체크인 경험은 아야나보다 더 좋습니다. 웰컴 카드와 과일 스낵이 있고, 미니바 품목은 풍부하고 다양합니다. 웨이터들은 친절하고, 열정적이었고, 도움이 되었습니다. 우리가 떠났을 때, 그들은 우리에게 기회가 된다면 다시 오라고 환영하며, 이곳이 항상 우리의 두 번째 집이 될 것이며, 외국에서 매우 따뜻함을 느낀다고 말했습니다. 항공편 문제로 인해 무료로 공항까지 데려다주는 서비스를 추가로 제공받았습니다. 공항에서 차로 10분 거리에 있었거든요. 전날 아야나에서 호텔까지 택시를 타고 몇 분 거리에 있었는데, 택시 요금으로 10만 대만 달러가 들었던 것과 비교하면, 아카크타나의 부가가치 공항 픽업 서비스의 세심함은 매우 관대하고 인도적이어서 엄지척을 보내야 할 것 같습니다.

이번 인도네시아 코모도 여행에서 라부안 바조 크라운 플라자 호텔에 묵었는데, 모든 면에서 완벽한 경험이었어요. 인터컨티넨탈 호텔 체인의 높은 서비스 수준을 느낄 수 있었고, 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 아주 순조로웠습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 배려해주셨고요. 객실은 넓고 밝았으며, 심플하면서도 고급스러운 디자인이 돋보였습니다. 방음과 청결 상태도 아주 좋았습니다. 위치도 훌륭해서 이동하기 편리했고, 코모도 여행의 거점으로 삼기에 완벽했습니다. 시설도 새것 같고, 서비스도 좋고, 안정감까지 완벽해서 이 지역 최고의 고급 호텔이라고 생각해요. 다음에 코모도에 오면 또 여기에 묵을 거예요! 공항 픽업/샌딩 서비스도 세심하게 신경 써주셔서 좋았습니다.

Loved everything at Eco Tree. The only downside was the Wi-Fi connection, as it was a bit unstable and tended to disconnect frequently. Other than that, we truly enjoyed the warm hospitality and welcoming service. The room was clean and neat. Loved every moment of our stay 🤍

Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

코모도 섬 투어를 위해이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 항구까지 걸어 갈 수 있어 음식점도 근처에 있기 때문에, 행동파의 사람에게 있어 위치는 좋다고 생각합니다. 엘리베이터가 있습니다. 방은 깨끗하게 되어 있어, 페트병의 물이 1박당 2개 받을 수 있는 것이 좋았습니다! 샤워의 온수가 한정되어 있어 도중에 차가워져 버리는 것과, 드라이어를 매회 로비에 빌려 가고, 사용이 끝나면 반환하지 않으면 안됩니다. 호텔 눈앞의 음식점에서 매일 밤 큰 소란을 하고 있으므로, 조용히 자고 싶은 사람은 귀마개가 필요할 것입니다.

What a fabulous resort ! The management is amazing, and so is the staff. Everyone is so kind and has a the best service attitude. Our service was personalised, e.g. the resort went out of their way to look for migraine medicine for my husband from the mainland when he.run out of it. We had to stay 3 extra days as we were unwell, despite a super busy season the resort found a way to accommodate us. The snorkeling off the pier is better than you could ever expect. Totally clear water, actually, you can watch sharks, sting rays and multi coloured fish pass by even without getting into the water ! The breakfast included is yummy, and there are plenty of dinner options. I would highly recommend this resort for relaxation - to anyone considering to travel to Flores/Komodo - a few nights here is a must ! Very good for families too. Thank you for the team of taking such good care of us. 

정말 완벽했어요! 모든 게 아주 깨끗했고, 수영장도 하루에도 여러 번 청소해 주셨어요. 나뭇잎 같은 작은 이물질이 떨어져도 (자연이니까요 ㅎㅎ) 깨끗하게 정리해 주셨죠. 방도 완벽했는데, 샤워기 꼭지가 살짝 막혔어요 (제가 샤워를 오래 하고 머리도 길어서 그런 것 같아요). 하지만 심각한 문제는 아니었고, 말씀드리자마자 바로바로 해결해 주셨어요. 다른 호텔들보다 조금 멀긴 하지만, 1) 길 건너편에 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 필요한 걸 살 수 있고, 2) 공항과도 아주 가깝고 무료 셔틀 서비스를 제공하며, 3) 고젝이나 그랩바이크를 타면 아주 저렴하게 10분 안에 어디든 갈 수 있어요. 조식도 맛있었어요. 10점 만점에 10점! 강력 추천합니다!

라부안 바조에서 아주 좋은 추억을 가졌습니다. 호텔 위치는 굉장합니다. 말 그대로 공항에서 도보로 단 10 분 거리에 있습니다. 그러나 호텔로 가는 길은 끔찍하고 여행 가방을 들고 다니는 사람들에게 친절하지 않습니다. 호텔 직원은 모두 매우 친절하고 특히 Elfren을 환영합니다. 이 호텔은 모든 기본 시설을 갖추고 있어 저렴합니다. 다행히 나는 그들이 제공하지 않기 때문에 항상 내 편의 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 다른 리뷰와 달리 에어컨은 괜찮습니다. 초기 공사로 인해 샤워 후 화장실이 물을 축적하여 샤워 후 물이 배수구로 갈 수 없도록 불균형이 발생할 수 있습니다. 그러나 어쨌든이 호텔은 매우 좋은 선택입니다! 다시 올 것이다

An excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day. A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests. At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!
