FFadilah KasmaniOur stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo exceeded my expectations and I'm so pleased with the overall experience! The hospitality and service by all hotel staff we've met was consistent and a delight throughout our 5 nights stay. From in-room dining to the dinners at the restaurant, our orders were prepared carefully and presented well, and all tasted delicious. The hotel also offered us wake-up calls and breakfast-to-go for our island day trip, which we booked directly through the hotel. As we stayed with young children, they were also accommodating and even entertained the kids interaction. On the last day after checking out and upon arrival at the airport, I had realised I left a milk bottle. When I called the hotel to request to send it to me at the airport, they had immediately acted on it and were already on their way. Thank you so much to the wonderful team especially Ms Claudia for making our holiday stay a memorable and exceptional one.

11891112****경치가 정말 아름답고, 모든 객실에서 바다가 보이고, 수영장이 바로 해변에 있어서 너무 아름다워요. 오전에는 호텔 활동에 참여했습니다. 일출 하이킹과 해변 요가가 정말 좋았어요! 개인 섬으로 가는 배가 매 시간마다 있지만, 섬이 매우 작아서 할 일이 없습니다. 호텔이 너무 좋아서 떠나고 싶지 않아요!

리리뷰어This resort is in such a beautiful setting. A perfect relaxing getaway where the team could not be more helpful. Not only did they make all arrangements for all or our day trips, but a member of the team even raced after us to the airport with some items we didn't even realise we left behind.

BBudi Hao Lin최근 호텔에 묵었는데, 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 다만, 다른 건물 때문에 해변이나 항구가 보이는 창문이 가려져 있었습니다. 하지만 루프탑 바에 가면 해변이나 항구의 탁 트인 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 특히 석양을 감상하기에는 더할 나위 없이 좋습니다.
객실 내 편의시설은 충분했지만, 칫솔, 빗, 면도기 등 세면도구가 부족했습니다. 전반적으로 위치와 객실 크기는 좋았지만, 개선이 필요한 부분도 있었습니다.

Gghgdhdh수탉과 숲의 새가 당신에게 영향을 미치는 것을 두려워하지 않는다면 이런 종류의 호텔을 경험할 수 있습니다.작은 집에 사는 것은 매우 흥미 롭습니다.
수도꼭지가 좀 문제였지만, 이런 호텔에 많은 걸 바랄 수는 없습니다. 기본적으로 다른 문제는 없습니다.
호텔 레스토랑에서만 먹을 수 있어요 음식이 제 입맛에 맞지 않아요 호텔 마지막 날에 뭘 먹었는지 모르겠고 설사를 해요. 근처에 다른 레스토랑이 없습니다.

JJulia_OtterandAlpineA really nice little hotel in Labuan Bajo. A bit out of the way of the town centre (10 minute drive or hofur walk), but Grab bikes are inexpensive and readily available. They organised a free airport pick up which was really handy and a great perk. Staff are really lovely and helpful. The outdoor space is lovely and the pool is also great. It could do with having someone clean it each morning to collect everything that falls from the trees but otherwise it was still a great facility. Our room was very quirky in its decoration but it was comfortable, clean and had hot water. They also have bag storage at reception which was very useful. Breakfast was a small buffet and was good. Good for a night or 2 before a boat trip to Komodo!

리리뷰어The room is big and clean, the staffs are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again to stay if we visit Labuan Bajo. The biggest advantage is the location ia very near to the airport so we don’t really need to rush to go to the aiport.

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

리리뷰어Simple room yet the design was updated. Quite satisfied. I like the bed and the pillow the most. Sooooo comfortable and immersed during my sleep. The hotel near to the roadside and the staff also update us with the noisy from the bar. But it was not a big deal. Not so noisy and surprisingly we able to sleep well. Maybe because of the bed n pillow as I mentioned. Even it was a budget hotel but for me its up to the high quality of the premium hotel. It suits to those who wanted for a short stay or to save their budget. Plus point abt the accessible location. Near to Marina Harbour as well as nearby cafe,foods or drinks.
