프런트 직원은 매우 세심하고 친절했습니다. 객실은 관리가 필요해 보입니다. 수건과 침구는 힐튼 기준에 미치지 못하는 매우 오래되었습니다. 엘리베이터가 작동하지 않았습니다. 이런 문제가 처음 있는 건 아닙니다. 객실 에어컨도 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다(실내 온도를 제대로 낮출 수 없었습니다).

이번 여행의 여러 호텔 중 가장 불만족스러운 호텔입니다. 온라인으로 예약할 때 국립예술궁전 사진을 보여줬는데 너무 멀어서 못 가봤어요. 사실 외관은 호텔이 너무 평범해서 사진을 찍어봤습니다! 거리를 향한 방을 요청했는데, 햇살이 잘 들고 좋았지만, 욕실은 단순한 유리 칸막이가 있고 장미색으로 칠해져 있었습니다(￣д￣;). 아침 식사는 1층 로비에서 제공되며, 종류가 적고 매우 간단합니다. 교통이 매우 편리하여 외출 시 Insurgentes 지하철역을 볼 수 있습니다.

쉐라톤 호텔은 리폼 애비뉴(Reform Avenue) 옆에 위치하여 접근성이 편리하고 경치가 아름답습니다. 인근의 다양한 레스토랑은 매우 독특하며 호텔의 아침 식사는 다양하고 품질이 풍부합니다. 호텔 직원은 수준이 높고 태도가 좋습니다. 다시 멕시코시티에 온다면 쉐라톤 호텔을 선택하겠습니다.

Good location at the Zona Rosa. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good, some Mexican specialties are available. Try the ＂cafe de olla” and the ＂tamales”.

이 이비스 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 바로 탁월한 위치입니다. 아름다운 알라메다 센트럴 공원 바로 앞에 자리 잡고 있으며, 미술관과 역사 지구까지 걸어서 갈 수 있어 관광객에게 매우 편리합니다. 경제적인 체인 호텔답게 기본적인 서비스는 제공합니다. 객실은 아담하지만 잘 설계되어 있고 깨끗하며, 침구는 편안합니다. 공용 공간은 현대적이고 밝으며, 직원들은 친절하고 효율적입니다. 다만, 호텔이 대로변에 인접해 있고 공원 전망 객실은 교통 소음이 발생할 수 있으니 귀마개를 지참하는 것이 좋습니다. 또한 조식 메뉴는 다소 단출하지만, 근처에 다양한 현지 식당이 있습니다. 요약하자면, 합리적인 가격에 기본적인 편안함과 안전성을 제공하여 예산과 위치를 중시하는 여행객에게 ”완벽한 숙소”가 될 것입니다. 낮에는 관광을 즐기고 밤에는 편안한 수면만 필요한 여행객에게 이상적입니다.

The hotel is okay, the bad a little hard which need to take note. Near to bus & metro station with walking 3-5 mins. Parking is free.

Beautiful hotel, great location, but unfortunately, the noise makes it extremely difficult to recommend staying here. The music from the rooftop bar starts getting louder around 6 PM and continues until approximately 2 AM, and it seems to get progressively louder throughout the night. It was genuinely impossible to relax or sleep in our room. We were even given earplugs, but they did very little to help. If you plan to be out until 2 AM every night, you may not notice it. But if you are looking for a relaxing hotel where you can come back, unwind, and get a good night’s sleep, this is honestly a terrible experience. We also booked a Deluxe King room but were put in a Queen room for our first night. We were not able to get into the correct room category that we booked until after 5PM the following day because the Deluxe King room was ”not yet clean.” No upgrade or compensation was given for this mistake. It’s a shame because the property is beautiful but a hotel room that you cannot reasonably sleep or relax. I would strongly recommend asking about the noise before booking.

이 호스텔의 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다! 아름다운 옥상 바에서 무료 웰컴 드링크를 제공했고, 기숙사 방은 전용 욕실이 있어서 매우 편안했습니다. 6인실에 3명만 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했고, 다양한 옵션이 있었습니다. 저는 분명히 다시 올 것입니다. 가격 대비 가치가 좋았습니다.

A great location with a very impressive lobby and facade. The room was nice although a bit small. Whilst the staff were mainly great, we were disappointed on a couple of occasions. Firstly, they took away our bath towels without replacing them. When we called down asking for towels they said they would send someone straight away however we never received them and had to dry ourselves with our robes. Secondly, we had to leave at 7am and asked if we could have something to eat a bit earlier. They were unwilling to organise anything. Every other hotel we have stayed at would organise a brekkie box if you’re unable to make breakfast time, given this was a part of our stay and therefore a service we had paid for.
