No smoking on the property, inside or out including vaping. The distance to Boca Ciega Bay is 2 blocks. There is an area where you can go in the water with your dog, and another beach area for humans, only. This is a wonderful area for walking, whether you want to walk on the beach, along tree-lined streets, or in a park. A dog park is 2 blocks north of us and there are public tennis courts adjacent to it. The Gulfport Museum is adjacent to the tennis courts. Clam Bayou is 5-6 blocks east and you can walk the trails that include several boardwalks out into the mangroves. The other side of the Bayou is a municipal golf course.
