익익명 사용자We reached early at 2am on 16th may 2026, room was really spacious and we were looked after very well. Specially Mr Sanjaya Karunathilake the hotel manager was absolutely very cooperative and went out of his way to help us stay comfortable. All the other staff were so helpful and very kind. I would definitely come again to stay in this property, coz location is the most important for us.
Thanks to all once again.

리리뷰어나는 5 박을 머물렀고 처음에는 4 층의 방이 마음에 들지 않았습니다 (더 높은 층과 조용한 방을 요청했지만 엘리베이터 옆에 방이있었습니다). TV는 침대를 향하고 있지 않았습니다. 그런 다음 8층에 있는 다른 방으로 변경했습니다. 방은 훌륭했지만 샤워실 문을 닫을 수 없어 물이 사방에 있었고 건조하지 않았습니다. 또한 청소부는 공휴일이라 시트를 갈아입을 수 없다고 말했습니다.
내가 머물렀던 마지막 밤, 오전 4시에 화재 경보기가 울렸고 모두가 로비에 갔고, 그것은 거짓 경보였지만 나는 매우 무서웠습니다.

리리뷰어I asked for a pair of slippers for use inside the room, coz I stayed there for 4 days (3 nights). The receptionist advised me that it is only available for executive rooms, and not for my booking of King Room with Balcony. That's a bit disappointed! Other than that, the room is clean and good.

CCorrinne Wan PingRoom size was decent and clean. The pillows were both way too high for a small frame female and I was not able to sleep. The request to have twin beds were met but the beds were only separated when we are in the room which made it awkward to stand around for 10 to 15 mins in a room that is not very big. We kept having to move to get our of the way to enable house keeping to split the bed into twin.

JJazhcwI landed late so needed somewhere convenient to sleep and this place did that. There were staff working to check me in around 1am and that all went smoothly. The room was nice and spacious but a bit noisy as could hear everything outside. Gorgeous pool and cafe area but the breakfast and coffee was expensive

We had a suite but it’s looking tired and I would suggest management need to clean the tiles as they are quite dirty.

리리뷰어Poor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
