리리뷰어Belmond Monasterio: The Best Hotel in Cusco, Beyond Any Comparison
Without exaggeration, Belmond Monasterio is the best hotel in Cusco. Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice.
The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece.
Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt.
I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name.
In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.

PPeter Tang 369호텔 위치는 구시 가지에서 매우 좋으며 무기 광장에서 도보로 6 ~ 7 분
호텔의 내부 환경은 매우 좋고 장식은 아름답고 깨끗합니다.
방도 깔끔하고 깨끗하지만 방에 환풍기가 없고 화장실 냄새가 어지기 힘들고 특히 창문이 없는 닫힌 방은 거의 어지지 않습니다.
서비스는 말하기 어렵습니다. 창문이있는 발코니가있는 슈페리어 룸을 예약했을 때 방이 없어졌다고 말했습니다. 업그레이드 된 방을주었습니다. 결과적으로 ”업그레이드 된”방은 창문이없는 완전히 밀폐 된 방이었습니다! 나는 동의하지 않지만 호텔은 방이 없다고 말했습니다. ”토론” 결과는 나에게 무료 저녁 식사를 제공했습니다. 나는 그것을 받아 들일 수 있는 선택이 없었습니다...

리리뷰어We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Hotel in Cusco. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Wilma, who went the extra mile to accommodate our request to change to a room with a queen bed instead of two standard beds—her helpfulness made a big difference.
The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable with fresh bedding, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.

IiocsebNice place for folks that want to relaxe while adjusting to the altitude. Food is good but overpriced. There is great food downtown but for that you would have to go down thousands of stairs and then come back up when you are done.

Ccan’t쿠스코 중심가는 아니지만 중앙 광장까지 5~10분 정도면 갈 수 있을 만큼 가깝습니다. 마추픽추에 갔을 때 호텔에 짐을 맡겼는데, 돌아왔을 때 예약한 방에서 이미 우리를 기다리고 있었습니다. 침대/방 크기는 적당했고, 욕실은 작았지만 겨울에는 선풍기가 샤워실/변기에 바로 연결되어 있어서 좀 추웠습니다. 그래도 전반적으로 서비스는 좋았습니다. 아침 식사도 괜찮았지만, 레스토랑 직원이 부족한 것 같았습니다.

리리뷰어이 3 * 호텔은 5 * 호텔과 같습니다. 내가 3 일 동안 머물렀던 아주 좋은 방과 위치는 훌륭합니다. 메인 광장 센터까지 도보로 약 5 분이 소요됩니다. 핫샤워와 강력한 와이파이 그리고 신선한 과일과 갓 구운 빵이 많은 아주 멋진 아침 식사 !! 그들의 직원은 나를 위해 전화와 탑승권도 인쇄하는 데 도움이되었습니다. 나는 거기에서 매우 즐거운 숙박을했다.

NNAOHIKO HASEGAWA알마스 광장의 모퉁이에 있는 호텔에서 쿠스코에서 가장 입지입니다. 방은 잘 청소되었고 깨끗했습니다. 직원은 모두 친절하고 친절했습니다. 마추픽추에 이른 아침 출발의 날은 아침 식사를 위해 도시락을 갖게 해주었습니다. 공항에 택시를 부르고, 가격도 정해져 있기 때문에 안심이었습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 알마스 광장을 바라보는 테라스에서의 아침 식사는 최고의 시간이었습니다.

KK TravelsLet me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice.
But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath.
The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it.
I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep.
Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh
