由於剛裝修完，酒店硬件一流，所有設備都是新的，一進房間有香香的原木味，房間配置了一個露天風呂，水温足夠熱，但不確定是不是天然温泉。 預定是一泊二食，餐食也很滿意。

Just wanna share my experience of staying in this beautiful hotel. 1- The location and the views from the hotel are just amazing! Especially during sunsets! 2- The personal and stuff of the hotel are super super friendly, if I could I would give 10 stars for the hospitality. 3- Onsens and the view are something out from this world 4- What I was really amazed is the kitchen and the chef that is cooking. If you stay in this hotel I highly recommend take the breakfast and dinners. You will have a high class food with a presentation and explanation of each dish by the servant. Best experience 5- Last but not the least I forgot my speaker in the hotel. The stuff brought it back the same day to me to another hotel I moved after NISHIHOPPO. So guys, less words more actions! 10 stars to this amazing hotel and it’s owner. My respect.

우리 가족은 도쿄에서 나가노까지 특별히 찾아왔고, 주변 관광지 구경, 노자와 온천의 스노우 몽키 관람, 도가쿠시 신사 방문 외에도 이번 여행의 백미는 바로 잇사노코미치 비유노야도에서의 숙박이었습니다. 처음에는 그저 그런 숙소겠거니 하고 별다른 기대를 하지 않았습니다. 하지만 눈 덮인 유다나카 시부 온천에 도착하자마자, 따뜻하고 전문적인 환대에 깊은 감명을 받았습니다. 세심한 응대부터 훌륭한 저녁 식사, 그리고 독특한 대중 온천까지, 모든 면이 기대를 뛰어넘는 즐거운 놀라움이었습니다. 이곳은 단순한 숙박을 넘어, 일본 온천 문화의 진수를 경험하는 잊을 수 없는 여정이었습니다. 나가노 여행을 계획 중이시라면, 온천과 자연이 완벽하게 조화를 이루는 이곳은 분명 방문할 가치가 있는 곳입니다!

게스트하우스는 작은 마을을 탐험하기에 완벽한 위치에 있으며, 편안하고 따뜻하게 맞아줍니다. 분위기는 편안하고 친절했습니다. 열쇠, 전통 슬리퍼, 그리고 저희만의 유카다까지 제공해 주었습니다. 아침 식사는 정말 맛있는 샌드위치와 함께 제공되었고, 늦게 도착했는데도 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 음식을 제공해 주었습니다. 욕실과 샤워실은 공용이지만 항상 깨끗합니다. 유일한 단점은 바닥에 깔린 이불인데, 카펫 때문에 알레르기나 천식이 있는 분들은 특히 불편할 수 있습니다. 다행히 첫날밤 이후 베개를 교체해 주셔서 훨씬 더 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 백패커와 가족 여행객 모두에게 적합한, 진정성 있고 친절한, 추천할 만한 경험이었습니다.

Mostly good experience. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The French restaurant was delicious. And it was great that there was a ski rental and storage right inside the hotel. Added to that, the convenience of skiing right to the lift is heavenly. The bar/ lounge was chill and cozy. However it either seemed there was a shortage of staff, mostly new staff, or both. The mandatory dinner reservations were very restrictive even though when getting there at the reserved time, the restaurant was half empty. And most frustrating was that there was no options for getting any type of food after 8:30. So if you get hungry after that time or want a snack, you better pre buy one of the 3 options of instant noodles from the lobby store (before it closes also).
