one decoration element on the walls. The only plus was location. Avoid at all price!

Séjour HONTEUX, À FUIR ABSOLUMENT ! Nous avons été contraints d’écourter notre séjour dès le lendemain de la première nuit, alors que l’envie de fuir nous a pris dès notre arrivée ! Cet hôtel ne mérite pas une étoile, rien à voir avec les photos proposées par l’hôtel .La chambre était catastrophique, comparable à une cellule de prison, située juste à côté de l’accueil. Elle cumule les problèmes : Murs extrêmement fins laissant passer tous les bruits, qu’il s’agisse des voisins du dessus, des gens dans l’immeuble d’en face, ou pire… des bruits d’urine des chambres voisines. Salle de bain misérable : fuite après une douche, pommeau défaillant, hygiène douteuse. Connexion réseau quasi inexistante, inutilisable pendant tout le séjour. Impossible de changer de chambre ou de se faire rembourser. Une expérience désastreuse à ne surtout pas revivre. Passez votre chemin !

Non passavano l'aspirapolvere, non mettevano il bagnoschiuma, a malapena cambiavano gli asciugamani, gradino davanti al wc che ti impediva di fare i propri bisogni, capelli e formiche ovunque,rumoroso, finestra rotta e riparata con del nastro adesivo nero perciò impossibile da aprire per arieggiare. l'acqua della doccia usciva ghiacciata ho chiamato il numero che si trovava nel corridoio e mi hanno detto che data l'ora avrei dovuto aspettare fino alla mattina dopo quando l'acqua era ancora fredda. Non lo consiglio.

La camera non aveva nulla a che vedere con quella delle foto. Era minuscola, un po’ sporca, appena arrivati c’erano peli ovunque, sul letto, nel bagno, negli asciugamani…. Le pareti erano letteralmente di carta, si sentiva tutto quello che avveniva nelle altre stanze. Il bagno era piccolissimo. Le uniche cose positive sono state le ragazze alla reception, super disponibili e gentili, e la posizione che è molto buona. Prezzo troppo alto per quello che la struttura è/offre.
