'Booked a 3 night stay at Queen Hotel in Chester and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel and the room was perfect. Didnt dine at the restaurant but ordered 2 bar meals which the food was plentiful and delicious with an excellent choice. Room service was excellent too as we ordered drinks to the room and also some sandwiches and soup. The breakfast was excellent too. All staff I spoke with were courteous and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly be booking this hotel again for my next visit to Chester.'

리리뷰어최근 5일 동안 이곳에 머물렀습니다. 정말 환상적인 경험이었어요. 직원분들이 믿을 수 없을 정도로 친절하셨습니다. 모든 직원분들의 이름을 기억하지는 못하지만, 특히 데이브는 정말 친절했고 주차 문제 몇 가지를 즉시 해결해 주기 위해 최선을 다해 주셨습니다. 호텔 주차장이 작고 선착순으로 배정된다는 점이 유일한 단점이긴 하지만, 이 때문에 다시 방문하는 것을 망설일 이유는 전혀 없습니다. 객실은 훌륭하고 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗했습니다. 시내까지 걸어서 10분이면 갈 수 있고, 호텔 옆으로 흐르는 운하를 따라 산책로도 있습니다. 만약 아래층 헬스장에서 나오는 음악 소리 때문에 새벽 6시 30분쯤 깨고 싶지 않다면 1층 객실은 피하시는 게 좋습니다. 하지만 저희는 일찍 일어나는 게 좋아서 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다.

Breakfast was good, though water should be provided without having to ask. The coffee was a disappointing lukewarm warm filter type, despite there being a decent machine in view behind the bar.

PPaula Lizasoain호텔은 체스터 중심 외곽에 있지만 매우 가깝고 도보로 단 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 시설은 매우 좋은데 옷장이 없고 엘리베이터가 고장났습니다.
매우 완벽한 아침 식사, 매우 친절한 사람들.
만약 내가 체스터로 돌아간다면 나는 꼭 돌아올 것이다.

DDrVicThe location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around.
In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two.
This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby.
We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed.
In terms of things that could do with improvement:
Cleanliness
The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection.
The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus.
Service
Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way.
Facilities
The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side.
There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub.
Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered.
Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.

SSharon PatriciaWe had a lovely time it was one of our celebration for our 50th wedding anniversary and the staff were great. I had knee surgery 12 weeks ago. They made sure we had a downstairs room and even found another chair to go in our room as I needed one with arms on to get up.
We had dinner at the restaurant Friday evening and the food and service was quick and excellent.

The fold out beds for kids are uncomfortable (worse than the ones at travel lodge or premmier inn).
Don't bother with breakfast! Kept running out of things and didn't always replace them. Bacon inedible, sausages cheap, no nlack pudding even though it's on the menu and small portions.
I would stay again but wouldn't add breakfast
