Cozy, quiet 2nd-story getaway located next to the ski area. TINY -- for only 1 person or for a couple. Modern but VERY DATED and very rustic condo among several in the building and area. Full galley kitchen with dining at the counter or outside medium-sized deck. NO TV SERVICES AT ALL. Queen bed in a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub located in the hall between the living room and bedroom. Enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, wifi, and free parking right outside.Located in the Village of Angel Fire on the way to the Ski Area.A fully stocked grocery store is located conveniently a half-mile away for your provisions; and multiple food joints nearby, as well as along the main street a little further away.The very high altitude and "dry" climate can cause nose bleeds and/or dry sinuses, and even headaches. If sensitive to that, bring nose moisturizer and appropriate medication. And body lotion.The hot water heater works well for the shower and kitchen sink. It's potable water but bring bottled water if the tap water is not your preference -- lots of minerals. I cook and wash with it but I drink bottled water only when I'm there.The stairway and door constitute a private entry.I will provide you with a passcode for the deadlock. It is in a condominium building with other condos and condominium buildings around. The balcony is a decent size but runs flush against the next-door neighbor's -- so there may be limited privacy out there.The stairway is a bit steep so Tree Top is best suited for ADULT GUESTS ONLY -- no children and pets. It can be slippery with snow and rain -- so please be careful!The condo complex no longer provides satellite TV services. The wood burning fireplace can set the mood for relaxation or even a romantic getaway, keeping you cozy and warm on chilly evenings. Wood can be purchased at the local grocery store located very close to the condo. The newly remodeled kitchen has all new appliances such as a double oven, new stove and hood, new refrigerator, and new dishwasher. All appliances are in a modern stainless steel. It is fully stocked with any cookware you would need to make home cooked meals. The kitchen and dining area open to each other over a bar height counter. The wooden kitchen table is there for all your family meals. An extra table by the doorway provides 2 extra seats for dining if needed. There is one flight of stairs from inside the condo to the loft. Trash bins and the ski shuttle BEAR are to the left when walking out of the condo. The C Diamond C Ranch is a private horse and cattle ranch with spectacular views, tall pines, acres of hiking. This ranch is perfect for your boutique style destination wedding, church or corporate retreat, family reunion or just a great get away with space!! (Events for more than the number of guests staying overnight is limited to 75 people total and an additional fee through VRBO is required) The ranch has a live stream and pond with catch and release fishing, (no swimming or boating) as well as often sighting deer, elk, hawks, and the livestock on the ranch. Eagle Nest lake is only 2 miles away!The ranch sleeps 30 people in two separate lodging units about 1/8th of a mi apart. An impressive 3 -story headquarters 6-bedroom "Cabin" with two living rooms, two master suites, 5 bathrooms, sun room and loft. The second unit is a separate 2000 sq. ft. second story "Lodge" great room for eating, playing pool, watching movies, and enjoying the views with a wrap around deck. Additionally, the sleeping quarters at the Lodge unit is a detached 6- bedroom newly remodeled "bunkhouse" and large "ranch" kitchen. The bunk house has three bedrooms with a queen or full bed, one room with a queen and a single bed, one room with two sets of bunkbed (sleeps 4) and one room has one set of bunk beds (sleeps 2). This condo is just blocks from the lift and walking distance to all the local restaurants, grocery store and outdoor summer music events. Someone is always available to come to the property for any issues within about 20-30 minutes. We often have extra things you might have forgotten-like sleds or goggles. This 1200 square foot condo is just a short walk to the main lift. It is one of the largest 2 bedrooms in Angel Fire. It also has shuttle service directly in front of the building. The main bedroom features a king size bed and two twin beds with attached bathroom. A washer/ dryer is located in a closet in the main bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and brand new bunk beds. Another bathroom is off the same hallway as the second bedroom. With an entryway separating the main bedroom, this condo has perfect privacy for two families, or one large family. The condo is capable of sleeping up to 8 people in beds. It also has a pull out couch bed to sleep additional people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for dining in. The Living room features a gas burning fireplace, with Rokus for streaming connected with free high-speed internet. A deck is though sliding glass doors off the living area. There is seating for 4 at the bar and 4 at the table with additional 2 person seating at the game table. New bed linens and towels are provided. Books, games and some DVDs with DVD players are also inside the condo, perfect for staying in. Park in a paved parking lot. The condo is on the second floor with inside stairs so no slippery stairs in the winter! Once you are inside, there are no additional stairs to navigate and all the living area is on one floor.
