좋은가격에 최고의 서비스와 시설 너무나 좋았습니다. 하지만 그랩에 리조트이름이 나오지 않아서 잦아가는데 너무나 힘들었습니다. 디럭스룸을 업그레이드 시켜주셔서 너무나 예쁜룸에서 지낼수 있었고 여행중간에 하루 온종일 휴양하기에는 최고의 리조트입니다. 셔틀차량이 있어서 우붓시내로 나가기 좋았고 마지막날엔 셔틀 직원분이 다음숙소까지 데려다주셔서 너무나 감사했습니다. 직원분들이 친절하고 착하고 좋습니다. 정말 다시가고 싶은 곳이라 추천합니다,

The villa is more beautiful than I see in the photos. It is really new and clean. I like the living room with air-con to let the whole family stay together. However, the rooms are really small, the suitcases can only be opened in the living room. The villa is not in the Ubud center, but there are some nice restaurants nearby and the mini mart. And we booked the car for transportation, so the location is totally fine to us. The service is really really great, the staff are polite, helpful and very responsive. Even at midnight, they came to help.

This hotel just opened last week, and everything is fresh and beautifully maintained. The location is incredibly convenient—just under 10 minutes by scooter to Ubud city center, making it easy to explore the area. What touched me the most was the exceptional warmth of the staff. When they learned I was celebrating my birthday, they went out of their way to prepare surprises, from decorating the room to organizing a heartfelt welcome ceremony. It made my trip unforgettable. The entire property is built with bamboo, creating a unique, eco-friendly, and nature-immersed atmosphere. As it's newly opened, all facilities are modern, complete, and impeccably clean. The included afternoon tea and breakfast were not only delicious but also elegantly presented—a perfect start and end to each day. Overall, this has been my favorite hotel experience in Bali. Highly recommended for travelers seeking quality, comfort, and a touch of nature!

Great location, services. Staff very welcoming on arrival at 11 pm. Food and drinks available all day till 11 pm. Amazing hospitality by staff. Has all the facilities available including pool, floating breakfast and bathtub in balcony in very nominal price. Villa slightly away from ubud centre which gives the best nature and forest views. Great place to stay with kids and family too.
