We recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect. Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

나와 웰니스에서 정말 훌륭한 숙박을 했습니다. 모든 것이 깨끗했고, 필요한 모든 세면도구를 갖추고 있었어요 (컨디셔너를 요청했는데 제공해 주셨습니다). 조용하고 편안한 곳을 찾으신다면 이곳이 완벽한 곳입니다. 추신: 계단이 많아서 거동이 불편하신 분들에게는 다소 어려울 수 있습니다.

Perfect for families, especially children. The staff are all so nice and friendly, and very accommodating. We areived a bit late due to terrible traffic, but we were still able to enjoy the amenities as swimming on the beach and pool is until 6pm and there's a specific pool allotted for swimming until 9pm. The food in Captain Barbozza and food trucks are really good, and worth every penny. The only thing we didn't like is the odor in the bathroom, which smells like sewer. But it's tolerable and only smelled after we use the shower or flush the toilet. Will definitely go back 👌🏻

환경은 홀리스틱 건강 리조트에 매우 좋습니다. 많은 나무와 곳곳에 유기농 농사가 있는 숲에 둘러싸여 있습니다. 장점: 스파 트리트먼트가 정말 좋았습니다. 모든 테라피스트가 매우 전문적이었고 매우 좋은 경험을 했습니다. 개선할 점: - 공항에서 차로 2시간 거리입니다. 리조트는 공항에서 셔틀 서비스를 제공하지 않아 직접 교통 수단을 찾아야 했습니다. 다행히 매우 신뢰할 수 있고 훌륭한 운전자를 찾았습니다. - 고객 서비스가 이렇게 고급 리조트 수준에 미치지 못합니다. 일부는 좋지만 일부는 요청에 답하는 것을 꺼리는 것 같습니다. 예를 들어 예약을 하면 답장이 영원히 걸리고 후속 조치가 없습니다. 또한 예약 시 요청한 대로 건강 보고서를 보냈지만 읽지 않고 도착했을 때 여전히 질문합니다. 무슨 소용이 있습니까? - 음식이 더 좋을 수 있습니다. - 나머지 장식과 노래는 매우 오래되었습니다.

This was an amazing trip! I haven't had a chance to write a review but here it goes. 1. The staff - Super amazing and friendly, always smiling and helpful. 2. The managers - great, caring, funny and always went above and beyond to help and accommodate. 3. Resort - Amazing ocean view and lots of activities, we went back 3 times in a span of 2 weeks. Lol 4. Room - clean and comfortable! 5. Food and drinks - delicious and amazing! One of the best in the Philippines. I've been to many hotels and resorts worldwide, but this has been the top of all of my stays. The vibe, the friendliness, activities, food and drinks. I've never felt so relaxed and I didn't even need to use my phone. No stress and all good vibes! Waking up to see the ocean with a nice cup of coffee with smooth music, it makes the hours of drive (almost 4 hours one way) to there well worth it. In my opinion, this was more than a stay, this was an unforgettable experience! We have been through the regular days and also the typhoon days, they have been amazing and helpful the whole time! It was definitely an adventure! Now I'm back in Florida again and I miss this place, but I'm planning a visit the Philippines next year and I will make this my top place to visit!

다음 휴가 때 다시 올 생각입니다! 직원분들 너무 친절하신데다가, 음식도 맛있고 해변도 너무 좋았어요. 다만 마닐라에서 왔다갔다 하는게 쉽지 않아요 ㅎㅎ

It was such a lovely 2-night stay. My partner and I chose to stay here for my birthday celebration and it didn't disappoint! From the arrival to departure, everything was perfect. Staff will welcome you with a smile and welcome drinks. Instructions were clear and they were very accommodating. We chose the superior room and it was amazing! Prices in the resto were reasonable but what we loved the most was the halo-halo and the jellyfish table lamp (so cute!). The ambiance was also nice. They had a complimentary cake slice too. The pool was nice as well. There was a maintenance for a few hours and they made up for it by giving out complimentary cake slices and discounts for orders ar the resto. My partner and me are frequent travelers and this by far is in our top 3 best hotels locally. We will definitely come back! THANK YOU!

위치는 정말 좋았지만 레스토랑은 크게 개선되어야 할 것 같습니다. 저녁과 아침 식사를 먹었는데 가격이 너무 비싸고 음식 품질도 형편없어서 레스토랑에서 제공하는 음식은 전혀 만족스럽지 않았습니다. 섬 투어와 보트 대여는 하루 동안 6인 기준 8,500페소로 매우 비쌌습니다. 저는 섬 호핑을 위한 래프팅을 예약하려고 현지인에게 달려가서 절반 가격에 예약해야 했습니다. 수영장은 밤 9시에 문을 닫습니다. 리조트 내에서는 금연입니다. 흡연 시 현장에서 벌금을 물게 됩니다. 마닐라에서 멀리 와서 오후 1시에 리조트에 도착했는데, 방에 체크인하는 데만 2시까지 기다려야 했습니다. 긴 대기 시간이 마음에 들지 않았습니다.

위치가 훌륭해서, 나숙부 도심까지 삼륜차를 한 번 타면 됩니다. 거기서 식료품을 사고 맥도날드 같은 흔한 패스트푸드점에서 식사할 수 있습니다. 요금은 20페소에 불과합니다. 해변은 검거나 어두운 모래가 있어서 매력적이지 않습니다. 하지만 흰 모래와 더 맑은 물이 있는 근처 섬으로 갈 수 있습니다. 보트만 빌리면 됩니다. 객실은 그렇게 깨끗하지 않고, 매우 오래된 에어컨이 있어서 제대로 관리되지 않았습니다. 작은 욕실은 냄새가 심합니다. 온수기는 없지만, 레스토랑에서 따뜻한 물이나 차가운 물을 받을 수 있습니다. 와이파이는 그저 그렇고, 손님 객실까지는 도달할 수 있지만 더 강한 연결이 필요하다면 레스토랑이나 리셉션 구역에 더 가까이 가야 합니다. 이 리조트에서는 개선해야 할 점이 많습니다. 하지만 나숙부의 이 지역은 멋진 일몰을 볼 수 있는 곳 중 하나입니다.
