저는 이 호텔의 발코니를 정말 좋아합니다. 발코니에 서서 다람쥐에게 먹이를 줄 수 있어서 너무 좋아요. 객실 시설도 매우 편리합니다. 테이크아웃을 주문하거나 라면을 만들고 싶을 때 전자레인지 식기도 준비되어 있어 매우 편리합니다! 독립기념관에서 도보로 3~5분 거리에 나가서 좌회전하여 조금만 직진하면 맛있는 스페인 츄러스 체인점을 찾을 수 있습니다! 중국인의 위장에 좋은 라면을 살 수 있는 한국 슈퍼마켓도 있어요!

쉐라톤 호텔은 리폼 애비뉴(Reform Avenue) 옆에 위치하여 접근성이 편리하고 경치가 아름답습니다. 인근의 다양한 레스토랑은 매우 독특하며 호텔의 아침 식사는 다양하고 품질이 풍부합니다. 호텔 직원은 수준이 높고 태도가 좋습니다. 다시 멕시코시티에 온다면 쉐라톤 호텔을 선택하겠습니다.

이번 여행의 여러 호텔 중 가장 불만족스러운 호텔입니다. 온라인으로 예약할 때 국립예술궁전 사진을 보여줬는데 너무 멀어서 못 가봤어요. 사실 외관은 호텔이 너무 평범해서 사진을 찍어봤습니다! 거리를 향한 방을 요청했는데, 햇살이 잘 들고 좋았지만, 욕실은 단순한 유리 칸막이가 있고 장미색으로 칠해져 있었습니다(￣д￣;). 아침 식사는 1층 로비에서 제공되며, 종류가 적고 매우 간단합니다. 교통이 매우 편리하여 외출 시 Insurgentes 지하철역을 볼 수 있습니다.

처음가시는 분들은 위치 때문에 좀 헤매실텐데.. 멕시코시티 터미널1 에서 8번 **트에서 밖으로 나가시면 안되고 안쪽으로 들어가셔서 에스컬레이트나 엘리베이터 타고 3층으로 가셔야 됩니다! 룸 컨디션도 아주 좋았고 공항안에 24시간 스벅 등 식사도 전혀 문제 없습니다. 다음날 오전 비행기로 이동하셔야 되면 아주 좋은 선택지입니다. 마지막으로 터미널 1에서 2로 이동이 필요하시면 6번 출구에서 나가서 흰색버스(무료) 타시면 되고, 빨간색 버스는 20페소 지불하셔야 합니다!

This place is fantastic. The location is perfect and many attractions are walking distance. The hotel has a lovely ambience and the staff were really friendly. The room was big and comfortable. I would recommend this place. We shall be returning

Good location at the Zona Rosa. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good, some Mexican specialties are available. Try the ＂cafe de olla” and the ＂tamales”.

The hotel is okay, the bad a little hard which need to take note. Near to bus & metro station with walking 3-5 mins. Parking is free.

A great location with a very impressive lobby and facade. The room was nice although a bit small. Whilst the staff were mainly great, we were disappointed on a couple of occasions. Firstly, they took away our bath towels without replacing them. When we called down asking for towels they said they would send someone straight away however we never received them and had to dry ourselves with our robes. Secondly, we had to leave at 7am and asked if we could have something to eat a bit earlier. They were unwilling to organise anything. Every other hotel we have stayed at would organise a brekkie box if you’re unable to make breakfast time, given this was a part of our stay and therefore a service we had paid for.

It's one of the best hostels I've ever stayed. For this price good breakfast included. The best location. Clean. All good
