We arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently. Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch. Definitely recommend

[R처럼] 방을 업그레이드 한 호텔에 감사하고 작은 수영장을 갖도록했다. 이 호텔에는 2 개의 큰 수영장과 어린이 수영장이 있으며 호텔은 녹지가 좋지 않으며 매우 깨끗해 보입니다. 3 개의 레스토랑, 뷔페, 스페인 레스토랑 및 퓨전 레스토랑. 뷔페는 예약 할 필요가 없으며 다른 두 개는 사전에 예약해야하지만 무료입니다. 호텔 뒷문 브러시 룸 카드는 해변으로 직접 갈 수 있으며, 해변으로 갈 수도 있습니다. 레스토랑 바와 상점입니다. 성수기에는 얼마나 활기차고 상상할 수 있습니다. 그리고이 거리는 적어도 40 ➕ 분 동안 걸어 다니며 먹고 마시는 데 너무 길다. 길가에 5 성급 호텔이 있으며 다른 호텔의 수영장과 레스토랑을 볼 수 있습니다. 다음에 호텔을 변경할 준비가되어 있습니다. [웃음 울음 R] c는 여전히 스위스보다 비용 효율적이며 맛이 좋습니다. 체크인 할 때 프론트 데스크에서지도를 제공 할 것입니다. 교통에 가고 싶은 것도 매우 편리합니다 [연료 보급 R] z 전반적으로 나쁘지 않습니다. [okR]

The good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy. However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that.

슈퍼 좋아! 기대 이상! 외출은 바다이며 방의 발코니도 바다를 향하고 있습니다. 호텔의 추가 여행 활동도 매우 좋으며 고래를보고 하이킹 활동 등을보기 위해 바다에가는 것이 좋습니다! 나중에 다시 올 기회가 있기를 바랍니다!

Villa del Conde is a gem and amazing hotel, with huge rooms and plenty to do. Great location near multiple popular beaches and its hidden treasure is the Spa. Highly recommend it for solo travelers like me, or couples looking to be pampered.

The “Pool View Suite” had no view of the Pool. No way are they of 4 Star Standard either. Lots of Cracked tiles and very shoddy and aged.. Food was very good and plentiful.. The staff extremely friendly, but at €300 a night, we felt very cheated with everything about Room 812 that was deemed a “Pool View and Garden View Suite”!! Besides zero view of the Pool, it was of very aged decor and in urgent need of modernisation.. Not to  mention the Gardeners making noise with machinery from around 4am In the morning.. Would not return

Mi experiencia no ha sido mala, lo mejor ha sido el personal de recepción, las chicas todas en general muy simpáticas y amables. La comida del buffet no era tan variada y faltaba comida más indicada a deportistas, la comida abundaban muchos fritos, muchas salsas, lo que se cocinaba a la plancha a mi entender estaba demasiado cocinado. Pero lo peor con diferencia , que hasta incluso me parece una falta de respeto hacia los clientes, son lo ruidosa del servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, arrastrando aspiradoras por lo pasillos , hablando alto entre ellas, los carros de la limpieza chocando por todos lados y el ruido de las ruedas. Ya luego el estruendo de muebles rodando de un sitio a otro , en lugar de limpiar parecían obreros de la construcción, exageradamente escandalosas. Las mañanas son imposible de descansar en el hotel Isla Bonita. No respetan el descanso de los huéspedes. No recomiendo este hotel para descansar en las mañanas y disfrutar de tus días libres porque literalmente, el servicio de limpieza no te deja. En cuanto al aspecto visual en general, necesitan una actualización estética, se ve anticuado.

L'hotel è comodo, in centro, a 10 minuti da una zona della spiaggia con tanti ristoranti e negozi. Ha una hall ampia e pulita e una zona sul tetto con ombrelloni, sedie, sdrai. Sul tetto ci sono 2 piccole piscine con acqua tiepida, un bar e l'area per abbronzarsi, docce e bagni. L'offerta di cibo è molto ampia e buona, però è modificata molto con lo stile del posto, quindi, se uno cerca qualcosa di affine alla cucina italiana e/o salutare, deve un po' rinunciare. Voglio dire, il cibo è buono e vario, però tende ad essere molto lavorato e quindi ricco di salse, spezie, olio che ridcue la scelta per chi vuole cose semplici. Le camere sono belle e pulite e per un problema avuto con il vetro della doccia, il tecnico è venuto a sistemarla dopo poche ore. La scelta del bere a piacimento al bar può essere interessante per chi consuma alcolici, che costano più delle bevande analcoliche. Le bevande analcoliche, infatti sono perlopiù succhi e mix con cose da supermercato. Mi spiego meglio, i cocktail sono buoni, ma il succo è fatto con la polverina del te oppure è quello a basso budget. Se uno si aspetta spremute o bevande con dentro frutta, non le troverà. La colazione è molto varia, invece e può soddisfare le necessità anche in modo più salutare del pranzo e della cena. Anche quà, però, i succhi e le bevande calde sono polverine mescolate con acqua. Il caffè è buono ma non è caffé come fatto in Italia...

Всё было очень достойно, номер убирали каждый день, мы случайно поломали полку в шкафу- нам быстро починили без проблем, красивый вид с балкона, расположен минутах в 15 ходьбы от океана, рядом куча ресторанов/кафе/магазинов. Немножко староват ремонт в целом, но это мелочи. Кормили хорошо. В целом мы остались очень довольны.
