호텔은 구시가지의 좋은 위치에 있으며 Plaza de Armas에서 도보로 6~7분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 내부 환경이 매우 좋고, 장식이 아름답고 매우 깨끗합니다. 방도 깔끔하고 깨끗합니다만, 방에 환풍기가 없습니다. 특히 창문이 없는 밀폐된 방에서는 냄새가 퍼지기 어렵습니다. 서비스는 말하기 어렵습니다. 창문과 발코니가 있는 슈페리어룸을 예약했는데 체크인할 때 업그레이드된 객실을 제공받았다고 합니다. 창문도 없이 완전히 밀폐된 방이었어요! 동의하지 않지만, 호텔 측에서는 “논의” 결과 무료 저녁 식사를 제공할 수 밖에 없다고 했습니다.

Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice. The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.

Good service. Nice staff. The breakfast is good and starts from 3am which is very thoughtful for people who are going to Machu Picchu.

Nice place for folks that want to relaxe while adjusting to the altitude. Food is good but overpriced. There is great food downtown but for that you would have to go down thousands of stairs and then come back up when you are done.

쿠스코의 햄튼 호텔에서 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주어 머무는 내내 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다. 특히 윌마 씨는 스탠다드 침대 두 개 대신 퀸사이즈 침대가 있는 방으로 바꿔달라는 요청을 기꺼이 들어주셨습니다. 윌마 씨의 세심한 배려가 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 객실은 새것이라 깨끗하고 편안했으며, 침구도 새것처럼 깨끗했고, 아침 식사도 아주 맛있었습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 경험이었고, 쿠스코를 방문하는 모든 분께 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다.

알마스 광장의 모퉁이에 있는 호텔에서 쿠스코에서 가장 입지입니다. 방은 잘 청소되었고 깨끗했습니다. 직원은 모두 친절하고 친절했습니다. 마추픽추에 이른 아침 출발의 날은 아침 식사를 위해 도시락을 갖게 해주었습니다. 공항에 택시를 부르고, 가격도 정해져 있기 때문에 안심이었습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 알마스 광장을 바라보는 테라스에서의 아침 식사는 최고의 시간이었습니다.

전반적으로 호텔은 좋았고 서비스는 좋았으며 세탁 서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 2 가지 문제 : 1) 위치: 전면은 거리가 아니라 도보 차선이므로 택시와 관광 교통편은 정문으로 올 수 없습니다. 이 골목에는 클럽도 많아서 밤새 소음과 발 교통이 있습니다. 2 아침 식사가 포함되어 있지만 두 번째 오믈렛을 원한다면 비용을 지불하기를 원했습니다. 무료 아침 식사는 무료를 의미하며 다른 뷔페 레스토랑에서 원하는 만큼 많은 계란을 먹을 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 나는 다시 거기에 머물 것입니다.

Let me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice. But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath. The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it. I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep. Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

일반적으로 호텔은 쿠스코, 작은 방, 작은 창문, 매우 작은 욕실, 난방 시설 없음, 식수 없음, 슬리퍼 없음으로 나쁘지 않지만 청결 함, 위치 및 호텔이 새 호텔이기 때문에 5 점을줍니다. 우리가 그곳에 살았을 때 비용은 아침 식사 없이 1박당 90달러였습니다. 이 가격이면 괜찮습니다. 하지만 우리가 이틀 동안 떠났다가 돌아왔을 때 비용은 이미 1박당 $180였습니다. 이 호텔에서는 도저히 상상할 수 없는 금액이었습니다. 쿠스코에서 일주일을 지내보니 가격과 품질이 이 호텔뿐만 아니라 다른 호텔에도 큰 문제라는 것이 분명해졌습니다! 가격은 비싸고 서비스는 최소한입니다!

Clean and central, close to central market and main square, very convenient! The lady owner is very friendly and helpful, despite she doesn't speak English, but she always try very hard to use Google translate app to communicate with me with no problem at all.
