DDominicI booked a 2-night stay over Saturday and Sunday while waiting for my 1am flight on Monday. I had just returned from a safari and was extremely tired, hoping to get some rest. Unfortunately, starting around 4am on Sunday, there was a lot of noise coming from the room directly in front of mine. It appeared to be a group occupying multiple rooms, shouting and moving between them.
I called the lobby twice, and while the receptionist was kind and responsive in contacting the group, the noise continued, and I eventually gave up on trying to sleep.
Later that afternoon, the tap and shower in my room stopped working. I had to call again to have it fixed, and even after it was restored, there was no hot water. I had a VERY cold shower.
That said, I genuinely appreciated the food and the aesthetic of the property—the African artifacts in the hallways and the soaring ceilings made the place feel very special. It’s the kind of atmosphere I’d love to return to. However, because of the disruptions and inconvenience I experienced, I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless necessary.

Our room was immaculate spotless, fresh, and welcoming making it instantly feel like a safe and relaxing sanctuary. This level of attention to detail and care is the foundation of a great stay, and the housekeeping team deserves massive credit.
The Taste of Excellence: let’s talk about the food. It wasn't just good; it was genuinely amazing. Every single meal was a memorable experience. The culinary team clearly operates with passion and expertise. From the beautifully prepared breakfast spread to the delicious evening dining, the quality, flavor, and creativity of the dishes were outstanding. It made every moment of our staycation feel like a special occasion.

YYUSUFMU5What an amazing experience! Me and my wife have luckily travelled to many countries and stayed in a range of hotels and this was one of the most comfortable and welcome experiences. Our first time in Nairobi so we didn’t know too much about where to stay until we spoke to some people. They mentioned the area to be safe and also recommended this hotel as a great way to be comfortable in Nairobi. You have security in entrance and exit and they were super nice. All the staff in the hotel were accommodating and showed us around and had us alll the info we needed. We got breakfast included and stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. You have a range of foods to choose from and I’m sure you’ll find something you like! The food at the hotel is halal which is great for us too. Our room was cleaned and refilled every day and they were respectful and details in their service. We also used the gym which was super great. Enough for you to get a good workout in too. The location is next to Sarit Centre, perfect to access the Masai Market (on specific days) and also shops of all kinds.
Big thank you to the team and everyone involved! Will definitely choose this hotel if I’m ever in Nairobi and also one I’d recommend to friends and family.

YYao bukeyan算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。
酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。
酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

익익명 사용자I truly enjoyed my short stay here. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the gate to the hotel staff made me feel at home. The food was exceptional—especially the lamb chops, some of the best I’ve ever had. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety and was even more delightful by the poolside, with a cool breeze and soft background music. Security is modern and reassuring, and my room had a lovely view of Westlands. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend this place.

MMrV12341234전반적으로 이 호텔은 좋았습니다. 아침 식사 음식 스프레드는 훌륭했고 저녁 식사에서 주문할 수 있는 A-la-cart 항목은 매우 화려하고 맛있었습니다.
직원들은 친절하고 친절했습니다(그러나 그들은 종종 일에 압도된 것처럼 보였습니다). 부지 뒤쪽에는 거대한 산책로가 있었습니다. 경내는 아름다웠다. 호텔은 깨끗했습니다. 체육관은 작았습니다. 덤벨, 런닝 머신 2 ~ 3 개, 타원형  기계 및 요가 매트 1 개가 포함되었습니다. 체육관의 물 주전자는 비어있었습니다.
비용의 1/3 근처에 정말 멋진 호텔이 있기 때문에 다시 여기에 머물지 않을 것입니다. 음식의 다양성은 Eka만큼 좋지 않거나 아름다운 경내만큼 좋지 않을 수도 있지만 Eka는 추가 비용의 가치가 없었습니다. 우리는 2박을 했고 전체 시간 동안 125달러의 야간 가치가 어디에서 오는지 볼 수 없었습니다.
슬프게도 Trip의 다른 나이로비 호텔 등급은 3.5과 같이 낮습니다. 예 호텔은 Maison Royale입니다. 그러나 조금 덜 멋진 좋은 호텔을 찾고 있다면 다른 곳으로 가십시오.

JJason2023중심가에 가까워 걸어서 몇 분 거리에 여러 바가 있어서 위치가 좋습니다. 우버를 이용하면 편리하고 저렴하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 직원들도 친절했고, 레스토랑/바는 24시간 영업하는 것 같습니다. 객실도 좋았습니다. 나이로비는 물가가 좀 비싼 편이지만, 이 호텔은 괜찮았습니다. 사파리 후에 다시 예약하려고 했는데 가격이 더 비싸져서 대신 스위스 벨린 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 스위스 벨린은 더 저렴하면서도 시설은 비슷했습니다 (거리가 조금 더 멀긴 하지만, 우버와 볼트를 이용하면 편리하고 저렴하게 이동할 수 있습니다).
케냐에 오는 외국인을 위한 팁:
1. 케냐 밖에서 환전하세요. 특히 공항 환율이 정말 안 좋습니다. 실제 환율보다 최대 35%까지 낮게 주는 것을 봤습니다.
2. 현금은 조금만 있으면 충분합니다. 대부분의 장소에서 카드를 사용할 수 있습니다.
3. 텔콤 유심 카드는 절대 사지 마세요. 나이로비에서도 전혀 쓸모가 없지만, 사파리에서는 완전히 무용지물입니다.
4. 우버와 볼트는 여기서 아주 유용합니다.
5. 사파리 여행에 국립공원 입장료(미국 달러로 지불)가 포함되어 있지 않다면, 도착 전에 미리 지불하세요. 여기 은행과 ATM은 미국 달러 인출이 매우 불안정합니다.
6. 호텔 세탁소의 비싼 가격에 돈을 낭비하지 마세요. 스마트푸아 세탁소처럼 저렴한 가격으로 세탁물을 수거하고 배달해주는 현지 업체를 이용하세요.
7. 사파리 차량 뒷좌석은 피하세요. 매우 심하게 흔들립니다.

JJIAN호텔은 나이로비 외곽에 위치하고 있으며 주변 환경이 좋습니다. 뒤에 쇼핑몰이 있고 호텔 안에 쇼핑마을도 있어서 쇼핑하기 매우 편리합니다. 호텔은 넓은 녹지가 있는 넓은 지역을 차지하며 물과 굴곡이 있어 진정한 공원 호텔입니다. 주차장은 자가 운전에 매우 편리합니다. 많은 수영장이 부모와 어린이에게 적합합니다. 다양한 나라의 요리를 맛볼 수 있는 레스토랑이 많이 있습니다. 케냐에 도착하는 첫 번째 정류장 또는 마지막 정류장이 되는 것은 편안한 경험을 제공합니다.
