클럽 마스팔로마스 스위트 & 스파 - 어른 전용(Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa - Adults Only)

Back on my third or Fourth visit to Club Maspalomas. This Adult only hotel is great . The staff make it for me , it’s like going home . It’s very clean and a peaceful vide rains through out . Lovely breakfast buffet and a lovely little spa , offering very good trea**ents . The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Definitely a place to visit .

We are currently at the end of our 7 night stay. Check in was quick and we were offered a welcome drink or 2. Our bungalow was fairly close to the pool, in fact all the rooms are close to the pool. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Sun lounger are easy to get at any point during the day around the pool.The pools are heated and the swimming lane is great. The spa pool is lovely and the seating area is great. We used this a lot. The sunset bar is lovely and the quality of the drinks are very high. Attention to detail is really well thought of. All the staff we interacted with during our stay went above and beyond to provide a 5 star trea**ent. We only ate twice in the restaurant for lunch. The food was delicious and the portions were large. Breakfast was lovely also, with lots of choice. It was never busy and it was lovely to sit outside on a Jan morning watching the sun rise. The coffee machines at Breakfast are extremely slow though. It takes a while to get a cup of coffee even without queuing. On our last morning, I left without a coffee as only 1 machine was working. I did mention this but once 1 other machine was working again other guests had started queuing. I tried on several attempts and gave up. This to me is an issue which needs rectifying. Either faster machines or serve coffee directly to the table. We stayed B&B and ate at lots of good restaurants on Melonaras Boulevard. A couple of favourites were Grand Italia and canton Chinese. We went into Playa del singles one evening to a lovely Greek but other than that we weren't impressed! There is entertainment at the hotel, which we did see on some evenings but it tends to finish at 9pm. We felt that the entertainment was more for half board diners to enjoy whilst dining, which is a lovely idea and some evenings we did come back to watch the shows. Sat eve the entertainment started at 8.30pm which was a much better time and it was a great last night watching Elvis. The transport system is great. A taxi cost 5euros to and from the lighthouse and the buses €1.40pp. The bus stops are either way, just outside of the hotel and we used the Global bus app which was great. We went to Puerto Rico using this. We also used the hotel shuttle bus which is a great idea too. All things considered, I highly recommend this hotel. It has a great vibe and its been such a welcome break during the UK Winter months. We hope to return again next year. Thank you 😊

Where do you start with this fantastic place. You start on arrival with the fabulous staff waiting to greet you with a smile and a glass of fizz. Reception staff that we communicated with were Vesela, Ludvico and Marta. First impressions I find are very important. They were helpful and explained all about the place. Our suite was lovely and comfortable. Housekeeping refreshed the place daily. It was absolutely spotless. Thank you to the ladies and gents whom sadly I didn't get any names for. No need to take towels with you for the pool these are supplied which is great. The whole resort was spotless. Nothing was a problem for any of the staff you were always met with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from. Also there was a gentleman who made your omelette for you as you waited. Dinner was also delicious with so much choice. The fantastic staff I would like to mention are Manager:- Diego Assistant Managers:-  Ricardo – Phillipe – Domingo – Karin Staff:- Stella – Erika – Marjel – Daniella – Jaunfra – Daniel – Sebastian – Sylvanna. These people were only too happy to assist with any queries and as always with a smile. The bar was a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. Feeling welcome and always greeted with smiles. There was an excellent rapor with the staff. We got to know them quite well and on our last day it was very sad leaving. We loved our afternoon beers at the bar taking a break from the sun. The staff members who we would like to praise are Christian – Danni – Orismel – Javi Mena - Aythemi The pool area was also spotless and the water temperature was perfect. It was nice to see there was a ramp for disabled people. Plenty of loungers and plenty of parasols. I would also like to say a thank you to the staff who work behind the scenes. Just returned from Club Maspolamas. Having read reviews over the past six months we must admit that the reviews are spot on. We found the food, entertainment, friendly staff and cleanliness all five star plus. The paella and sangria workshop was amazing and not to be missed. All the restaurant staff were more than helpful and always had a smiles on their faces. Must just give a mention to Yaniel who went that extra mile. We shall be returning to Club Maspolamas next year.

On arrival met by welcoming staff, with a glass of bubbly to refresh us whist waiting to book in. Stayed in a junior suite, well laid out with private terrace, including loungers and sunshade. Suites well positioned so that no 2 suites overlooked each other, directly. Superb swimming pool, bar and restaurant, also gym and spa facilities that we didn't use. Nightly, quality entertainment which was always enjoyable, occasionally some musical accompaniment to breakfast. Situated about 1 mile inland from the centre of Maspalomas a shuttle bus was laid on, but it was a distance easily walkable. A taxi was preferable to use in the evenings if wanting to dine away from the hotel. Our first time on Gran Canaria, thoroughly enjoyed.

