A great stay is made by three things: comfort, food, and service, and the Swiss-Belinn knocked all three out of the park.

I want to start with something that truly stood out: the cleanliness. The hygiene and tidiness across the entire property were absolutely top-notch. Our room was immaculate spotless, fresh, and welcoming making it instantly feel like a safe and relaxing sanctuary. This level of attention to detail and care is the foundation of a great stay, and the housekeeping team deserves massive credit.
The Taste of Excellence: let’s talk about the food. It wasn't just good; it was genuinely amazing. Every single meal was a memorable experience. The culinary team clearly operates with passion and expertise. From the beautifully prepared breakfast spread to the delicious evening dining, the quality, flavor, and creativity of the dishes were outstanding. 리리뷰어I booked a 2-night stay over Saturday and Sunday while waiting for my 1am flight on Monday. I had just returned from a safari and was extremely tired, hoping to get some rest. Unfortunately, starting around 4am on Sunday, there was a lot of noise coming from the room directly in front of mine. It appeared to be a group occupying multiple rooms, shouting and moving between them.
I called the lobby twice, and while the receptionist was kind and responsive in contacting the group, the noise continued, and I eventually gave up on trying to sleep.
Later that afternoon, the tap and shower in my room stopped working. I had to call again to have it fixed, and even after it was restored, there was no hot water. I had a VERY cold shower.
That said, I genuinely appreciated the food and the aesthetic of the property—the African artifacts in the hallways and the soaring ceilings made the place feel very special. It’s the kind of atmosphere I’d love to return to. However, because of the disruptions and inconvenience I experienced, I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless necessary.

YYao bukeyan算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。
酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。
酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

Hhani hussainLovely hotel. Beautiful room, delicious breakfast, amazing staff especially Ms Purity at the checkin who accommodated my questions and was very polite, always with a smile. The hotel has a prayer room near the lobby. Clean and spacious but no separation between men and women. The complimentary airport shuttle service was very useful. Will definitely stay here again.

리리뷰어A perfect hotel located close the the international airport. Upon arrival the hotel staff catered for your needs and the reception staff was most friendly. The room was perfect, big clean and had a bath which was helpful for a 3 year old girl. The restaurant was ace, great value for money and the hotel provided a shuttle taxi to the airport for a competitive rate.

익익명 사용자I truly enjoyed my short stay here. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the gate to the hotel staff made me feel at home. The food was exceptional—especially the lamb chops, some of the best I’ve ever had. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety and was even more delightful by the poolside, with a cool breeze and soft background music. Security is modern and reassuring, and my room had a lovely view of Westlands. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend this place.

MMrV12341234전반적으로 이 호텔은 좋았습니다. 아침 식사 음식 스프레드는 훌륭했고 저녁 식사에서 주문할 수 있는 A-la-cart 항목은 매우 화려하고 맛있었습니다.
직원들은 친절하고 친절했습니다(그러나 그들은 종종 일에 압도된 것처럼 보였습니다). 부지 뒤쪽에는 거대한 산책로가 있었습니다. 경내는 아름다웠다. 호텔은 깨끗했습니다. 체육관은 작았습니다. 덤벨, 런닝 머신 2 ~ 3 개, 타원형  기계 및 요가 매트 1 개가 포함되었습니다. 체육관의 물 주전자는 비어있었습니다.
비용의 1/3 근처에 정말 멋진 호텔이 있기 때문에 다시 여기에 머물지 않을 것입니다. 음식의 다양성은 Eka만큼 좋지 않거나 아름다운 경내만큼 좋지 않을 수도 있지만 Eka는 추가 비용의 가치가 없었습니다. 우리는 2박을 했고 전체 시간 동안 125달러의 야간 가치가 어디에서 오는지 볼 수 없었습니다.
슬프게도 Trip의 다른 나이로비 호텔 등급은 3.5과 같이 낮습니다. 예 호텔은 Maison Royale입니다. 그러나 조금 덜 멋진 좋은 호텔을 찾고 있다면 다른 곳으로 가십시오.

JJIONG일부 야생 동물만 키우면 환경이 매우 좋습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 아침과 저녁 식사를 설정하고 쇼를보기 위해 하룻밤 바베큐를하고 하룻밤 동안 유럽식 저녁 식사를 제공합니다. 둘 다 꽤 좋습니다. 정오에는 쇼핑몰 옆에서 해결됩니다. 손님이 많지 않아 휴가에 적합합니다.
