Hotel location was ok, short walk and you were in the centre of Toulouse. Reception were welcoming on arrival and we we shown to our rooms. The double room was very small and after three nights became quite claustrophobic with luggage and trying to move around. We also had no hot water for a day and a half which was disappointing. Beds were really comfy, the room and bathroom were clean and the room did have air conditioning although not very strong. We recommended for a short stay and if you just want a base to sleep.

Great little hotel in Toulouse. Really convenient location for everything - 10 min walk from train station, 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus stop, 10 min walk to city centre. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff! Loved that you could grab a coffee and a pastry free of charge. The room itself is on the small side but nice. Amenities were good as well, including hair conditioner and body lotion. The only thing I was slightly annoyed by was the location of the light switches - you open the door to the bathroom, realise that the light’s not on, start fumbling around for the switch, but can’t find it because it’s covered by the door you just opened) Also there aren’t many power outlets, I had to unplug the hotel phone to plug in my charger

호텔은 시내 중심가와 매우 가깝습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고, 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며, 수영장은 큰 장점입니다. 깨끗한 수영장, 깨끗한 물, 그리고 앉아서 커피를 마시기에 완벽한 테라스까지, 정말 좋았습니다!

I stayed at the Hotel Les Capitouls and was overall satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent — very central and perfect for exploring Toulouse on foot. The breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great selection and high quality. On the downside, the rooms were quite noisy, with little sound insulation, and street noise was noticeable, especially at night. Additionally, one of the receptionists was somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. In summary: great location and breakfast, but room for improvement in service and soundproofing.

호텔은 툴루즈의 마타부 기차역에서 멀지 않은 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 저는 새벽녘에 마드리드에서 야간버스를 타고 툴루즈에 도착했는데, 호텔이 문을 열지 않았을까 걱정되어 버스 정류장에서 거의 한 시간 동안 기다린 후 내비**션을 이용해 호텔을 찾았습니다. 놀랍게도 버스 정류장과 기차역이 바로 옆에 있었습니다. 호텔에 도착하니 리셉션 직원이 여성이었는데, 상황을 설명하니 체크인은 보통 오후 3시에 시작하기 때문에 불가능하다고 했습니다. 그래서 짐을 맡기고 호텔 조식을 먹었는데, 괜찮아서 8유로를 내고 식사를 했습니다. 조식은 1인용 세트 메뉴였고, 빵은 약간 딱딱했지만 아주 맛있었고, 음료는 무제한이었습니다. 아침 식사 후에는 산책을 나가 점심을 먹고 호텔로 돌아와 체크인을 했습니다. 객실은 열쇠로 잠그는 방식이었고, 매우 깨끗했으며, 혼자 쓰기에 충분한 크기였습니다. 리셉션에 열쇠를 맡기고 돌아왔을 때 다시 찾아갔습니다. 호텔은 퐁네프 다리와 가론 강 같은 관광 명소에서 멀지 않아 걸어서 둘러볼 수 있었습니다. 호텔 사진을 몇 장 찍었는데, 집에 돌아와서 휴대폰 사진첩을 정리하다가 컴퓨터로 옮겨놓고는 다시 찾아보지 않았어요. 간단히 말해서, 좋은 호텔이에요.

호텔 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 체크인 직원과 객실 청소 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 다만, 샤워실에 욕실 매트를 다시 비치해 주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 안전을 위한 조치입니다. 샤워를 하면 욕조가 미끄러워요. 치약, 칫솔, 슬리퍼 같은 편의용품은 남겨둘 수 있지만, 안전은 포기할 수 없겠죠.

모든 것이 무난 무난 하였고 대중교통이용하기 좋았어요. 툴루즈가 도시가 그래 큰 편이 아니라서 숙소에서 걸어다니고 하는데 어려움 없었습니다.

Staff were amazing and welcoming -they were the main reason I enjoyed my stay. Location wise, it’s quite far but the good thing is the buses can get you where you need to be; they have two bus stops nearby (less than 5 min walk) one takes you to the city and the other can take you elsewhere. The balcony definitely needed cleaning; couldn’t enjoy it due to how dirty it was.

Hôtel bien situé. Proche de la place du capitole et du métro. 10 minutes à pied de la gare Matabiau Accueil très pro, propreté +++ Buffet petit déjeuner très copieux tant en salé que sucré Voies piétonnes autour et petite supérette à la porte

Отель расположен в 15 минутах ходьбы от вокзала. Он для непритязательных путешественников. Приветливый персонал. Разрешили оставить вещи до заселения, т.к. рано приехала. Пять минут ходьбы до Капитолия, близко от других достопримечательностей.Комната небольшая, но достаточно для остановки на одну, две ночи. Я довольна своим выбором.