We recently had our second stay in Club Maspalomas and what a pleasure it was. Previously we stayed 6 nights this time 9 nights. This is an adult only complex. If you want to get away, relax, sleep, eat well and enjoy the peace this is the place for you. We love the accommodation, ours was a Junior suite. You don’t have to go looking for sun loungers in the morning, as there are 2 right outside the door of your suite. Alternatively you can get a lounger at the poolside. There were always sun loungers available. The large jacuzzi with water jets is another lovely pastime. You can enjoy the time overlooking the complex from here. We also used the steam room. I used the spa, I had 2 trea**ents which were lovely and relaxing. The prices are very reasonable and also have a 15% discounts for clients of the hotel. On our arrival we were offered prosecco and were checked in very quickly. We booked half board, we love the food, we had breakfast and dinner. Sometimes we swapped the dinner for lunch which was very handy if you wanted to plan to go somewhere else on the island in the evening time. When we arrived to our room, there was a bottle of prosecco waiting for us with a sign “welcome back” which was a lovely gesture. During our stay, it was my birthday, and we got another surprise on our return during the day, another bottle with the sign “happy birthday”. This was another lovely gesture. My husband was very happy with quality of the internet. Once he connected, he was able to download movies from Netflix. He checked with Reception in advance to make sure that hotel’s wifi covered this and he was told yes. Another big plus for a man who likes to spend time resting and looking at movies. We really enjoyed our food, in fact we probable overate. There is such a large selection of foods, we can’t think of anything else you could want. We loved the salads. There were many complimentary items during our stay which included ice cream cones one day by the pool, and smoothies 2 of the morning during our stay. There is a free drinking water station and an ice cube station. The water served with your meals is also free. The staff work extremely hard from reception, cleaners, bar, food/kitchen staff and maintenance staff. The place is so clean. The staff are extremely friendly and appear to understand many languages. We enjoyed the entrainment and on one of the nights, the band introduced the owner of the hotel and all the staff that were on duty that night which amounted to over 20 staff. What a professional set up. We also had entertainment some mornings which was enjoyable while having your breakfast, I also attended the yoga and aqua aerobics classes. A nice treat to be able to do this in the sunshine. The hotel also provides a courtesy bus to the beach. You could also walk which would take about 20 minutes. The taxi from the airport cost about 45 euros, however as we got to know the area a bit more and had used the bus service before, we took the bus bac

From start to finish I cannot fault this place . We arrived to friendly smiling helpful reception staff who had great English and very helpful. Our bungalow style apar**ent was very clean and enough space for the two of us to. I love the layout of the place . Entertainment at night was always good singers. (Grateful for no magic acts) If you want time together with no children to completely relax and chill out this is definitely the best place. Easy to grab a bus anywhere for a few euro and also a taxi . Good choice of restaurants around . Will be returning soon

Myself and my fiancé spent a week at Club Maspalomas Suites and Spa and it was by far our favourite hotel we’ve stayed in. The rooms are modern and spacious and are cleaned everyday. The food was prepared to a high standard. We were half board so only ate at breakfast and dinner of which there was plenty of delicious choice at both. There was entertainment provided every evening and sometimes in the mornings too. We didn’t always stay for the entertainment but other guests seemed to really enjoy it. The gym in the hotel was the best hotel gym I’ve been to with lots of weight lifting equipment, treadmills, bikes etc. There is a handy shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach which runs several times a day but we preferred to walk there as it only took a short 20 minutes. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Nothing was too much hassle for them. The only thing to note is that myself and my fiance are 24 and 25 and felt a little out of place as we were the youngest there by several years. No fault of the hotel or staff but just something to note if you are looking for a hotel with a younger clientele. Overall we had a lovely, relaxing week away and would definitely return to Club Maspalomas in the future.

Absolutely perfect stay. Everything from check-in to check out was excellent. Our suite was great, had everything we needed. We stayed B&B but chose to eat in the hotel.a couple of nights and we weren't disappointed. Excellent buffet, fresh and lots of choice. The evening entertainment was a bit mixed but we really enjoyed the Abba/Queen tribute night. Breakfast was divine, again lots of choice and no rush. The pool area was very chilled with plenty of sunbeds. Not a reserved sunbed in sight. The staff all work really hard to ensure guests have the best experience. We will definitely be back
