이 호텔에서 10일 동안 휴식을 취했습니다. 훌륭한 위치, 바다까지 도보 7분. 14:30부터 규칙에 따라 빠른 주거. 직원들은 친절하고 항상 도울 준비가 되어 있습니다. 아침 식사는 인도에 좋으며 항상 오믈렛, 요구르트 계란, 과일 2 종류, 작물, 차, 토스트, 일반적으로 배고픈 것은 머물지 않습니다.방은 훌륭하고 모든 것이 작동하며 뜨거운 물에는 문제가 없으며 매일 청소하지만 클린 버튼을 누르십시오. 5층에 수영장이 있고 사람이 거의 없습니다. 일반적으로 호텔은 내가 Candolim에 왔다면 그것을 다시 선택할 생각조차하지 않고 좋아했습니다.

Отель понравился, достаточно большие номера, у нас был из 2 комнат, 2 душевые с с/у и 2 балкона. Очень приветливые, исполнительные и услужливые работники отеля❤️❤️❤️ Единственный минус, далековато от моря и мы не смогли простроить короткий маршрут)

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the start. Check-in was expected at 3 PM, as with any normal hotel, but it was not honored. I had to wait in the lobby for an hour and a half with no real apologies or compensation. The only thing they offered was a coffee, which felt absurd. When finally given the room, it was not clean to basic expectations. The toilet had urine residue that I had to clean myself, and there was a long strand of hair on the blanket, showing that the linens had not been properly changed. Service was poor throughout my stay. Requests for additional pillows and bottled water had to be made multiple times before being fulfilled. Breakfast was consistently disappointing—limited options, dry bread and croissants, no variation day to day, and insufficient tables even when you pay for it. The hotel is relatively new—about four years old—but it feels much older. It seems management does not properly maintain the property. The location is okay but not on the beach; you need to walk about 1 km to reach it.

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

Очень дружественный персонал всего отеля, ухоженная зелёная чистая территория, чистый бассейн, хороший завтрак( много из индийской кухни, но и европейское привычное тоже есть) , уборка каждый день без напоминаний. Номер просторный с 2мя кондиционерами и огромной трассой,отличный вай фай, к сожаление были всего 5 дней из 18 в Гоа, т.к. На весь срок не было мест. До моря неспешным шагом 10 минут. Рядом на центральной улице вся инфраструктура отдыха - кафе, магазины, фруктовые лавки. С удовольствием вернёмся снова! Спасибо всему персоналу за атмосферу гостепреимства и доброжелательности!

Property location is near to candolim beach. Food is good but limited options in complementary breakfast. Room cleaning and upkeeping is good. Only drawback is that room is quite outdated, saw some previous feedbacks about property for improvements, yet it's the same even now like bathroom door is not locking etc.

Расположен очень удобно, номера внутри территории, тишина ночью, не слышно шума. Чистота в номере, уборка ежедневно. Только в номере нет холодильника! Бассейн чистый, но горячий!

I am so glad that I chose this hotel in the last minute. Had very great experience staying here. I would highly recommend others to experience their hospitality and ambience.
